Hello everyone I pray everyone is well..This particular Dollar General on Lee Road in Cleveland Heights is it great there are a few people that Ive been working there for over 6 years and theyre all super great there.Theyve actually rearrange the store and its so much better.Unfortunately Ive been to other Dollar Generals that look like a flea market everything thrown everywhere... I want you to know not here things are in order neatly done and honestly since its been rearranged the lines are not long anymore and one thing Ive noticed it if it has more than 5 people in line they mediately open up another one... its the place to go friendly faces and smiles and products are not overpriced..They call me nail glue lady lol Im always purchaseing Nail glue to do others nails so when I come in they already know what Im coming in for I love going there. Sometimes I just go in to say hi and see how everyone is

This store is one of the more dingy stores. It is clean, but the store definitely needs an updo. Not super stocked on items, but they have what they need for being in the location they are and being a smaller store.

Small DG in the Turney Dunham plaza. Definitely does not have the normal floor space of a DG, a bit scaled down. Isles always have big shipping carts blocking the path. If you need something quick its ok, but for a full DG shopping trip or a $5 off $25 on a Saturday be aware-they may not have all the products you need!

The products are always still in boxes...the shelves are mostly empty or have very few products on them.

Walked in 4-3 -20 the most disgusting store in Ohio, should be closed down immediately. Floors covered with dirt,open products and garbage laying on the floor,I wouldn’t let my dog walk in there

Dollar General store is close to home today when i went to the store i was very surprise to see the store in disarray a lot of the shelves are empty. I ask Michelle were is the young men who should be lifting those boxes well when she told me they all got fired for stealing call offs. I then told Michelle it expands why the store is in disarray the Manager was on Vacation normally the store look a lot better than today visit. Michelle told me they are trying to hire people but the young people ARE NOT PASSING THE BACKGROUND CHECKSIT IS VERY SAD TO HAVE HEARD THAT. Michelle is doing the best as she can they need a staff. Thanks Michelle for working hard. holding the store down while the Manager is on vacation.

It was a brief visit. I had been to 2 other non dollar general stores but could not find the items and the number I needed.I was happy when my searching conluded.We were by aving a party.Hats off to Dollar General.

Hadnt gone into a Dollar General store since 98, they have basically become just local stores with a few low priced options & filled with name brand merchandise. No more junk bins filled with $1 items. Similar to Walgreens without a pharmacy.

This is the worst dollar general I have ever been to..They never have everythingI vome to the store for, shelves are always empty..and there are always boxes of merchandise in isles on a cart...Def need new management..

Its getting better but,they always have stock everywhere and they never have more than one register opened.

Well, one time a woman was working the cash register and my mom paid the money and came out. She said she forgot something and went back in to buy it. As soon as she walked in, the lady ran to her and gave her 8 bucks and said Uh- Im so sorry! I forgot to give this to you. She tried to steal my moms money...

Dirty, nasty store that ownership could obviously care less about as the constant turnover of employees indicates. Dangerous, hard to navigate aisles with product blocking you everywhere you turn. Filthy floors & shelves.

The cashier eam member was not very friendly. He did not greet us aa we entered this location nor did he greet us when we cam up to the register. He seemed very upset that the customer in front of me had children. Not sure why, they were not rude or ill-mannered.

This dollar store seems like its going to close soon. The store is dirty, isles are cluttered, some food packages are opened, and the store is just an all around mess.

They are allways slow when i go there. Its only one person on register and it be a long line while other employees dont come to help the person on the register. I will go to another dollar store in the area
