I feel bad for the poor girls working here; theres only two of them, doing absolutely everything to keep the place flowing smoothly. Sometimes there are storage boxes for new items strewn along the isles because, bless them, those two girls have to be at the registers constantly to keep the lines going at a quick pace. Hire more people! And give those girls a raise! Otherwise, really great place to find basically everything I need, despite the boxes being everywhere, and if you have to, you gotta dig into the boxes to find what you need. Yall really need a few more people to get stuff unpacked and onto shelves.

The manager Zen is friendly and helpful. Some of the other staff members are rude and discriminatory. One cashier referred to her co worker as a shim. I think her name is Mya.

One of the great american pastimes, buying $1 stuff you in no way need. Love it

Not one of those usual Dollar Trees that I go to but being that it was in the North Highland Poplar Avenue shopping center where Kroger is located I decided to stop was in and out quick that multiple checkouts operating got what I needed no complaints their current inventory by far of the several that I have been two in the Memphis area they definitely have plenty of Doc for 90% of what you need for a change

The staff was nice and the store was pretty clean.

I had a great experience the cashier was very friendly and helpful.I will visit dollar tree again and I will also recommend them to my family and friends

Everything I visit this location the manager who goes by the name Tiffany is always on the phone the lines are always to the back with one cashier. I asked one cashier what was the manager name that was on the phone she replied Tiffany, Tiffany was no help at all she talked on her phone about leaving and finding something else because she didnt like the store she was at.

Found what I was looking for. Good customer service.

Say open 8 am I was here at 8:03 not open still sitting here at 8:31 still not open workers sitting in the cars if they changed hours they should update there website oh I justed seen the one who opens door pull up at 8:33 and still not open the doors yet this first time this has happen to me I come here all the time

PLEASE HIRE SOME MORE EMPLOYEES!!! Seriously, the line was from register to the freezers in the back!! That poor cashier was extremely overwhelmed and luckily another lady showed up to work!! The aisles are crowded with inventory needing to be put away! A hazard for elderly, disabled, etc.

Store looked like a tornado had ran through. Though the cashier blazed through the line.

Love Dollar Tree, always buy more than I went in to get. Today I stopped by to get door deco (autumn) for my office door, ended up getting that and a really cute Thanksgiving one for my home.

This Dollar Tree location is one that I rarely visit, and now I remember why. The only line available stretched almost to the back of the store, the cashier called for backup but none came. There was a cashier at the counter where the balloons were that wanted to check, but was prevented from doing so by an off duty employee and another one that could have been a backup cashier, but was busy buying junk food. Only after people started leaving or threatening to leave was this cashier allowed to check. I will not be returning.

Enjoyable to shop for bargains they have just about everything you need like small items and stores are close

The store is a mess the customer service of the workers is the worst I’ve ever seen any place in my life I watched a customer ask and employee a question and she looked directly at her glared at her and turned her back on the customer and walked away and then walked up to another employee and they started giggling and laughing. There are too many other dollar trees around to mess with this one

The store was very neat which is different from some of the stores I go into. There was a wide variety of items for me to choose from. The employees were friendly.

I found a lot of stuff this time everything in that store is $1 it is amazing how they make money on all this employees were helpful and theres a lot of Halloween candy and decorations

Clean store. Stocked with merch but didnt have many balloons pre blown for us to choose. Overall enjoyed shopping there.

Store aisles always cluttered with empty boxes and stock. Staff not helpful. On two occasions the store was closed around 3PM with all lights on doors locked and no one in store, very strange.

This place is always full with people shopping. There are never enough cashiers to serve in a timely manner. Today August 18, 2019, I was shorted by a few pennies. When I questioned the clerk about she became indignant and handed me the money. This also happens ALL the time. A few pennies, dimes here and there adds up. The cashiers never say I dont have the extra change owed. They simply hand you what they have without explanation.

As with most dollar tree stores its very difficult to a certain degree to keep the shelves pristinely organized when customers dont place items back where they belong. To be honest, stores like this I dont expect them to be. However, in spite of that, dollar tree is one of my favorite stores to get a lot of things on the cheap, but at the same time quality as well. Like nail polish, nice makeup, items for any kind of party, books, dog products, and school supplies. Especially if you are on a budget or maybe just starting out on your own if funds are not easily available. 😉☺Again, these is my experience and thanks for reading. One star due to the lack of customer service. Today at 4pm, the manager was to busy buying up boxes of lucky charm cereal to assist with a customer. The customer only wanted a buggy for shopping. I was finished shopping so I gave up mine. I felt management and staff should of handled the situation differently. The green buggy are always broke and only the black buggy works said staff. This matter needs fixed.

They let this lady leave a cart full of young children (3-5 years) outside the store by themselves.

It was better it had a better selection

The store was clean the lines new very quickly at checkout and the shelves were very well stocked and the staff was helpful

This is the first place you should go if youre looking for party stuff. I got ALL my supplies for a birthday for $20!!!! This included balloons. Staff was friendly. Store was a bit junky though and I had to reach over boxes to get my merchandise. Still better than paying a whole lot of money!

Best dollar tree location in Memphis. Only one down side. Its usually very crowded no matter what day you visit. Lines are usually pretty long though all checkout lines are open.

Horrible.... after waiting in line for almost 20 mins, unloaded my items on the belt only to be told to get into another line because she just turned her light off rudely may I add. I will not be back to this store. Not to mention the store was filthy!

😀 I like Dollar Tree but today experience was awful because , check out line was only one line and that Cashier was wonderful because the one line was running halfway back to the store. It was like she was the only employee in the store because , No One in management came to help her and the Office is next to the cashier .

The store was really unorganized. There were no shopping carts. The cashier was really pleasant.

Its ok but all the stores dnt have all the same items. Been searching all the stores for the light up phone chargers cause i like them 😜.

Generous to give a 1. The workers are rude and lazy. The store is filthy and disorganized. There was actual feces all over the womens bathroom with footprints in it and dirty tissue and blood on the wall. I told a worker and was cut off midsentence by her stating i know. Its always like that. Its the clientele. i am the clientele so i feel that was an inappropriate response. I walked away and when i was checking out she yelled across the store Alright the bathroom is clean since someone complained. The lady checking me out was using nice words like honey but saying everything rudely and like a robot not even making eye contact. I got the feeling that these women hated their jobs very much so. I never will go into that store again and will tell others about my experience on social media. People need to be warned about that place. It is truly a health hazard!

This store is cluttered and difficult to navigate. The shelves are blocked by boxes. Many items are misplaced.Only the prices make this particular Dollar Tree worth visiting.

The best place to shop for household stuff

Shelves were fully stocked. Had a pc issue and they told a customer who asked that they will be down for 15 mins. My only problem was there was no announcement to the rest of us in line and no apology as we all walked out. All the employees seemed really young tho so maybe the maturity just hasnt occured yet.

Dollar Tree is franchised chaos wrapped up in a port-a-potty fire. We stood in line for 15 minutes. It was as bad as that Vegas hotel Percy Anna and Grover got stuck in in the first Percy Jackson novel. I swear, I think we entered at 1 pm we didnt leave until about 6pm.
