My installers Mike and Mark were great! They took the time to show and explain to me what issues they saw with my previous windows. My new windows look awesome! Mike and Mark were very nice and cleaned up everything. Im used to picking up a few odds and ends after installers leave but everything was totally taken care of. I will definitely ask for them when I replace my next set of windows! Excited to meet with my sales rep Dave and plan for next spring.

We needed a large window replaced and worked with Dave, who was very knowledgeable in helping us decide what would work in such a large place. We had to wait a long time for the window to arrive (which is the norm right now and not a reflection on Thebco) but we were very impressed with the installers, Mark and Lex. They were very friendly, efficient and left everything very clean! The final product is a beautiful new window! There was good communication with the scheduling department and the team arrived on time. Mike and Mark did a great job with the doors. A tile popped up when they removed the old doors and they glued the tile back down and came back the next day with matching grout which they applied. Everything turned out very well and we are very pleased with the outcome.

I had a new sliding patio door installed for my backyard because the old doors gas seal was broken. THEBCO made the process so easy and painless. My sales associate Scott was very helpful in explaining options and cost and kept in communication with me when I had followup questions. Mike and Mark installed a new set of windows throughout most of our house. The old ones were leaky and some were even moldy. The new windows are super high quality and keep the house noticeably warmer in the winter. Mike and Mark were super professional and friendly. They removed the old window and installed the new one leaving the house open only for a short while at a time. They meticulously cleaned up afterwards, too. Highly recommended. Well use Thebco for the rest of our windows when the time comes to replace those, too.

I am very pleased with my new windows and with the professional installation team. The windows are much better quality than the ones they replaced. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the careful craftsmanship extended to the wood grain matching at the mitered corners of the interior frames. I also noticed an immediate improvement in the temperature of the rooms that get afternoon sun. They arent getting nearly as hot, so I can avoid using air conditioning.Finally, the installation team was outstanding. I have health problems that make some things difficult. So they helped me by shifting two cabinets and moving them back afterward. They worked carefully and constantly until the job was complete. They also did such an excellent job in cleaning up after themselves that the place was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I highly recommend using THEBCO!

Our windows are in! Mike and Mark just left a few hours ago. We had all our windows replaced in the house and they look incredible. They are sturdy, easy to use, and not to mention quiet! First, working with our sales guy Dave was great. He was personable, not pushy and seemed to be very knowledgeable with all the questions we had for him. Ask for him if you need a consultation! Then Denise was great with giving us an update with the order and then scheduling the window install. Lastly Mike and Mark were great. They were quick yet detailed, and were great guys to chat with, and complain about the Bucks with. They kept the house clean throughout the day, and made sure to clean up completely before they left. Although it’s only been about 24 hours since the windows have been in, I have no complaints. I felt the pricing was reasonable compared to other full window replacements companies we spoke with. I would highly suggest getting the full window replacement rather that just popping in a insert like some other companies do. Thebco ensures the windows are fully sealed and there are no other issues around the window. I can’t say enough about how happy we are. Maybe give Mike and Mark a little raise.

We bought a new fiberglass entry door with THEBCO. We live in the Madison area and wanted to buy from a local vendor. We worked with Scott to pick the right door for us. The Thebco crew (Rick, Chris & Tory) recently converted our 3 season porch to a year round living space (7 very upgraded large windows plus blown- in insulation). The crew worked 1 day together, & Rick worked on his own for 2 days (he was very knowledgeable about questions I asked & answered in understandable layman terms) - they worked very well together, like theyve been doing it for a while (they have). Very highly recommended crew, as is Thebco as a company (over the years theyve replaced all of our windows).
