Went to this Mechanic a while back under the recommendation of my son. He worked at a deli nearby and delivered to the shop often. I went there to have the front end links replaced, and they told me that it was not the end links but the front struts. I reluctantly had them do the work to the tune of 800.00 or so. When I went to pick up the car, it pulled to the left horribly. They said that it had nothing to do with the strut replacement and that they had it aligned to the maximum adjustment. I brought it back a few days later and insisted that the car drove straight when I dropped it off. They said they tried another alignment but everything is in spec. I ended up getting an alignment myself and it was better but not perfect. Moths later, I brought it into the dealership to have it checked out. They said the struts were no good, and the work performed was shoddy. the replaced my struts with GENUINE HONDA struts and top mounts (top mounts were original and never changed), and the car was 100 times better. My son then went in there for an oil change, and they told us upon picking up the car that he also needed struts. Ha ha,..... pretty funny considering my son and I replaced them ourselves as a Saturday afternoon project not three weeks ago. When I pressed the young mechanic to tell me EXACTLY what was wrong, he just stuttered and babbled. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO OPERATE A BUSINESS LIKE THIS. If I had the time to fight it in court, believe me I would have, however work takes precedence in these cases and Im sure these shoddy mechanics rely on the fact that 99% of the public will NOT sue them in small claims court. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I gave this guy numerous chances, 1st time broke my filler hose to gas tank while replaceing fuel pump because they obviously were too lazy to drop the tank and decided to spin it and twist the hose, then told me it would be $400 to fix.(found the part on amazon for $44.00 and installed myself) then a month later the fuel pump that was just installed goes bad again. I bring the car to him and he does take care of the work N/C but tells me I need new breaks and rotors, knowing I just did them my self 8 months prior I was hesitant but I let him change the pads for $160.00 but said no to the rotors. He said I dont want to hear complaints when the car is making noise. I picked the car up and my dashboard fellapart a half mile away from shop and sure enough the car made a horrible noise for about a week until I pulled off the front two tires and took a look for myself. The breaks that were installed were the worst quality and installed backwards lol. I fixed the dash and changed the pads around, car is running good now no noise at all. If the shop makes well on this horror show of car service I will update this post but until then stay away, STAY AWAY!
