Everytime I go in I am always able to get my hair cut quickly and expertly. Caitlin is an awesome stylist she has cut my hair the last 7 or 8 times I dont usually like to request certain people but if shes there working I want her to cut my hair. Its great to have a stylist I trust to do my hair and do it with a smile. Even if its under a mask would definitely recommend sport clips and Caitlin.

I love the experience, service and good nature of the entire staff and it doesnt matter which sports clips Ive been to, fun with professionalism

Inexperienced...my haircut is pretty easy. But now I get to where a hat for the next 2 weeks while my hair grows out. I was nice and paid and even tipped since it’s Christmas. I won’t return.

Just called after looking up places near by to get a hair cut that was open at the last minute...and they are closed someone needs to update the website everyones time is valuable!! And I could have called some place that would get to me...even after seen mostly bad review I was willing to give it a try bc everyone has bad days...again thanks for being closed could have been a way of keeping yall from messing up my hair

Checked in online, was told 8 mins later when I arrived that they weren’t taking any more customers and were closing early.

Fit me in immediately and helped me choose a new style. Very patient with me being indecisive.

Unfortunately the one star was used up by the lady who was in the store alone cutting hair with the phone ringing.She still managed to politely greet me andsign me in.What happened next was as bizzar as it was unprofesssional and just plain rude.Woman walked out from back within.a couple minutes.Walked up to the front computer and stood there.She stood there reading for what seemed to be 5 minutes .No hi, no be right with you.Not even eye contact.As I was in dire need of a hair cut.I tried to be patient.After two women walked in front door returning from lunch and still no apparent intent on cutting my hair.I stood up and walked out.This is where my luck changedI went to Great Clips by Verizon and was even luckier to have Alba cut my hair.She was polite, attentive and very pleasant as she proceeded to give me a fantastic haircut.Her professionalism and obvious talent was what I was hoping for.Lucky for her.She also has a new customer, as I just moved to the area.Alba will be cutting my hair from now on.Thanks Sport Clips.Wouldnt have found her without you!

Went in for a beard trim. Sideburns each different sizes. Did not use electric shaver to remove stubble. Poor service so I did not tip. Crown Poiny location is much better.

Got my haircut twice in a row by a stylist named Talia and she does an excellent job every time! The whole staff is super polite and I love how they’re open late, so great place to go after a day at work.

I love the MVP haircut. The shampoo they use is quite refreshing. Not only do you get your hair shampooed but you get a massage, hair cut and hot towel; all this while watching sports on the multiple televisions.

Was here 2 months ago and Jessica Did a great job. She was quick and surprisingly did a great job. I only say that cause I have lots of cow licks in my hair. Just moved here from Florida. I will be going back soon even though I live in St John.

So she asked me what did I want and I told her. She did exactly what she wanted to do absolutely nothing that I wanted to do absolutely terrible haircut. Will never go back. Do not go there

Nice stylists not a long wait

Didn’t do great job layering my shorter straighter hair. Seemed in a rush and complained about other customers most of the time talking to me.

Often has a long wait, but does hubbys hair nice every time. Only place he goes.

Got a haircut by a girl named Sarah. It was my first time ever visiting Sport Clips. I normally dont leave reviews for places, but I had such a terrible haircut that I felt the need to warn others. I asked for a low fade on the sides and asked for everything to be blended well. The left side of my head is cut with a 1 guard all the way up to where my part would be and the right side is not faded. You can actually see where she changed guards but didn’t go back in and blend. I have no idea how that girl is allowed to cut hair. I thought about going back in to have it fixed, but its already so short on my left side that I have to let it grow out before getting fixed. This was probably the worst haircutting experience Ive ever had.

I highly suggest going the sportsclips in valpo instead of merrillville. Everything was fine in till my hair dried at home and I wanted to see how my haircut looked, little did I know there were spots all over my head that she missed. I had to use sicers from home to fix my hair thats how bad it was. It probably had to do something about all the employees laughing and having a good oll time while my hairs getting cut

UPDATE: Its 4:36 on a Sunday afternoon, they close at 5:00 and I just walked up to find the door locked. Third time this has happened to me. Ive overlooked the fact that the quality and consistency of their cuts varies almost every time because I can normally get in and out relatively quickly on Sunday afternoons, but the past two times (incl. right now) that hasnt been the case. I dont know if its an issue with staffing or scheduling or both, but last time I had to wait 2hrs because they only had two people working and 8 people waiting. Now, today I show up at 4:45 thinking they close at 6:00 and when I walk in Im told they close 5:00 and they (the only person working) cant get to me despite no one waiting. Im a creature of habit, especially when it comes to getting my hair cut, but now Ive got a reason to look elsewhere. I get that this is a franchise and the owner/manager probably set foot on the floor once every six weeks, but someone needs to take responsibility and fix this.
