Since me and my family has moved here Ive have seen some improvement but what I wanna know who are the owners of this p cause you only get man management theres a higher up who is the llc dont have roaches but needed thing repair so far so good just need to know who they have to answer to

I love living here. We needed to move somewhere cheaper. The outside looks old but they are upgrading the insides and the grounds look really nice. The maintenance men are awesome. They are very understanding but won’t make false promises. The office staff is always welcoming and most of the tenants are friendly. My daughters love hanging out with the other kids. Nothing bad to say about this apt. People who have bug problems are either not cleaning or not getting the house treated which is available every Thursday.

This place is very scary I ended up signing a lease with the other management before they left we had a huge list on our move-in sheet the new management promised numerous times to help but they dont actually help huge roach infestation the office ladies will act very nice you but they are extremely passive-aggressive when I moved I moved on good terms even though they screwed me over I fully clean to my house before I left I left it in good condition that appliances ready to go I even replace the drip pans Im a very nice resident but they screwed me over and never helped I never even got a air filter from them they thought they were sneaky to call my new place where I moved in and tell them lies saying that I got noise complaints when the manager said to my boyfriend that thats true that weve actually never gotten a noise complaint so its hearsay here do there they do exactly what they want to do the LIE straight to your face please be aware of this property

Security guard is very aggressive for no reason. Very unprofessional, definitely feel sorry for whoever hired this liability waiting to happen.

Do not rent from these people!!!!! They do and say whatever they want dont ever pay them cash because theyll say its for the apartment complex and pocket it Ive talked to some people here theres an old woman with black mold shes never had an oven this place is a health violation all the way we should all be refunded our money for living in such filth not to mention theres about hundreds of cats here and the apartment complex doesnt do anything about it the roaches are unbelievable dont ever expect a work order to be done in your apartment this place is a complete dump do not rent from them

If you are looking for a apt you should go some were better please!! Ever since the new owner and management took over in April 1 2019 the place went down hill the pool is green they took out the fitness center they tow your car when ever they want!! The owner needs to do something if anything get new mangers. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would they are some scammers and Belinda or whatever her name is really nice at first but plays really forgetful when it’s move in time or when you ask to see the property they have held for you. I went to see the townhome she referred to my step mom and I and turned out it was a regular apartment that wouldn’t house me and my 3 kids properly and then told me I couldn’t get my 150 holding fee back cause it’s non-refundable when on the paper it says only the application fee is non-refundable . I’ve also talked to a lawyer about this situation and was told that it is illegal to do this..I’ve moved here from Indiana and just wanted a home for my kids and I now I have to look else where and trust me it’s hard as hell doing so with 2 little kids and no help but again don’t waste your time moving into these apartments you will be scammed out of your money.

Horrible place! I USED to live there.. Managment was horible when Maria was aboard! Police constantly there.. Bedbugs... Roaches.... Kids out of control!!!! Slamming balls against shades breaking things.. Management did NOTHING!!!! Then a decent manager came aboard an sadly left. Then place went downhill again! I MOVED!!!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE.. I lived here just over one year. They failed to eradicate a roach infestation that entire time. Their new and improved management never answers the phone and are completely unavailable and unprofessional. This place is ran by a bunch of crooks. It took me two months after they failed to even acknowledge my notice to vacate, numerous failed phone calls, and I had to leave work early on several occasions only to discover they were not available during their posted hours. Finally, I met with them to discuss the return of my security deposit, which they advised they would be withholding in its entirety. I had signed a lease agreement with the previous owners and had met the conditions to have my deposit refunded, but they advised me that because I moved out after the new management had taken ownership, they would not honor my existing lease contract and I was now required to abide by their move-out policy that I had not signed for nor agreed to in writing.

I am beyond Disturbed Im wondering when something is actually going to get done.... When you say anything to the managers they do absolutely nothing when you bring it up again they act like theyve never heard that a day in their life this place is an absolute disaster.

I went in and applied over a week agoThis woman has excuses for absolutely everything she does wrong. and than thinks she can deny people cause they dont want to wait an extra week. I mean seriously. First I hear the company doing the checks is lazy people she said. Than swore it would be done by Monday. Than Monday it was my past address was a night club. I told her she was wrong. I told her to Google it. It comes right up. Than Im told know matter what she should hear by Tuesday. I waited all day and nothing. I call on Wednesday and now she has no internet. But tells me she knows I have 3 evictions on my record and other things that I dont. I explained the laws to her that you have to provide the information that was used to deny me. She refused and told me she can do whatever she wants she not from here.I explained to her that I want the information. She swore at me and told me I now cant have my money back that she said would be. The holding money of 100 is mine. She said I dont get it back cause she doesnt have to give it to me. She can do what she wants. Its the lady with the accent. She was really nice taking my.money. once she got that she was rude and disrespectful. She needs to realize citizen or from here or not. She still has to follow the laws.I have called the city of Mesa to report her. The BBB as well. I also called and left message to the owner it shows that is the registered owner. I have also called all 3 credit bureaus. To report that she is running credit but not telling anyone who she goes through. That is against the law. She has to disclose the 3rd party company. If she is not going to finish processing my application than she owes me the app fee as well. I will get it.I have also just spoke with local law enforcement. This is not the first time this has happened. So now I believe this place is scamming people out of their hard earned money. If this lady thinks being rude and calling people names is professional than she has another thing coming.She cant lie to people cause it suits her being a lazy liar.If you need a place to live go elsewhere. This place is the worst place to apply as long as lazy liar lady is employed there.Liar liar.

Dont move here!!This is the worst place to live since the new management. Its been about a week, and they still havent fixed our disposal, which weve gone to the office almost every day in the past week for them to send someone to get it fixed. The office management are really rude. Things have really gone downhill with the new management

I literally can not wait until my lease is over in September. The management personnel here have absolutely no manners and have no sense of customer service. YOU ARE BETTER OFF ELSEWHERE! The apartment complex is always dirty. What use to be green grass is now dirt! The pool is dark green! The gym is shutdown! Tow trucks come in & tow peoples car serval times a week!I’ve put in serval work orders for my apartment & it’s been over a month with no response.Just thinking about stepping into the office gives an awful feeling because you already know you’re going to be treated poorly! Multiple times I’ve gone in looked the manager straight in the face with a smile & said hi 👋 with no response but an ugly frown.THIS PLACE ISNT FAMILY ORIENTED, THIS PLACE LOST ITS FAMILY WARMTHNESS & DOESNT FIT THE DESCRIPTION OF HOME.With that said, if you do decide to move here, be prepared for a massive headache & a lot of ridiculous violation fees left & right.(Good luck y’all have a blessed day ❤️)

Dump!! Apts when down hill fast. Do to new management and owners.

Unfortunately, my family and I have lived here for 2 and a half years. We are very thankful that they were so willing to work with us because we really needed a place to live but I would not reccomend this place to anyone. I call the office and most of the time they never answer, or they always tend to leave way before 5pm (as it says on their hours) and things are always breaking in our apartment. There was a time when they wouldnt replace stuff and I had mentioned BBB then the process got moving. I wouldnt have brought it up but the women in the front would tell me things but it never happened. We finally got a fire extinguisher after a year of asking and asking as well. I believe that the same women whose answer for every question was IDK, its up to my manager or al ask my manager. We started calling her the IDK lady because that was her answer all the time. Before there was a maintenance man who would say hell be back to fix it and never come back. This same guy came into our apartment without consent 3 times, once I was in the shower, the third time I was in the kitchen when I heard someone unlocking my door, it was the maintenance man. Then I told him that if he came into my apartment again that I was going to call the police, report him, and make sure he never steps foot in here again.Today I have been calling the office for 2 days now to put in my 30 day notice but I was just informed that the place has new owners again and they look promising. Best of luck to you new comers and I pray that this place does improve.

Lived here for a few years, and it was cheap rent but the quality was poor and it came with other critters like cockroaches. Maintenance was always quick to help and easy to talk to.

They are never tjere when they are they will be at the office went at 430 on Friday and they say they are open til 5 and they said they would be back in 9 am Monday yet once again no is there. Horrible mamagement. We have asked them to fix multiple things in the apartment and nothing gets done. All they do is make excuses not okay leaving as soon as our lease is over. Dont make the mistake of least g here!

I find it a joke that the apartment complex is raising the rent significantly come 2020 I honestly feel like they should be like the cheapest apartment complex in Mesa you can just tell by the outside that this is going to be a bad place to live they have a huge roach infestation along with cats everywhere all over the properties the outside is low maintenance the poop pots are always full everyone who lives here has something horrible to say about their apartment if you live here move by the end of the year if youre planning to move here think twice.

I agree with all these people. Please move somewhere else. This place is terrible.

Illegally evicted me changed locks with no eviction notice and would never repair anything stay far away from this place

If you are not Section 8 they want to raise your rent high as hell after each year you complete with on time payments.
