They are awsome and do a great job you can see the pride they have in the job see my girls are great this place is a must to get your nails done right and if your a nail tech to go work at mainly if you take pride in your work will not take my wife to another place but nail en-v if you dont try it you dont care about your nails and self care

I have been going to this establishment (NAIL En-V) for two months now consistently, the owner and her co-worker works diligently, professionally to accomodate your needs in spite of minimal staffing, I continue to go because I like the atmosphere, attitude, being pampered, relaxing and never being in a hurry. I have not had to complain about my nails, pedicure or my eyebrows my experience has been perfectly awesome.

I take my tween here for eyebrow waxing, Elizabeth is so kind and gentle with her. Elizabeth is the only one my daughter will see. She has made her feel comfortable and relaxed

We made an appointment for 330 pm and they were not ready for us. We had to wait at least a half hour and their was only one nail artist. When my daughter showed her a picture of what she wanted she said it would take to long! I found this place unprofessional unfriendly and very expensive! I wont be coming back or my daughters.

I havent done anything that would contribute to my nails breaking. Im not happy about that so Ill be reaching out to the shop to make them aware of the situation.

I’ve been sitting with my feet in now cold water for about an hour!! The person I came in with is still getting her toes tended to. If they only had one person doing toes why bring back two people. One person gets their toes done and the other sits and waits in cold waters. Super frustrating and unprofessional!! Last time I come here

1st time @Nail En-v and I only came in because my regular place is closed for the weekend. Tom took care of me. He did an amazing job on my nails. He had great customer service skills, very personable and attentive. I will definitely be coming back the next time in in town.

Clean, beautiful and spacious nail salon with friendly, helpful staff/technicians. They were not terribly busy and were able to get me in for a pedicure when I brought my daugter in for her nail appointment. Yay! I took this same daughter to a different salon for a full set two weeks prior and her nails were popping off a day later. We went in a week later and they fixed them, but they immediately started popping off again. Its been 10 days since getting her full set at Nail En-V and they still look great and none have come off!! I liked this salon so much, I brought my other daughter for her fill. Great work!

My first time there, I had a bit a problem with my nails because of the last place I went to. I was a little nervous about what would happen but Jessica is a nail goddess! I am so blessed to have found her! She is my new nail tech for life! She is thoughtful and kind, she listens to what it is you want and she has your best interest in mind. I had a wonderful experience with my visit. She was very professional and my pedicure looked lovely.

My girl did awesome on the creative initiative. My only vice is I asked for oval, she asked if I was ok with almond I said sure and they came out the same shape as say a reptiles nails. Way too pointy. My suggestion is pipe up about the shape before your nail tech puts polish on.

Hands down, the best place to get your nails done. They always try to accommodate you, even without an appointment. Nails are exactly what you ask for. Super friendly and beautiful shop. First time there and will not be going back. I got there 10 minutes after they open, the door was open so i walked in and there was no one there i rang the call bell and no one came out. I walked around and noticed someone was in getting their brows done. I waited a few minutes and finally someone came in and started my mani-pedi. I believe the owner was the one doing the brows but after she was done she never greeted me. she was taking selfies the whole time. no one even asked for my name. I don’t consider myself a picky or high maintenance but if im paying a professional for a service i expect a professional outcome. I honestly could’ve done my own nails and they would’ve looked better.

My favorite place for a pedicure! I drive almost 2 hours just to go here and yes, its worth it.

I would give 5 starts but I feel I may have been over charged. I had a basic gel pedi as well as having my daughter (6) get a gel pedi plus dip powder and was charged $123. I wasnt going to sit there and argue numbers as clearly I was happy with the results and still am almost 2 weeks later. It was worth it but It didnt add up and that made me feel ripped off like if they took it upon themself to add a tip. I was told 30 for my daughters pedi which I feel ia way over priced for such a basic pedi and tiny toenails and 40 for mine and 45 for dip.

. Every time I leave the Nail EnV on Dobson Im completely satisfied. Just got my toes done for Valentines Day and they did such an amazing job! And everyone there is friendly and genuine.

Jenny is my go to girl, she not only my regular nails tech but she has became a dear friend. All of her technicians are great, friendly and very accommodating. I am satisfied very happy every time I get my nails done. Good job!

The staff seemed rushed, I did not like the way my nails turned out but I was too afraid to say anything because it makes me sad to hurt someone’s feelings. But I asked for snowflakes and they didn’t look like snowflakes and there was a hair stuck inside of one of my nails after and I didn’t even notice until I was already out. The guy who did my pedicure cut one of my toes and was bleeding a lot and he got nail polish all over my toes. I paid $80 for this so I’m a little upset.

Jenny is MY go 2 GIRL for my SNS nails. She takes the time to find any color u want or desire. Shes so friendly, very patient and i love that she takes the time to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. Her staff is also nice, welcoming and respectful. They are all very friendly. I Leave every time LOVING my color and my nail shape.

I’m currently sitting here. I am surprised how terrible they painted my nails. It was surprisingly bad. My friend is getting a pedicure. And they’re using a noodle and switched people. They didn’t offer me water like they did to the people who looked like they had money. I have equal amounts of money, babes. Anyways. They’re polite but terrible.

Absolutely fantastic. Jessica really takes her time and does an amazing job. She’s super friendly! My nails always look great regardless of who does them! I always do the SNS and they have great color choices. It’s my favorite place to go. Usually really easy to make an appointment for same day too.

The salon itself is very nice - clean, modern, open. The woman who did my pedicure did an amazing job! I chose the spa pedi, and she took her time massaging the lotion and oil into my legs and it was SO relaxing. The girl that did my manicure, though, did not take the time to do quality work. I asked just to get my nails cleaned up, you know... get them filed, get the cuticles even, cut any hang nails.... but she only lightly filed my nails and clipped of a couple hang nails before putting the clear nail polish on and quickly rubbing in some lotion on my arms. I couldve done what she did for free at home, but I came here expecting my nails to actually be cared for. Ill attach a picture so you can see... she didnt file my nails much at all so theyre all different lengths, my cuticles are still crazy, and she did not use enough lotion to moisturize my fingers. Would come back for a pedi, not sure about a mani now.

I’m from Vegas and i was out in Phoenix having a hard time finding a nail shop. (Every other shop turned me away because they were “too busy”) but I’m happy they did! Jess just blessed my hands! This is the best set I have ever had! She has just gained a loyal customer and I will be referring everyone to her!

Iv been going and getting my lashes done by Jenny for 2 years now and she is so sweet, she’s very good at what she does and always listens to what I want, the nail techs were very nice to my 16yr old daughter who needed to charge her phone while I got my lashes and they sat her up and everything, she will take my appointments even at last minute and that really makes life easier for me when she doesn’t have to. Btw I live in Peoria and I drive to Mesa just to go here that should say something!

Been coming to this location for almost a year, spawning about $100.00 for an SNS, with tip. Made an appointment today for 12:30 and after waiting for 25 minutes, they give me a trainee who after 15 minutes of filing, this is all he did. Do NOT go here.My $100.00 plus dollars was always good before, now you say my nails are too complex. You’re a nail salon. Save your time and money and go to Scottsdale

THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY Black behind the counter.. Should have left then.. A young man did my nails and filled them away,,on the top to the skin,, I dont use fake nails.. it is a couple years later and they have not grown back,,He said he has worked at a lot. of salons,,no wonder. Tried to see the certificates.

The owner of this salon is amazing! She took extra time to make sure I was happy with my SNS nails. She actually cares about her customers. The salon is being redone into a sleek salon with white, gold and rustic wood accents. I would recommend this salon to anyone is the Mesa area!

I used to go here back when it first opened. I though it was great and staff were super friendly. I went tonight and they didn’t have enough staff. (There were only 2 nail techs) They asked me to go back or reschedule. Needless to say I’m not going back.

My nails are amazing. I have never had someone take the time to make my nails perfect like Jessica. I cant explain. How many times I have had horribly shaped, horribly polished nails. She took her time despite it being close to closing time. Perfect nails!!!!

Okay so let me start by saying Never let one bad apple spoil the tree Ive been coming to Nail En-V for two years. I have experienced a few encounters of service changes. However jenny is a great business woman with a genuine desire to service her clients. If one can yelp negatively then one can also express their opinion at the time of matter. All lines of business has flaws and space for opportunity. The fact that Jenny and her nail technicians can take responsibility and ownership of their clients needs is more credible than any nail that was polished incorrectly, or the timeframe of waiting is excessive and water not being offered. All things are not meant to be entitled or be frowned upon as judgement. Nail En-V is a great family oriented nail shop and I live in Phoenix driving to Mesa for the loyalty service that Jenny and nail technicians provide.

Ive been here a few different times and all together Id say a 3 is fair. The first time I went they were above and beyond but the last time I asked for a deluxe, the lady missed the sugar scrub and the hot stone plus forgot the snowflake I asked her for and still tried to charge me $55. Um no I dont think so. She tried to argue that she did the sugar scrub until another patron spoke up for me and called her out. I got the price reduced but they have lost a customer now.

I usually like how they do my nails but have more care for your customers and dont rush just because your fustrated or whatever the reason may be. The lady straight you cut my fingers didnt even care continued yo go over the same spots causing the cut to go deeper I shouldnt have to worry about manicurist cutting me and not showing any bit of care she didnt even apologize .. I had to be the one to ask if I can wash my hands from all the bleeding and burning!

I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon before. When getting my calluses removed, the technician scrubbed so hard that I started to hurt and then bled. Even though I said that it hurt, the technician kept working on my calluses without examining the area that I said hurt. Then when I saw the instrument that was being used and I saw blood on it. I am not sure why or how the technician wasnt aware that I was bleeding even though it very obvious. I had to tell them that there was blood on the instrument and that I was bleeding. Then they had no clue how to handle a situation where a client was bleeding. Two other staff members had to help them with how to disinfectant and bandage a wound. They only didnt charge me for the callus removal when they probably should have discounted everything more. I bled a lot and I felt that my overall pedicure was very mediocre.Update: a few days later I received a full refund.

I went to get a simple eyebrow wax on Christmas eve and was turned down because they wanted to go home early. They were not open until a certain time so I arrived early aware of holiday hours. I arrived well before business hours were ending. They claimed no one in there knew how to do eyebrow waxing not knowing I have seen the person in the salon wax eyebrows before as well as others. This is not my first time here. I love it when theres certain people working but very dissapointed in the treatment inflicted by other workers. Not worried about customer satisfaction at all even on other visits and it never improves. The technicians dont fully do the pedicures and if they do all the treatment as paid they shorten the length spent on the treatment and rush through it. I had an issue with a technician doing my nails wont even go there. Focus more on providing a better customer service experience and going above and beyond not below and in circles

Omg! Finally found a relaxing atmosphere with great service! Jennifer was very attentive and did an amazing job! She and her colleague checked in with my bestie and I throughout the pedicure and made sure we wete happy before we left. The leg and foot massages were generous and the music and TV were soothing. GREAT spot to relax with the gals. I recommend booking an appointment or sign in and come back if theres a wait. Ill definitely be coming back!

I am always nervous about trying a different Nail Salon. It usually takes months for me to find a Tech that really listens and understands how I would like to have my nails done. There is nothing complicated about the shade of pink and white acrylic, thickness, length or shape of my nails, and I dont ever go in a Salon on the weekend, I understand its busy and there is no extra time for special requests. I usually have to settle for maybe two of the key points mentioned above, return for three, but NEVER expect four, especially on the FIRST VISIT!My girlfriend decided we would try somewhere closer than used to go, she needed a fill and I wanted a full set. I didnt have a choice, I was already in HER car, when she told me of this decision. It was 6:15pm and they closed at 7pm, my expectation level has dropped due to the Tech rushing because it was the end of their day, and they wanted to go home (I can relate)We walk in, only one customer, and they are sweeping the floor, and cleaning. We are cheerfully greeted, asked what we would like(without glancing at the clock)then pointed us towards two stations, right away! My girlfriend that only needed a fill, had a Tech start right away, since I was having a full set done with pink and white acrylic, I had to wait until she was finished with the other customer, about 15mins. She sat down and listened to my request, asked a few questions confirming that she understood, then started working on my nails. We were so busy talking and laughing, that I did not notice my nails! She took her time and Nailed everything perfectly! I only wish I knew her name. I will update this post, I am on my way now, I need to have my nails filled, and as far as Im concerned Nail ENV is the best place to have my nails done!

My $60 Sns nails were waaaaaaaay over priced for how they came out. Bumpy & sides weren’t even smooth had to pay more money just to get the nails shaped the way I wanted. Over priced and over hyped. I will never go back.

Horrible wait...this is the second time that I was here on time for my appointment...last time in at 1:00 left at 3:50 (gel fill). This time appointment at 5:00. Left at 7:20. Did not follow simple request(no polish on toes and mani at the counter...I thought I finally found a good place...

I came here today at 9am. Owner Mimi didnt show up until 915am. Didnt open on time. Im the first to sign in. She took the 3rd person waiting first. She then starts a full set of nails. She then puts on the tips and the acrylic THEN she informed me that she has a doctors appointment and the girl that just called off would come in to finish my nails! REALLY. ....I sat there 45 minutes waiting for NO ONE to show up!!! I told the guy that this was the worst service I have ever had! I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT! NO DISCOUNT and I was there for 2 hours! I rate this terrible establishment MINUS 100 Percent! Mimi has no business being a manager! You should be ashamed of allowing her to carry your brand name! Buyer beware. .....do yourself a favor and go somewhere else deserves and respects your hard earned money!!!

Came Sunday and paid $50 for a full set! My nails are so thin that they Have been breaking since i left. I called the business and told them about the issue and they told me to come in today. Well i come in and they are making a huge deal on they dont know who did my nails and to come tomorrow!! I am walking around with 4 nails on literally!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE I DIDNT GET WHAT I WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEN FOR THEM TO MAKE MY ENTIRE NAILS THIN & NOT WANT TO FIX IT! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING A WASTE OF MY MONEY & TIME*update so after everyone refused to do my nails (waited 45mins while they took customers i came before) i told them i want all the nails off as i was able to bend the Acrylic and half with my hand it was so thin they sent the guy that they have painting the door he’s not even licensed to take my nails off he started clipping my nails hurting them and that’s when I told him that they normally use the drill then a licensed person came over and sanded my nails down they told me the manager would be in tomorrow and that’s when I can get a refund I did go back today and had no issues getting a refund.

I moved here to arizona about a year ago and have tried many nail salons in the area and was just super unhappy with them. I am beyond pleased with the quality of their work and the cleanliness of their location! Their work lasts weeks longer and I appreciate the time they take on perfection. They have hundreds of color options which is nice because other salons have barely any color options. I’m OCD about matching color with hands and toes and they even have matching regular polish for pedi that match and sns and gel.

Service is excellent. PRICES are the lowest anywhere. Services are vast. Ask to see the menu! A mani-pedi Express is $17 & $12 = $29.oo. You will want to tip generously. Other places charge $42. Gel is more as are custom designs. You can get sugar scrub or hot stone message on your calves. Men (bikers) come in with a friend and smile easily. Weekends require appointments. GO.

I was visiting Mesa from Ohio and wanted to get a mani pedi. I knew it would be cheaper in Mesa than Ohio. I reviewed a number of reviews and choose Nail EnV. My regular manicure, not gel lasted two weeks. That never happens. They used clean instruments and did a great job. I was there in February 15, my pedicure still looks good. I will visit again when I return.

Heres the thing im very picky about who i ket do my nails after contracting an fungus infection once from a salon it was horrible so i tried this place once i moved to this side of town and my natural nail bed was E-filed down so thin that the acrylic burned my finger tips for days after like itching red swollen painful. I had to soak in ice water for relief. I went back to my original salon i used to go to on the North side of town 2wks after and she was horrified at how bad they were. Now i had been going to my place for 7yrs religiously except for a few times like the one that gave me the infection. So shes quite familiar with my nails and explained how dangerous it is to file natural nails with an efile which i didnt know. So besides all that they dnt have prices posted and it seems like they charge whatever they feel like which was 55 for my new set. I normally can keep a set at my old place for 3wks before they start lifting and i only pay 35 including my flair tips and gel top coat they charge 5 extra for everything and they were lifting after 2wks. Ripoff and ruined my nails for months
