If there is a way to leave zero stars, I would do it. Party Concepts has one job - to show up and deliver rentals. The drivers never showed up. I repeat, the rentals DID NOT SHOW UP.The nice young woman answering the phone did the best she could with answering questions and triaging. Bless her. Wasn’t her fault the drivers went MIA. We scrambled 1.5 hours before the party to find someone with a truck who was able to get some tables, chairs, and linens from PC to make due. Our fiesta theme turned into Christmas color linens. The chairs and tables were filthy. Absolutely filthy.We made it work, but I will NEVER use Party Concepts again nor will I recommend to anyone I know. In fact, I will tell this story again and again.

The reason is gets one star is because of your facility itself. Long grass. Complete mess of a set up. Loading area open with a mess everywhere. How is a party event place that is supposed to make things look good, have such a messy looking business?

Amazing company to work with! The staff was so generous with their time and worked with us while we planned the grand opening of our newest event space. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend to anyone planning an event in the Memphis area!

They almost ruined my wedding! My aunt ordered everything for my wedding and I went with her. Tell me why they had to come to the venue 3 times. The first time they only brought tables. We were like where is the other stuff. Then they came back with dirty table cloths and napkins and they were the wrong color. Then they came back and still left stuff. The lady on the phone got smart with my aunt and everyone heard the conversation so they can’t say they didn’t. The lady was like you didn’t offer this and you didn’t order that. But it was on the receipt though. So so so stressful. NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

The service can be classified as good, most chairs are dirty and with details of scratches on the wood, the barrels are very nice, as you can see in the photo, but they are unstable and are afraid to move because they can break. It seemed costly to me that they charged $ 80 for the delivery of the barribles, at first I had been informed that it would only be $ 60.

The Party Concepts staff was SO friendly and welcoming! They really took their time to understand my rental needs for my wedding and were very accommodating for any last minute changes I made. The delivery drivers we on time and did a great job. Everything was so easy and my wedding turned out beautifully!!

This locally owned business has been terrific for me and my fiance. The manager was really sweet and they were able to accommodate several changes we needed last minute. Their rental policies are very accommodating compared to other places weve rented from.

Love them, perfect timing, took their, stop what they were doing to help me. Needed table cloth for an event and ended up with balloons, and more.

I used Party Concepts to get tablecloths and chairs for my daughters baby shower. They helped me figure out what color and size I needed. The staff was nice and I was surprised with the cost.

Got there paid for my items to rent & was told to pull around to the back & they load my truck up. Fast & friendly service. Yes Ill be returning

For our daughters Oct 20, 2018 morning wedding, we rented a 30x30 tent with walls, 12 bistro tables, table cloths/sashes, and skirting for buffet tables. Yes, they have the best prices over all. We used them 8 years ago for another daughters wedding with no troubles and thought they were great.We were told to be at the location at 8:30 Friday for morning delivery. We in fact were promised morning delivery! (we were decorating a hall and the tent and had a 5:30pm rehearsal and 10am sat wedding). After multiple calls between 12 and 2 as to where the truck was with the tent, as we were waiting to decorate it, they finally showed up about 3:30pm. When i departed to get dressed for rehearsal, about 4:15, the tent set up was not finished. 3 bistro tables were terribly wobbly and had to be worked on by my crew to make them usable. I thought we were renting white table skirts. The truck crew said there were 3 black ones - we had ordered 7 white ones. Talking to the manager, she was insistent we ordered black ones - everything in the place was white, why would i order black? Turns out they only offer black, which had not ever been mentioned, and i talked to them multiple times. And, only part of the sashes had been delivered. Turns out, the president of the company came out and found the other sashes on the black table skirts and handed them to the decorator. We had to scramble at 4:30pm to rent white table skirts from another company - thanks to Affordable Party Rentals in Collierville!Two of the tent walls were filthy, like they had been in wet mud and put away like that. Who would rent dirty tent walls? I was shocked - when you think you are paying for something clean and it is dirty and nothing is done about it. We were hanging draping and the draping would get dirty. You would think the owner would have said how can i make this better? but that is not what happened. He just handed over the sashes.I cannot recommend this company at all other than if you want lower prices and to take your chances on cleanliness and usability of the items.

Downhill customer servicesI have used this company many times over the years. Recently, they changed their in store manager. She is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I have never had an issue with them until she was promoted to a manger - or what have you.Since she has been in place I have rented twice. And both experiences have been horrible.Returns use to have to be back before close, not they have to be back by 3. Well, most working people do not get off that early so that is a real problem.Even before, if you were not able to make it that Monday from a weekend rental, as long as you called they were real nice about allowing extra time.Now, she charges 25 extra.On today, it was due back at 3 pm. Well my son arrived at 4pm and she charged my card 25.00. No, customer service or understanding of anything. Not to mention she dealing with reserving the dang on tables and chairs was a hassle.

I ordered (2) 36 inch tables 3 months ago. I arrived to find out that they did not have any available. I ordered 50 white folding chairs and the gentleman loaded my truck with 50 black folding chairs. It took an hour for them to load my truck with the equipment I ordered. He then unloaded my truck and loaded the correct chairs. I arrived at the banquet hall to realize that the chairs were filthy. My mom and I had to wipe 50 chairs with Clorox wipes to clean them. A horrible experience for the 2nd time with them. I would not recommend them at all!

My friend went to get 20 white chair covers and paid upon arrival, because couldnt find the one she had ordered. While waiting an hour for the items to brought to her, she received a call letting her know the one she ordered and misplaced had been found. She went back in to request a refund after reading the back of the receipt, which said no refunds on PREPAID orders. The cashier said she needed the manager who said she couldnt process a refund. Then after waiting another 15-20 mins for the manager to come out she called from the office saying she could do a refund, but they would keep 20%, because paying on the spot is the same as prepaid. My friend never saw or touched the seat covers after waiting over an hour while other people picked up orders, but they wanted to keep 20%? The manager is an unprofessional coward to keep sending out her cashier instead of handling the issues and possibly retaining customers. If she has no authority to do refunds she shouldnt be coverinh the mangers butt either.

What a gross place. It’s so dirty and everything was falling apart. The girls there didn’t acknowledge me until I was closer to them and they were in the back.. even then they told me they had nothing available. I would never leave my party in their hands.

My daughters wedding was this past weekend and we really depended on this company to have everything together, the best day of her life almost became a disaster, we rented a table that was not in good shape, a few plates short and some of the plates we recieved was poor qaulity, paint missing from some of the plates not to mention cracked and elbows were missing from the centerpiece for the main stage and we had to go to Home Depot to get plumbing parts to secure it on short notice, my babygirls day ended well providing the bad service from this company. They will not be recomended for anything in the future, not from me or my family and friends.

Rented chairs and two rollaway bed very nice and clean ..the stuff was very friendly..had a great experience ..I definitely recommend party concepts
