RUN! They refuse to service my son because he was in a wheelchair, his exact words “oh my back would hurt because I’m bending down to much??!!! Mind you this is not like these are 50 year olds. Then receptionist was the only empathetic person that even showed concern and was baffled as to how can you not serve a child in a wheelchair? Then she asked on another barber- this one was laying on the couch, refused to because the chair is to low?? Total a$$holes.

I had a big problem finding a good barber in NWI until i came here! Nick the barber has kept me and my boys fresh this summer! Always punctual and consistent! Amazingly talented barber and fair with pricing! Worth the trip!

This place isDefinitelymake you wait. Went shopping and ate to come back still waiting. Then skip you and add people they know , who werent in line. None of the barbers wore masks.This is crazy with everything going on.

Was few mins after when I’ve always given great appreciation to the barber with awesome tips and compliments. I drive a good distance for my sons haircuts. Not anymore. I will go elsewhere there are plenty barbers out here. He didn’t have to act the way he did. For 10 mins late and a hour drive in traffic! No more 70.00 for three boys haircuts for this guy! I’ll keep my money and find someone who values their good paying customers and the fact we go out of our way just to see him. Being treated rudely is not my memo. The crowd in there ain’t exactly classy half the time anyways! Anytime he was late with his appointment we kindly waited……just not a decent place the way they treat their customers when I’m so easy to replace why bother with these types……Bye trendsetters!

Never had a professional touch my beard till i walked into this shop, i dont remember dudes name but hes a big guy with clippers & scissors tattooed on his arm. He made my beard look clean and groomed. And the head shave was one of the best ive ever had. Friendly atmosphere. I will be back.

All you need to know about this place for 30$

Last man standing without service that being barely noticed. No appointment needed, ya right. Unbelievable that I had wait two hours on the ride side of the site and the left side decided to close up shop. Took effort to see it myself by leaving my chair. Last on the list and hoping to get a measly trim, not a master piece, a trim. In desperate need of a hair cut at these dreary times and they fumbled my experience up. Cant wait for professional cutteries to open soon. Dont recommend them.

I wish I would have gotten the guy’s name that cut my hair the other day, I told him exactly what I wanted and I get home and shower and as I’m fixing my hair it’s a good inch and a half longer on the left side than it is on the right side of my head. By far the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, my recommendation is to spend your money elsewhere.

I absolutely love this barbershop. I would go there all the time. My mom would take me all the time. JOSH would reshape and redesign the side of my head. I miss the barbershop and him cutting my hair too much but I had fun while I was there.

On the 4th of July I was charged $30 which is $10 more. Would of like of known that before the haircut. Essentially I paid $30 for a haircut I could of got at Great Clips. Very bad experience. The person that cut my hair didnt do a good job. When I questioned the length and the evenness of my hair. They were rude and didnt want to fix it. $30 really learn how to cut hair. Actually cut not just with shaver.Never going there again .

I’ve referred so many of my friends to this place & all have been completely satisfied! The barbers are social, kind, & talented. If you ever ask me where to go when looking to make yourself look better, I’ll always recommend trendsetters.

They have you sign in and whoever is available next will take you. They still dont go by the list. My son was there for 3 hours before anyone decided to take him.

I have been to this shop twice with my 3 year old son and both times had horrible experiences. The haircuts I had were GREAT but I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP AGAIN. THE professionalism is totally out the windows. They play disrespectful music, half of the barbers are always high and its an uncomfortable environment. If you have kids or have any dignity do not go to this shop

Great group of barbers.. Jose is my sons barber and if he is not available... There is always someone else there at Trendsetters on the mall who he can trust to do a great job...Also, KD @ the Hammond shop is amazing!! Did an under cut on my daughters ... Great Job!!

Great barbershop, friendly and professional barbers that KNOW how to cut hair. My husband and sons left that shop with the cut they asked for. My boys acutually got compliments after leaving when walking the mall. I definitely would recommend trendsetters if your looking for a barber who is passionate about their job and is there to satisfy his clients. We will returning!!

Johnny Blaze and Rana are real good barbers. Some time there is a wait. Calling ahead may help.

Barber was so rude to my 9 year old son. Didnt say hi to me or him. Acted annoyed and spent more time checking his phone then cutting hair. Told my son over and over sit still, when my kid was like a statue! He never moves. Gave him directions to look down or look up in the most annoyed voice ever, like my son was dumb for not knowing where to look next. Get out of here! Hispanic looking guy with tattoos and always wears a gold watch. You deserved to be smacked by one of these parents and eventually you will be. Never ever again.

Trendsetters is overall one of the best barbershops I have ever visited. Why is this, you might ask. Well, first off the people there are friendly, very friendly. All of the barbers that work there have serious skills, and can hook you up with just about any haircut or design that you want. They live up to their name, Trendsetters. You pick the style, and mix it up, and theyll do it for you. Go there. Your experience will be a 10/10

Ive been coming to this shop since I was in high school. Ive always been satisfied with the haircut I got.

So i was getting my hair cut and tell me why he put his hands on my face and i smelt butter and i saw a bag of popcorn next to them too much hair on the floor and he kept moving my head around like i was a barbie doll

I went there for the first time and the people were nice the only down side is the store was filled with the smell of funky feet. When I was getting my haircut I felt a slight breeze on the back of my head. So when my new barber went to wipe his nose I looked in the mirror and I looked like steve harvey and I was very unsatisfied. Also he used my shirt to wipe his nose.

My husband went in and told the barber what he wanted. The barber didn’t even come close to what he wanted and my husband showed him a picture! Terrible! My husband hates his hair cut. The barber was supposed to trim his beard.... it literally looks the same as it did when he walked in!

Slowest barbershop in NWI. Perhaps the barbers should focus on cutting hair rather than taking breaks and talking.

I have been to alot of places with my kids and this place is amazing. Vinnie is awesome with my 5 year old and scottie cut my 1 year olds hair and is the most patient man I have ever met. Thank you guys for being great with my boys!

Not even half a star. I walked in they were busy for a Friday night understandable. As the wait went down not one barber acknowledged me or asked what type of haircut I was looking for. One barber was waiting for a face mask to dry looked at me standing and looked away and sat down and jumped on his phone. When an empty chair came available a barber walked right past me as I was standing waiting for a chair walked outside the door to count his cash that he had made for the day, then again walked right past me entering the shop didnt ask how I could be helped or if I was waiting for a cut. I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO GET A CUT THERE. ILL STICK TO MY BARBER SHOP ON RT. 30

I told him to take off a little at a time and he cut almost all off. when i left and took a shower i put my hand through my hair and i thought i was balding. there was a ton of cut hairs like long ones. it clogged my drain because there was so much. terrible experience

My son and I have been going here for 4 years now and have gotten our hair cut by several barbers, Kevin, David, the guy with the glasses (sorry I cant remember his name) and now Tonya today and a couple others. I have yet to be disappointed!!

I waited for two hours no one really asked if I needed a haircut they charge 30 but before hand they charged me 25 now because their rent is “high” everything about this place is terrible never going back suggest whoever is reading this look for better

Came in with my son and was told we were next and to sign in. So I did and we proceeded to wait for half an hour while they took several other customers before us that had walked in after us.
