I was given a rental fee and then the man is suppose to get back with me to give more of money back and not heard from them since he said he would called back. I want my 50 dollars back.

Went to Midlothian to pick up the U-Haul truck and (Mechanicsville) this was the location I initially chose to drop it off at. After waiting for 10 minutes before being properly acknowledged, the man comes back and tells me there is a scratch at the top of the U-haul (which was already there). I was not informed that I had to take pictures and that marks on the truck were marked by x’s. I literally only used the truck to transport an upright piano. The gentleman who came to “assist me” was unprofessional, grumbled when he talked, rude in his approach, and irritable. I immediately called the Midlothian location and said they would be happy to take it back after they inspected it as well. (They took it back no problems) So, Thank you to the lovely crew on Midlothian turnpike, you turned it around!!!

Friendly service. Truck was very clean and ready to go when we arrived.
