Whenever I need a last minute item after work Dollar General is the perfect place to go. Since the remodel its been really tough to find things I need 😟 But the employees have been very helpful and patient with me! Even when I come in really late they are still so nice! Good job! 😀😇

Please note do not try buying any gift cards from their I just lost 200 almost 300 for buying a Google play gift card that didnt even work I try reporting this to management or Google support services they dont even know to to help you get your money back or anything so please dont buy any gift cards from their its really ridiculous

If only they had the amount of store size too Wally world, Id rate them a solid five.how ever being that for as small as they are, its still too say that I do not think that they will ever be the Super Dollar General that I could only wish and dream for. That would be worth the solid five stars. How ever this location in the middle of town on Main st. crossing Alemeda, is great on convenient prices and and they are open late-night. Ten pm usually. They also have friendly staff and they never for get to say hello and give a warm welcome to your visit. A pleasant experience for shopping. Check out was not as to be expected. Cashier was helpful. He couldve had a little more experienced in how to operate register and stock cart in front of the item he he was retrieving.

Walmart has better, or the same prices as dollar General. Dollar general does carry the some items that are cheaper in price and quality.

It had its perks..somethings were good somethings were not too exciting. They had a great sell on things that others stores lack. Prices on a few items were higher overall its worth it go by an look.

This store is actually one of the better dollar generals Ive been in. However, they need to stock more because half the shelves feel empty, its slightly dirty. Not that bad though considering its dollar general. Customer service was good too.

Location is convenient and prices are competitive but you have to pay attention to the size of the product with price comparison. Alot of their items are packaged specifically for Dollar General so the size of the product is smaller than the grocery store. The digital coupons really pay off and the app is easy to use.

Just came into the store because I needed get a couple cleaning supplies for my apartment. I really needed to go to the bathroom. I was waiting of the side of the register and asked one of the cashier if I was able to get the key for they bathroom and she told me to ask the other lady that was on another register.Again I waited on the side until she wasnt busy and asked her if I could get the bathroom key. She said we dont let people use the bathroom. And I proceeded to tell her Im gonna buy something Im not just gonna use the bathroom. She proceeded to say no. She looked at me up and down as well before telling me no. The lady was wearing a light blue jean jacket and seemed to be in her mid 40’s. After being treated so rudely from this cashier I will not be returning to this location.

We love the convenience and quality for price, but store on Main has HUGE TURNOVER AND NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES. Shelves are half empty store messy. Clerks at register overwhelmed and management needs to work this out at Yosemite store too.

I had a good experience untill I asked one employee where a product was and another employee who was off shift said it cost $4 I said alright well I want to Know where it is not what it costs. Rude no smile an not even on shift I was told by the cash register person her name is Mariah. Learn some people skills I was not a rude customer at all. Smile and realize you are representing dollar general when you wear your uniform.

Some prices are great compared to identical items at Walgreens (which I do love going to). There are a few cashiers that have always been very nice and even if they do not like their jobs, they fake it very well. Night shift is a very different story. I can speak only on my experience but if you walk in anytime within 15 minutes of 10pm you are immediately told “Were getting ready to close, you’ve got 15 minutes”. Her tone needs a fast adjustment. Don’t these employees know they work in retail and customer service? I know I get what I pay for but even at there prices I expect someone to be somewhat helpful rather than annoyed that they have customers coming in to purchase items. The one question I do have is this: Is it true that the Clorox bleach is purposely sold either 1/2 full or below? I bought one before, got home and it was more than half gone. Went again tonight and grabbed another one. As I waited at the checkout I decided to take a look. Again this one was well below half full. So I ran back to the isle and started opening them. None of them had the little safety seal attached (make sure they don’t bag them with anything) and they were all in various amounts. Some half. Some 3/4. Some even more. I don’t see how they can advertise the ounces and price online but then in store you are not given the amount advertised on there website. Plus it’s not even sold at a discount. I won’t be purchasing again but just curious if anyone has an answer. I was told tonight by the cashier that “it’s how we sell them”. So again, if you know why, please pass it on. Because I am so curious now. Haha. To summarize, find what you need (Hopefully you’re not given a countdown) and get the heck out.

I like this one, nicer than most, have lots to choose from and buy, good prices, almost forget its a dollar general.

Nobody respected the 6 social distancing and the checkers were extremely slow.

They are currently haveing a buy one get one 50% off equal or lesser producton toys. I made sure to get items that matched in price but instead of 50% off of a 20.00 item i was given 2.50 off!! This is how EACH ITEM WAS DONE, there was not one item for the 50% off for a 10.00 item I recived 1.75 off secound item...THIS IS NOT HALF OFF!!!

A place to run to, but would like for stock to be updated and filled and staff to be knowledgeable in items. Good to save a buck, but some items arent worth the buck!!

I love Dollar General

I went to both Dollar Generals in one day, but I like this one a little bit better. I still hate shopping, but its a necessary evil and I will continue to go to Dollar General because its quick and easy to find what I need.

The folks are helpful. As far pricing and selection go it is hit or miss. Its an odd combination of the Dollar Tree, Big Lots, The 99 Cent Store, and Walmart when it comes to selection and pricing.

The only reason why chose 3 stars is because the line time here to pay is so long all the time. Customer service is fine and store product selection is great too it’s just that having only one register open drought out the day is wrong. Specially how busy this location gets. Store manger please have 2 registers open.

Wasnt greeted when I walked in, no biggie, most of the things I saw for sale were priced higher than i see at other stores, you would think the dollar general would be a less expensive store to shop at but I dont see that. When I was ready to check it out the only register open had more than 5 people in line, the cashier was having a lengthy conversation about the weather with a customer while the line grew.. When it finally got to be my turn, I had trouble finding my ID for the cigarettes I wanted to buy, I made a joke and said trust me Im old enough and he didnt laugh he didnt smile he just said its policy, we need to see your ID, somebody got fired three weeks ago for not doing it the cashier said it with hella attitude, kind of made me feel a little stupid for saying it. Lets just say I didnt feel welcome there, like I was a burden to the cashier. Well I found my ID showed him paid the guy and that was it got to put the receipt on top of my bag and started ringing up the next customer.. no have a nice day, nothing. Horrible customer service
