Ms Dee is a lovely beautiful person with good customer service I love her we need more people like her on America Way ,!!!!

I felt welcomed the moment I entered the office. Ms. Denise went over and beyond other storage companies I had visited. She went over all the info and answered any questions I had to my satisfaction. The area was clean, neat and seemed a safe place to venture into.

I have had a storage unit at the facility since 2011. My mother passed away and we needed to store some of her things. I still have that unit today and have not had any issues.

Dee provided superior customer service. She was very helpful in helping us get into our unit and providing us with a new lock. We will definitely be back for our storage needs.

My company has several units here. Both Darleen and Denise have went above and beyond to help make sure we were setup quickly and efficiently. Units are clean, and secure. The grounds around the building is always clean of trash and debris. Out of all the Storage facilities that I have done business with, Devon Self-Storage is by far the best I have ever worked with. I have watched both Darleen and Denise in their interactions with other customers, you couldn’t ask for better professionalism, customer service and attitude.

Great customer service units are very clean and Denise made the check out process so easy. Everything was prepared and done quickly.If I ever need a unite again this will be the only place I come too. Good customer service is hard to find now days.
