Really great nail salon! Clean and tidy! We had a great pampering morning getting our toes done and LOVED the leg and foot massages! Absolutely dreamy! All 3 of us sat together and now have perfectly beautiful toes for this 80’ February weather! They were so great my mom came back a few hours later for a gorgeous manicure also! Thankyou! The employees are so friendly and kind. They treat me so well when I come in. They always put out amazing and quality work. This is my favorite nail salon by far.Their talent is incredible. I would definitely recommend.

Overall they had great personality and were really friendly. The gentleman that did my nails however, not the best. Lumpy and misshapen. Got tired of asking him to fix things, was taking too long. It’s a shame I liked them, just the work isn’t great. Will just go somewhere else to get it fixed.

Rude customer service walking into the business I wasn’t really greeted I was told to wash my hands then to pick a color, when I asked the women who did my nails what the price would be she got frustrated I felt rushed in deciding what style I wanted meanwhile she insisted on choosing for me. Finally I was able to pick a color but I am not satisfied with the overall shape of my nails especially because as I pay and get ready to leave they charged me $50 for the service personally I thinks it’s unprofessional this place didn’t have a list or prices for anything anywhere!

1st and last time coming here! Wanted a butterfly painted on a nail & they couldnt do it...tried to sell me a sticker instead. If I wanted a sticker I would do it myself! The man who did my nail/pedi was awesome! The lady who wanted to sell me the sticker was RUDE!

There is a guy that works there, and in the beginning he was rude. He was annoyed when I told him I wanted different colors on each finger. At the end he did a terrible job. He didnt finish cleaning the nails and removing the the leftover nails. He also left nail polish on my skin and didnt bother to clean it. He also seemed He was rushing and while doing that making me bleed and opening up cut on my finger making it worse. He didnt seem to care I will never go there again!

Nail salon does a good job, its easy to get in as a walk-in and they are pretty quick. Prices are fair. Great selection of gel polish colors. Jen did a good job on my pedicure, noticed a spot that needed fixed and went ahead and redid that whole nail without having to ask, instead of acting like she didnt see it. They also dont make you feel like a terrible person for tipping on your card instead of using cash.

Yes Sunset Nails is open finally, glad to see they made it thru COVID closures. I immediately got in for a Luxury Pedicure. Lan was amazing, great foot & leg massage, longer than most other nail salons. Definitely call ahead they became busy during my pedicure. Masks required.

Friendly staff and good prices. I havent had my eyebrows waxed since the summer because another location messed them up pretty bad. I expressed my concern and anxiety, and the woman was so kind to me. The lady doing my pedicure was one of the nicest people. She was kind, took her time, and was just overall very sweet. I will definitely be back again!

Horrible manager went in with my husband a few days after our wedding day specifically for a deluxe massage manicures and pedicures. She got all the way through to the last step which was the painting of my nails when I finally asked her when the message was going to come and she actually YELLED at me for this in front of a whole shop full of customers including my husband. It was a horribly humiliating experience and never went back...even a year later I still hate this place for ruining what should have been a stress relieving and relaxing experience. Do not go here.

My regular nail girl at the white nail spa was on vacation and everyone else there was busy so I gave sunset nails a try. They seemed to have pretty good reviews and I live closer and I really needed them done so I crossed my fingers and hoped fir the best.I walked in and was greeted warmly and brought right to a chair. The colors were fun and different. Lee was my tech and he did a great job. I love the shape and I tried the silver cat eye. Super cute. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a great experience here in light of COVID19..was afraid to go and waited until now...hadnt had a pedicure since March a d could mnt take it anymore! They did space clients every other spa chair. Did services by appointment only. Tools used were from individual sterilized packages...none of that put in a barbasol jar of soln for a quick soak and cleaning. Masks were enforced by all clients and technicians. Tried three other shops to see how ran with COVID...not all of these safety measures were in place. They are closed Sundays...the place is super super small...wait may be longer than norm but great experience. I felt safe getting a pedicure.

I just moved into the neighborhood, so I decided to try them out. And Im so glad I did. They were friendly, got me started right away and did a great job. I have to have natural nude nails for work, and usually salons try to get me to do extra which is annoying. But he listened, and took his time to make sure everything was good I will definitely be a return customer. Love it.

Recently went in for a pedicure and this place did not disappoint. The people who work there are very friendly and very attentive to detail. The price is very reasonable for the work they do, Bea is the person who did my pedicure and she did an outstanding job will definitely go back to her. I am positive that the other people who work there also do just as good of a job as her. I have been to other nail/spas and this place is by far one of the best. One of the things I really liked was that they use plastic liners in their pedicure bowls which is very sanitary and while I was there the owner/manager was sweeping and cleaning which shows you they take pride in their place if business. Highly recommend!

I have never had a bad experience at this nail salon me and my aunt always go for pedicures. They are always so kind and listen to what you want, they even talk with you while you are getting pampered. If you are looking for a relaxing environment and good conversation go see them!

I usually don’t do this but .. SAVE YOUR MONEY! The absolute worst set I have ever gotten. Jan not only lacked professionalism asking if I had a visa but she also was terrible at what we expect her to know how to do best. I paid for a dip full set and clearly walked out disappointed because of such a poor job done. The sides of my nails didn’t have color (she said it was the best she can do), I had dents and misshaped nails, my cuticles were bleeding. TWO DAYS LATER and all of my nails are chipping and lifting! SAVE. YOUR. MONEY! Margaritas nail spa is down the street don’t make the same mistake as I did.

Finally found a great nail salon in Gilbert. I’ve spent years trying out several different salons in the area to try to find a “forever home” and there was always something not great about them. This place finally looks to be a place I can count on. Lots of color selection and very clean. The technicians are gentle and actually make it feel like a relaxing experience, Jan did my nails. Great price, I got a fill plus 2 new nails and gel polish for $35. Nail shape is great. I will definitely be back again.

My best friend has been recommending I come here for MONTHS. I live far away but finally made it there. I was not disappointed. I love the mani pedi I got. They really know how to apply dip nails that look natural and not thick. The drive doesn’t matter to me - I’ve found my spot.

My only issue with this place is they have very poor customer service. I went in with a picture and asked if she could do it and she told me yes. But then proceeded to not do what I asked for the tables were not clean you could feel acrylic dust all over them. She put glitter on my nails after I told her I didnt want it multiple times. Them she didnt put the designs on after I asked her to. I just wish she had listen to the things i asked for my nails dont look terrible I was just disappointed she wasnt listening to me. If the stations were cleaned and she did what I asked I would have been very happy with this place. Unfortunately that wasnt the case.

I ALWAYS ask for Kim when getting pedicures, she is the best...especially at the massage. The other gals are talented too, my only suggestion is that they (technicians) need to listen to what the customer wants instead of what they want to do. Suggesting is OK, but it is ultimately up to the customer.

Ask for JANE!!! I went there today for the first time and Im hooked !! I did check in rather late in the evening but they did take me in which a lot of shops dont. Anyway, I got spa pedi and the lady who took care of me(I dont remember her name) she gave me the best feet massage EVER! then I switched with Jane and she did exactly what I wanted with a sense of urgency but she is a total professional!! They were super nice & they gave me a small Xmas gift which was super sweet. Definitely coming back !! Thanks

Jen did an amazing job waxing my eyebrows, she was careful, gentle and very skillful. Lynn gave me a great pedicure. She painted beautiful flowers on my toes and made me so comfortable and relaxed. They are all so sweet and funny, I really had a great experience! I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else!

My nails came out beautiful. I went in wanting one thing and they told me it wasn’t the style now a days and that I should do ombré instead. I like ombré as well so I agreed but they shouldn’t tell someone it’s not in style. Not everyone follows trends I like them because they’re pretty not because they are trendy. The tables were dirty. They didn’t clean them between sessions just brushed some of the dust off and used that same brush to brush the dust off my hands and nails. My nails are pretty and I will go back but that is just some suggestions I have that they can do differently to make sure their customers are happy and comfortable.

Jan did an amazing job! I went to a different place before to get an acrylic set and they had made them so thick and the shape was so fat. Jan fixed me right up! Tightened the coffin shape and thined them all the way out! Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.

Worst place ever, also racist! Do not go here it’s so terrible. The staff are so rude on top of that they have you waiting for 30 minuets then end up asking you to leave “nicely” because it’s a “ long wait “ but the people after us can go before us? Keep in mind that I’m Hispanic & my other friend was Hispanic as well. The people that came in after us were two American ladies. Also, one of the staffs were talking about the other staff saying on how she was really slow. WORST NAIL SALON EVER.

The ladies in this salon are amazing. They are kind and sweet. They do a wonderful job. It changed hands a couple of years ago and the new management is great.

My suggestion would be that if your gonna offer a service for a cheap deal and you get a new customer come in, youd want to do a good job so they come back. Not sure wed go back. Its almost like because you picked their special and didnt do all the extra add ons, you didnt get good service, sad.

I go here all the time on my lunch break. I used to do acrylic nails and she always did a great job. Now I just do regular polish manicures and they are always very friendly and professional.

Although the general design of my nails came out good, I did not like the experience. I had HOA do my nails and during the whole process I felt like I was wasting HER time. She made me feel like everything was rushed and while doing my nails, there was multiple times where she nicked my cuticles too far and left me bleeding. My nails were not the same size or shape. I ended up paying for what was done and going straight home and fixing them myself. If I ever decide to go back there (which is highly unlikely) Id definitely not go to her unless she worked on her customer service AND how to be more gentle while doing the nails.

Took my friend and I in right before closing for 2 pedicures and gave a very long massage. Will definitely come back

Maybe Im too picky, or my OCD and anxiety are making this a bigger deal than it is. I havent had a professional mani/pedi for over 10 years (thanks anxiety and OCD!)Maybe?:*its normal to have bruises and cuts on my feet after a pedicure*for the manicurist to bring used tools (cuticle nipper, cuticle pusher, and buffing block) from her last client and use them on me.*for them to not understand that my 7 free nail polish I brought would dry very fast so the bottle needed to be shaken. No, the polish was not bad, it is brand new.*not painting the whole finger nail because my polish is bad even after me explaining 3x to just close it and shake it (ffs)*Having to practically yell at the pedicurist to not touch me with her latex gloves, because I have an allergy. She only understood when I would not let her touch my feet and one of the other girls there explained to her. I know they all dont speak great english, but I dont know what the pidgin is for you are trying to kill me.* not inspecting my feet before going to town on them with that cheese grater thing. I had just exfoliated them at home and they were baby soft. That grater cut the bottoms of my toes.*Having my whole mani rushed, making me contort in the pedicure chair so it could be done there because they wanted to close up and go homeIm pretty sure they didnt like me because I got the cheapest option, refused to use their polish and they couldnt understand mine, I came in an hour before they closed, and didnt want gels/tips/wraps/anything beyond polish on my nails. I got a fairly unwelcome feeling from everyone except the pedicurist. Though we didnt understand eachother, she was very friendly.I do know that when I do my own mani (covering the whole nail), using that brand of polish, I go a week minimum without chips. After the one I paid for, my first chip was 3 hours later. At least my toes still look nice (now that the bruising on them is gone anyway). The half-mani only survived 4 days before the chips were so bad I had to remove the remnants of polish.

The nail clippers and other tools they use are not properly cleaned after every customer. I saw the nail technician reusing the tools she had used on the previous customer without being cleaned out.. I was so disappointed, i trust them to be clean.... i do not want to end up with an infection or nail fungus!!! I was really grossed out and left!
