I have been going to JCnails since they opened their doors, my experience is always good, I love the fact that they stick to their appointments, you wait no more then 10 minutes. At times my nail tech is waiting for me before the scheduled time.If your looking for beautiful and quality work on your hands Lori or Apple will do an amazing job as for a pedicure I never have experienced a spa pedicure as good as the one James gave me he went above and beyond definitely the best pedicure and massage person there.

This was my first visit. I have found my permanent nail salon. They took me on time for my appointment. The spa is immaculate. Pricing was great and they were extremely professional. Ten times the choice of colors then most salons. I would highly recommend.

I have been going there since they opened and even though everyone that I’ve used is great, James by far is the best. He knows his customers and what they need. He takes his time and has a wonderful personality.

I had such a wonderful first experience! Lori is so talented and by far gave me the best manicure I have ever had. The salon is so clean and really follows COVID guidelines to help keep everyone safe and feeling comfortable. Would highly recommend!!

I have been going to JC for the past 4-5 years! I was with them when they were a quaint shop on Broadway, to their now expanded new location on Jerusalem. After some turnover, I thought I found a reliable regular. Today I was in awe and shocked how I was treated. I went for a powder change and after seeing that the color sample I chose did not look the same... I simply asked the nail tech if she could add a solid color over my nail. Most people would have just asked their nails to be redone and I tried making it easier for her! I was met with anger from her- she told me I picked the color and that it was fine. I asked nicely again to just add another coat to make it darker. She got up visibly upset, muttering loudly, and came back and threw sample colors at me. I asked for her help again to choose one, and she just told me pick itmyself. I always try to understand how someone else’s day may have gone... but to have something thrown at me, and a nail tech so visibly angry at me, just because I didn’t like the color, was just not ok. I know they went from a small shop to a larger organization, and I won’t name names.... but I wish they were able to maintain the customer relations and warmness that kept me going there so many years and paying SO much money. I will not be returning, unfortunately.

4 coats placed one on top of the other, no dry time between, nails were destroyed before I even walked through the front door.Definitely not returning!

I love jc nails and i have been coming with my mom since they had their location on broadway. ashley and norman, the owners, are great and so is the rest of the staff, but today i had a bad experience. i do not know what the girls name is because she did not have a name tag but the whole time i was getting my treatments, she was talking to other ladies and not doing things how i would usually get them done with other staff members. i got a spa pedicure with a 10 minute massage and the whole time, she was talking to the lady next to her loudly, making it hard to relax. calling it a massage is also a stretch because the whole time she was gently rubbing lotion on my legs. then i got a powder manicure and the sides were barely filed so i had to rip them off of my skin, which was painful. i’ve never had an experience like this here and every time i come here it is great. i wish i knew the girls name so i could write it in this review. i tried asking but i guess she didn’t hear me because i got no response so i didn’t bother trying to ask again. i paid $80 for treatments that were worth $40 or $50 with the girl i was with

I came today for a second visit and I walked out disappointed. I called yesterday to make an appointment for GEL manicure and Pedicure and they said okay. When I came for the appointment I told the front desk lady I wanted Gel manicure and pedicure and she said okay. I got Amy and she didn’t do my gel pedicure and then I asked her “ hey, I requested gel pedicure and manicure” and she said in a frustrating tone “ I DIDNT KNOW I DIDNT KNOW” and I told her I told the front desk that I wanted gel. She proceeded to do my manicure and grabbed my fingers like she was going to rip them off. I was so shocked that she was doing this and I didn’t want to cause a scene and I just took the pain. I couldn’t believe it. I never in my life had someone take their frustration out on me and cause me pain. I will never come here ever again. Don’t come here especially when their busy. If you get Amy requests someone else.

JC nails & spa is beautiful, clean and full of friendly professional staff! I have my fill ins done by Normal or Tina, both are fantastic and always go above and beyond my expectations! I’d recommend this salon to anyone! Definitely check them out!

Have been going on and off for about a year now, today I had the pleasure of having James do my mani/pedi. He by far is the sweetest man I have ever had do my nails. Great massage, great conversation. Spoiled me!

Nice atmosphere, very spa like and relaxing. Equipment is modern and decorated beautifully. There were many nail and pedicure stations to serve customers.

JC Nails was the place I always went to get my nails done. Amy was actually the one that always did my nails. I just wanted to say that she is very hardworking,gentle, and kind. I am so glad to see someone like her working in such a great establishment!!!

What a clean, beautiful salon! Brand new and they have a discount point program which is almost unheard of. Very kind and accommodating. Lots of nail colors and experienced nail techs.

I wish there was a 0 star rating.This was my 3rd time going to JC nails. First 2 times were great and I was taken care of by Lori, and I loved the way he did my nails and how professional he was. I did and acrylic and a refill the first 2 times. I needed to remove my 2 weeks old acrylic because my nails grew out underneath and they have gotten too long. I went around 11 and made an appointment for 2h30, and I specified that I needed to remove the acrylic and get powder gel. I got there and Amy was so rude, she was ripping out the acrylic off my nails with a nail clipper, at some point I had to stop her and tell her that it was hurting. She was drilling it down so roughly. At some point I had to pull my hands so I can rest my wrist. I will never go back there. I would not recommend at least make sure Amy doesnt do your nails.

I love the entire staff! My family and I have been going for many many years now. Everyone is so nice, professional, gentle. The facility is very clean and calm. All covid percautions are 100% taken into measures. I reccomend all my friends to go here. Its always a pleasure when i go.

Best and fastest nail experience

Sat in the pedicure chair for over 45 minutes without anyone ever coming over to me. When I went to walk out the girl at the front desk said, “sorry, the girl went to lunch.” Was given the appointment based on their availability, not mine. Extremely disappointed, was hoping to try a new place since I just moved to the area, will never go back.

I had an appointment and still waited 40 minutes. The girl doing my nails could not understand me when I asked her to cut my cuticles. I said don’t you cut them And give a hot towel. She kept telling me to wash my hands. I ended up leaving the male owner was so rude. I would never go there again.

I didnt have an appointment so that may be why I was there for 2 hours for a powder dip. First time here and Elizabeth did a great job and I LOVE the way they came out but.....at first i had who may have been the owner. She was busy answering the phone and checking people in so a lot of time was wasted. Will go back again ...just hope its not for 2 hours.

I had my nails done last Friday, I love my nail design! Their staff all wear mask and request every customer to wear mask, its safe here!

This was the worst manicure I have ever received. I have wide nail beds and asked for a round shape. She filed my nails so uneven and so short that I can’t even fix them. Instead of rounding my nail shape she literally tried to change the whole shape of my nail leaving it lopsided, different shapes and poorly cut. My toes were also painted like I am a 5 year old. I’m disgusted.

This was such a safe environment to have your nails done in. Especially with how they check your temperature, along with using plexiglass to protect people and constantly cleaning the areas in order to prevent contamination. If you need to get your nails done, this place is the spot.

All covid safety precautions are well in place. Also, a very good good pedicure.
