Completed install in one day, cleaned up all mess and took all old debris with them. Very pleased. Would recommend them any day. I have to say that Pella WI did a horrible job and now they wont return our calls or emails. We worked with Matt Kessenich. He is a nice guy but he first off ordered us the wrong windows and then tried to play them off as the correct ones. We replaced three windows for a total of over $4000. We replaced windows that were drafty and leaking. Now after the installation and frigid temperatures we are having worse luck with these. Frosting on the insides of the windows and frost along the sill of the windows. Matt assured me that this is normal and refuses to contact me still. My wife wanted to stay true to her Iowa roots by using these windows but they arent worth the money. The installation has been a nightmare too. The third party installer has damaged multiple pieces of siding and didnt want to tell us or replace them. These windows arent worth what we paid and we regret trying to improve our home with these. Steer clear of Pella WI and their team.

Great experience!We moved into the house where cheap windows had been used in the new construction. The windows were only 5 years old but were falling apart.The next windows were a well known (and expensive) brand, and lasted as long as the warranty, about 15 years, but then the wood started to rot, and fall apart.We had some Pella windows put in at the same time, that have now lasted 25 years and being in a window well, endured water half way up the windows, and didnt leak and still look great, 20 years later.So, Pella got our business. Great Warranty, great value, look great. We have no regrets. It is true, you get what you pay for, and in fact we got quite a discount, if you can wait until the off season it is worth it.Matt Kessenich was our salesman. Spectacular to work with, friendly, and knowledgeable. Whenever there were issues, he stepped in to make sure everything went smoothly. I have a lot of staining and varnishing experience so I decided to finish all 16 windows myself. To make sure that the color of the inside wood, matched the trim, Matt picked up the stain from the store in Green Bay and brought it to me, on time, and it was perfect. In fact, the trim is of superior quality than was on the previous windows.Pella made sure I had plenty of time to get my part done, with no pressure whatsoever.Todd, and Jim were an UNBEATABLE team putting in the windows. They do a remarkable job. It was extraordinary watching them work together. Their attention to detail was impressive. The inside trim is expertly done, and looks absolutely fabulous, and the outside metal trim and calking is absolutely first class.We had two new windows added, and Todd was great making sure that the placement was correct. What a difference it makes to the overall look of those rooms!We also had a backdoor replaced, and it looks really great!As a reminder, you may need an electrician if outlets need to be moved and you will need someone to plaster and paint IF you are having windows added where there were none.Two, more than satisfied customers.Thank you Pella!

The window from the exterior is beautiful, but the interior is unfinished and very unprofessional looking. Warning!!!! Product is NOT worth the service hassle. Look elsewhere for window installation. ‘Installers Now’ is excellent. Pella’s installation was so unfinished that wasps were coming inside the garage - I park next to the window and was even stung by one after weeks of actively waiting for them to return to fix it. They received these photos with a request to fix this. I received a response after several calls and texts, saying they would.I contacted the service manager, the sales rep Matt K, the installer Greg, and the main office and was only met with tons of empty promises. The service was poor and the support was false. This install was in August, I’m still waiting for them to follow through on finishing the job in January. I requested the copy of our contract from Matt a few times and have never received it. Stand up window product, but unfortunate local branch with very poor service. 😿 I feel ripped off and I just want the $1300(!!!!) functional window I paid for.

I worked with Jake Nelson sales consultant for Pella of Wisconsin. He is very knowledgeable about the different window products. Answered all my questions and sent me several quotes. I highly recommend working with him for any window and door projects.

We had someone ‘fix’ our door, which was about $2900. The door now will not open and the other panel looks like the below. We were charged $250 for the caulk job in the photos.After contacting Pella over 7 times, they’ve issued us a new quote, taking the total to over $4,000. We can either leave the door unusable and the other door in the condition in the photos or pay the quote. I would highly recommend using Anderson over Pella. The customer service has been awful.

Weve had Pella of Wisconsin at our 1980 house 3 times now to replace some of the original windows and doors, and each time we were delighted with the results. Our sales rep did an excellent job of explaining the wide variety of available options, time frames, costs, etc., including meticulous attention to matching existing woodwork. The installation crew was clean, efficient, and thoro. Everybody was on time. There was steady 2-way communication thruout the entire process. We were particularly pleased with the room-darkening shades built into the bedroom windows. Highly recommended!

We have an Pella sliding glass door in our home, the weather striping is worn out. The door is about 15 years old but that is the only thing that is wrong with the door, everything else is solid. I made an appointment for the technician to come out to look and repair the door. I paid a service fee in advance and was told this would include some of the repairs. The technician told my husband he did not have that weather striping for this door in his vehicle and it would have to ordered. I received a call the next day saying they dont carry the striping for this door any longer and the door will have to be replaced. I will never buy anything made be this company, I dont know how long simple weather striping is supposed to last but I would think, that would be something they could carry. Not pleased

My husband and I drove 45 miles to stop in at the store on a Saturday. There were a few other customers ahead of us which was great as we were able to observe the conversations and interactions the 2 sales people had with others. When one of the sales members finished with clients he simply walked away and did not even acknowledge we were there while we stood and waited for the second sales person to finish with his clients. When Matt was available to help us he seemed to rush us through our questions. He did not have any booklets for us to look at, websites etc. I did find a Pella Door book and he said they no longer used the Pella doors because they were not happy with the quality. I then asked if he could quote a similar door from a quote I brought with me. He did end up providing a quote and I asked him if he could provide a printout or other information on what the doors looked like. He was unable to do so and the entire time I felt like he just wanted us to leave. We did leave and found another vendor that was able to provide us with a reasonable quote and was excited to have our business. Would not recommend.

The doors are great! They look amazing and have great sound-proofing and internal shades that function seamlessly. We worked with Vito who was very helpful and professional and customized the setup for our specific needs. Tim, Phil , and Zach came and installed the doors and were able to troubleshoot getting them inside. They did a great job! Mike came and helped with the custom lock setup. The one thing was that they did not put in the door stops that they had talked about installing throughout the project. Jason came back and patched small damage in the wall so that it is as good as new.The doors look beautiful and we appreciate all the help they gave in installing and customizing everything for us!

The door has been ordered, its not going to be delivered for over 2 months how can this not be canceled? This is not a good start to a relationship, they delayed communicating problems, they were not transparent and upfront with supply problems, and would not allow cancellations. They choose keeping my money and forcing me to live with a bad delivery date.I would not recommend purchasing from this company.I received an email from Pella Windows and Doors HQ, they passed the buck back to the franchise. Originally I was given a Deliver of about 8 weeks out, then they changed it without informing me.Dont trust any delivery dates given to you by the sales team, and be prepared to wait while they keep your down payment.
