Shell gas station is awesome every customer service person there is nice I’m friends with them all I’m a loyal customer I go there pretty much every day. Great place to get gas and coffee and beverages and snacks 🤙👍🏼😁

You can NOT pay for a car wash at the machine. You must pay at the booth or pump. Stupid. Also, takes 6:45 for a car wash. So if there is people in line, you better not be in a hurry. I’m going on 20 minutes of waiting in line. Would have been much quicker to do at home. Will not be back.

Car wash not working with any payment cards

Car wash machine does not work. No signs saying it doesnt work or that you have to get a code from booth. Not coming here again.

Went to get a car wash and had to enter the code way to many times

Be sure you stop at the booth and pay for your car wash ahead of time. Systems do not work so if you get in line to get a car wash you have to get out of your car make everybody else wait behind you go to the cashier then get a code complete pain never to come back here again horrible service

Waited 20 minutes in line for the wash and the CC portion wasn’t working. Had to wait another 20 minutes because they can’t figure out how to put a sign over “Credit Cards Accepted.” BUT the car wash was quite good.

No sign posted to buy car wash at pump before entering line. Waited 45 minutes for no car wash. Attendant excuse was “I put up lots of signs.” Horrible response.

Pulled up to the pump, for some reason it wouldnt read my card and directed me to go to the cashier. Thats normal not to worried about it. Im standing at the window. The lady working right now is on her cell phone. Didnt acknowledge me or let me know she just needs a min. She looks at me and keeps on talking. After 4/5 min I took my business to Chevron right across the st. I will go there from now on. Customer service Is everything...but apparently not at shell.

We drive a 100 percent Electric Car so we dont use gas... But the car wash works well.
