I LOVE going here to get my oil changed. Its more than just a car visit. Ive been going here for over three years and it means so much when the car tech, Russ, remembers me and my sons name. We have become good friends and I enjoy our conversations while Im getting service done on my car. He looks out for me and is always on point. Hes incredibly knowledgeable about cars, beyond the air filters, wipers and oil changes that they provide. The prices are decent and if there is someone in front of me, I still never wait long. Russ is the man! Honestly, I’ve been needing an oil change for a while. I’ve been going to jiffy lube, but I didn’t feel like running across town, so I searched for a place closer to home. The glowing reviews brought me in, but Russ will make me a repeat customer. He’s quick,Friendly, and goes above and beyond. I hope Peterson’s realizes what an asset they have with this man!

This place is great! You just pull up wait in line if there is a line. The man that works there awesome! He works fast checks everything for you and lets you know if you need an air filter. He even noticed that my inspection had expired! I had no idea! I asked if he knew of a place that could fit me in same day and he recommended a place that he uses. I will not go anywhere else.

I went here for an oil change. The person working was the ONLY one working on a 90 degree day. He ran up and down the stairs and completed my oil change faster than jiffy lube would have. He was so pleasant and was not pushy with ridiculous services I didn’t need (lookin at you jiffy lube).I would recommend them any day. Sometimes they give out ice cream coupons too!

I just needed a grease job on my 1998 Chevy Van, called on a Sunday afternoon and they took me right in.. Wasnt any charge, So I tipped him, I mean, super friendly and coolness..

Great place to get a oil change

They didnt have my oil filter so they referred me to their other location near Tractor Supply, and offered me a $5 discount and a free car wash for the inconvenience.I noticed the other location offers free car washes on Sunday anyway but they offered me the Gold package worth $17.99 which was still an upgrade.The under-car TV monitor wasnt working but it felt like they removed the filter under the car and they made sure to have me start the engine before they rechecked the oil level.Including the bulk oil and filter it came to $55.97 with my discount and the free car wash. Im giving them 5 stars since, although it wasnt a perfect experience, they did their best to correct their mistake and they did a thorough job.

Love that you can vacuum your car for 25 cents and it a good amount of time. This is the only place I go in Martinsburg to clean my car

My protective cover for my fuel lines came loose and was dragging along the road making a horrible noise. Petersons was recommended and he was able to put it back in place for me at no charge. Thank you very much.

I have been there with friends and twice myself. The service is 4.5 star, but their cheapest oil change is $60 plus taxes and disposal. Thats almost $100- way too expensive for me. I wish they werent so horribly expensive because Id rather go there. Bummer!

Do not get a transmission flush. The machine used will destroy your transmission and Petersons will leave you stranded and take no ownership of their actions.
