I handled my fiance account thru State Farm at this location. I have always been greeted respectfully, promptly by Stephanie! Months later, I decided to change Insurance Companies after being with the same for well over 15 years! While change can be difficult, Margo Black Office, Stephanie made it a breeze!I questioned why I didnt do this sooner! Aside from the simplicity, the rates are affordable & I dont feel as though Im making several car payments on insurance alone! May I note, during the handling of my fiance account, weve had to temp stop/ then add insurance etc .. multiple times, with unexpected car issues! Then with the recent pandemic, less to no driving we were again able to adjust our policie(s) with such ease, literally like a light switch! No fees, no more added stress! If your considering changing, take it from me who hates change! Just make that call & see what they have to offer, its worth it!

State Farm office at Southern and Power Road is an exceptional insurance shopping experience. Agent Stephanie Rodriguez is professional while charming. She explained my old coverages, suggested some changes and still saved me about $400 a year between my auto and home policies. I will certainly recommend this agency to friends and co-workers.

State Farm provides great coverage, enough said. But Marge and her office are above and beyond what Ive ever experienced in all my years purchasing insurance. If I have a question or if mom has a question about coverage - she never treats us like were stupid for coming in or calling over the phone to review/ ask questions about our coverage. I just moved to AZ and needed new car insurance went online got a quote and went into the office to get the insurance. All went fast and we talked a while about other things, my fault I tend to talk a lot and they told me about places I should go see.They do try to sell other things but most places do. I would have liked a couple questions answered by email before I went in. They wanted to chat over the phone. I get it, I am sure they like to make it more personal. All in all so far so good but I just got this on Friday. Again super nice people.

Stephanie is great! She made the process of getting renters insurance super fast and easy. As someone moving out on their own for this first time, insurance is all very new to me. Stephanie took the time to explain the policy and answer any questions I had and was incredibly patient. When it turned out I needed a change on my certificate of insurance, she fixed it right away after just one phone call. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend to anyone looking for a good insurance company and agent.

Aweful experience here. To start I never chose State Farm, my mother chose them and then passed away in a motorcycle accident forcing me to see how petty the human race can be to each other. When she passed I went here to file a claim and get some financial assistance for the recent tragedy. At first the ladies here seemed super empathetic and understanding. This changed when I finished filing the claim and got the first set of checks.Unfortunately when I finally got through enough of the probate process to cash said checks the banker let me know they got moms middle initial wrong on a few lines of the checks (and correct in other spots) and they needed to be reissued. When I went in to request a reissue on those checks I also paid my car insurance for that month. They recommended I get put on auto pay so I went with it because in theory its a good idea (Im always super busy and it sounded like it would save time and effort). The problem was that they then double charged me for my auto insurance a few days later for what I had paid in cash. This left me with no money and no way to pick up my medicine that I budgeted for on that day. I immediately went to their office when I finished with work only to find this office closed due to family emergency on September 19th at about 4pm. I then had to find time in my insanely busy schedule to come in the next day to clear up this mistake. When I did I received a lot of resistance to assisting me that day, (they wanted to take another few weeks to send me a check that would probably be wrong) but luckily I was just able to convince the lady working there to write me a check so I wouldnt be without medicine for days.When this disaster was taken care of I immediately requested to be taken off auto pay since they were obviously too incompetent to handle my bank account with respect. Unfortunately they are now saying that being taken off auto pay adds over $200 to my next bill cycle. I was on auto pay for less than a week and this company messed up huge and is now scamming me for a double payment due to their blunder.To top it off they never told me about the auto loan my mom had with them until I mentioned I was glad mom had S coverage so I didnt have to worry about it since I thought it was covered. Turns out their S coverage only covers whatever vehicle is being driven at the time of the accident. The bill was for three months of car payments by the time I knew about it.It also took a week to get those reissued checks they promised would be overnighted to me. I nearly went bankrupt having to deal with these idiots mistakes so I recommend that if you dont hate yourself and/or have loved ones you dont want to suffer then dont do ANY business with these morons!

This agency has very poor customer service. I had a great agent in Indiana, but after my experience with this agent I am leaving state farm. Find a different agent.
