One of the best of Mani/Pedi s Ive ever had. Ended up with a new lady and I love that she took her time and didnt rush me out the door. Thank you Esther! I will be back!!!UPDATE: Color gel chipped and peeled off in 4 days. Such a waste of money. I guess Ill only come for a pedicure.

My Opinion counts!! Im a professional licensed nail technician, I owned my own Spa / Salon for 20 years and recently closed it to concentrate on my other business (Bridal) since I closed my business, I have searched tirelessly for a good nail tech to go to. I finally found her, unfortunately she is 5 hrs away from me as I live in Pa. :( But if you live close, by all means, I went to Alicia and she did a great Job!! the shape of my nails was perfect, the gel polish & color was great, she also helped me when I called to ask about the color she used so I can purchase it to use on my own. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you Alicia.

My nail was done perfect. Sunny is friendly and funny and skillful. Kim was quiet but she completed her job well done. Im thankful that I can have this service with reasonable price.

Always get top notch service here, even when I drop in without an appointment. Annie is my favorite, and she is always accommodating for my crazy work schedule !! She has stayed late, past closing, when I called and said I was stuck in traffic !! Annie always does some cute, unique treatment to one nail on each of my hands too, no extra charge. Tools are always properly sterilized, something this RN looks for !

If I could give a ZERO I would!! A few not so wonderful visits, but still gave them a chance. UNTIL this last time when they took me to the manicure table, took off my polish... left me sitting there to then start a pedicure that walked in a good 10 minutes after me. Came back to me and motioned for me to move over to the seat on the left of me. Umm...ok....I move over.. worker takes her water bottle and im thinking lunch and disappears into a back room....hmmm....ok... be patient I tell myself....a good 10 minutes later the worker reappeared and went to work on the pedicure...nope... not happening..bye felicia!!! Out I went...

I purchased a Groupon for an upcoming wedding and found this shop which is closer to my home. I am a woman of color and when I walked in I was not acknowledged or greeted, I was seen however. Once a technician by the name of Angela was done with her customer she ask me what was I having done. I told her I was told to pick a color and have a seat in the back for my pedicure. I have been getting my nails.done for years, she was moving so fast I had to askdid she have another client..long story short I will Never patronize this place again, glad I got it o GROUPON

Clean place, nice person who did my gel nails but watch out bc ive been there twice in 5 weeks and each time within a couple of days one of my nails would split on the side and come off. In fact this last time Suzy said i had nice nails. Ii think its being done purposely so i keep coming back. Though nice job...whats the sense if onevof the nails are gonna break off!!

Infection in 3 of my cuticles one day after having a gel manicure! Swollen, red, and puss! Do not go there! Not clean. I will never go back. I used a Groupon and that is why I tried them. Would not recommend !

This place is racist.Came here to do a manicure and pedicure. I had an appointment made over the phone. I arrived and was not greeted not asked my name or what service I wanted. They were busy so I sat. I ended up waiting for over a half hour. Then a lady who came in way after I did was serviced before me. When I asked the owner why, she said we would be helped at the same time which clearly was false because everyone was busy.She got loud and rude. I just walked out.No disrespect needed here, I’m paying you my money.This is why there is a movement for supporting black owned businesses.If you are African American, please don’t go here.So sorry to say in 2018

Very rude, rushes you, forces you to give tip. i didn’t tip bc they only allowed cash tips at the time and i didn’t know , i only had card. they then yelled at me and the person put their hand in my face and told me to go. never went back since and never will go back.

I just called to their 1346 Hicksville location and informed them that I have a Groupon and would like to schedule an appointment. They are not friendly, poor customer service. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I wish they can do a better job.

Got a manicure with the gel powder and it lasted a day. About an hour after leaving the salon there were cracks in my nails that you could see and all that I did was open my car door. The next morning I woke up and the powder was lifting and started to fall off. Last time I got powder done from another salon it lasted 3 weeks with a lot of ware on my nails, this one didnt even last a week and I did just about nothing. They also ripped into three of my cuticles while filing and did not even care. I will now be returning here ever.

Angel Tips is a nicely run nail spa business. Its very clean. Its people are highly trained. It is a very pleasant experience.

If I could give negative stars I would. Its honestly the worst nail salon ever and Im mot sure how it is still in business. I called on a Thursday to schedule and appointment for Friday. When I arrive at my appointment on Friday the woman told me they dont make appointments and then ignored me. I said okay, well I called and was told I could come in at this time for a manicure and pedicure (boyfriend bought me a giftcard here). She just looked at me then went back to what she was doing. I stood there continuing to wait for some kind of instruction or direction, even for someone to tell me there was a mistake and they were too busy but no one said anything. When I said excuse me the woman said Im with a customer now and continued to ignore me.

I saw the same girl there named Ali (Shes the best). I have had an appt with her the past two weeks. When I went in today, I told a woman I have an appt with Ali. She said quietly she will be right out. After 10 minutes of waiting and NO ONE even asking why Im sitting there, I ask the male technician if Ali is even in today. He told me she doesnt work there anymore. What horrible indecency and bad business. Dont bother going here.

They charged me for a gel manicure and then gave a regular manicure.

Called for an appointment since they were recommended and on Groupon. Whoever answered the phone got nasty when I asked about the groupon, told me I would never come back after using the Groupon and that appointments for Groupon were by special booking and wouldn’t be available for weeks. Total turn off to a place that came highly recommended.

Amazing! Went into their salon today after experiencing the worst customer service Ive ever had while sitting on the phone with T-Mobile for over 3 hours in their parking lot. Nicole did my mani/pedi and she could see that I was upset. She talked with me about what had happened and gave me a relaxing massage. She was super sweet and attentive. Unfortunately, I got a really bad stress headache during my manicure. Ann went out of her way to make me more comfortable (even trying to get me medicine from a nearby store) She massaged my head and covered me in cold towels. Emmie was nearby and saw how much pain I was in and gave me some of her own Excedrine to help out. I am so grateful for the compassion and kindness I experienced here. They have a new customer for life.

Hello all,I went there to get a gel mani and pedi first of all they didnt greet me when I walked in. I then told the lady what I wanted she told me to come back n an hour when I returned I was told to sit in the pedi chair, a Caucasian lady walked in and they went to get someone from his break to do her nails. (MIND U I WAITING FOR 1HR 10MIN) then said Ive been waiting for an 1HR 10MIN he says she had an appt very quickly. I kno she didnt because the owner asked when she walked in. So I sat for another 10min when another Caucasian lady walked in they did her brows and then sat her down to do her manicure...I then said when is it going to be my turn, I was here first. She ignored me at that point I walked out. THEY ARE RACIST, UNSANITARY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check the photos I posted - Visited this location today with my daughter, she got a pedicure and everything was great - I chose the gel manicure and pedicure combo. My technician was named Michelle, and after this encounter I will never return. My pedicure was less than average and polish was all over my toes, but the gel manicure sealed my decision to not return and to write a review. First, the table was not plugged in and Michelle didnt like the color I chose? I explained it looked off because it mixed with the clear base coat and it hasnt cured because the lights were not on- she argued with me and finally proceeded - then she began complaining about me in another language as if I couldnt understand the repeated word color and see the eye rolling along with coworkers coming over to look?? Did I mention she got up and left during my manicure to do someones eyebrows? I mean seriously not a word to me just got up and left for 5 minutes??!! She was sloppy and some of my fingertips are stuck to the nails and the tip of the nail was globbed with polish which looks like a 2 year old performed my manicure. BEWARE and when I called to speak to a manager I was told by Ali that I could just talk to her ?? Really - talk about terrible customer service !! Waste of TIME and money rude beyond belief - now I have to pay for someone else to fix this mess AND waste an hour of my time
