Required a ~90 mile tow out of Viola. Called in Madison area and got turned down by multiple towing companies until I called Liberty Towing. Liberty Towing was flexible, on-time, professional and offered a great value. Driver was very professional and careful with my vehicle.Id highly recommend their services.

Id advise all new customers to stay away as staff is unwelcoming and unprofessional. My brother had called for towing service as a first time customer this morning and instead of being treated with dignity and respect, he was met with blatant disrespect and un-professionalism due to the simple reason that he accidentally gave the wrong contact information to where the car was needed to be towed to. Instead of respectfully and professionally asking him to first confirm the address and phone # and give the towing service a call back, he stated that by brother was being sketchy and that they are busy due to the holiday and for him to call someone else. He (the staff my brother talked to) then gave my brother a call, after my brother had left a review, trying to justify why he treated my brother disrespectfully. We hung up as it was just appalling to have been treated as such and then to have to listen to him try to explain why he acted and said the things he did. University Towing and Auto Center was more than willing to accommodate and help us with our issue despite it being the eve of a Holiday. The staff we spoke to was very patient and friendly.

For those of you who are familiar with steep Wisconsin driveways in Dane County and ice/snow storms, you also know how easy it is to unexpectedly slide backwards after trying to make it up a steep and ice/covered driveway. My car unfortunately slid off the rock wall on the side of my driveway, leaving my car wedged next to an electrical box and the rock wall. Liberty Towing miraculously managed to get my car out totally unscathed!! They were calm, collected and knew exactly what to do. There are towing companies, and there are EXCELLENT towing companies. My car died in a gas station and could not be re-started. Liberty personnel, both dispatch and driver went above and beyond. Initially, I thought I would have to follow them down to the dealership and put a note and the key into the service slot myself and find my own way home. Liberty took care of all of that for me, so I did not have to do anything. Performed better than advertised. You will not be sorry.

Easily the best towing experience Ive had!The driver was very friendly, competent, and quick. His instructions to me were clear and motivated by safety. He showed concern for the other residents in my apartment complex by making sure he wasnt blocking anyone for too long. I made the mistake of calling another towing company yesterday and 3 hours later of sitting along the interstate they still hadnt shown up! The garage said they always use Liberty Towing. I called and they were there in 20 minutes! It was a reasonable price and the man made it as easy as it could be! I will always call them with any future issues.

Needed a tow in -15° weather. They were there to tow me in about 20 minutes and towed my truck to where I needed it in record time! The man doing the job got my truck up on his in under 10 minutes and it only took about 2 minutes to get it off. Price wise half of what I expected and compared to what Ive payed in the past with other companies. Highly recommend them!!

My car died on the Beltline after working a long day outside during July. I gave them a call and they said they’d have somebody there in an hour and the driver would call when he was close. Didn’t get a call from the driver but that doesn’t matter cus he showed up in a half hour, got my car safely on the truck and even gave me a ride. It was reasonably priced too. Couldn’t imagine a better transaction.

Liberty towing made an awful experience for me so much better! The driver first tried to get my car started and when that didn’t work he arranged for a local shop to look at it and towed it there. He took the time to explain the issues to the mechanics and made sure I was being taken care of before he left. All of this took place about 5 pm when places were closing. Price for all of this was surprisingly reasonable. THANK YOU!

They got my familys truck off the road quick when they broke down. Not only did this garage fix the problem that caused this break down, they also fixed what caused them to break down less then 30 miles away. My family had just left from picking our truck up from another garage that just fixed it broke down again and this garage fixed BOTH problems. My SUV got stuck in the flooding last night on the west side of Madison. I got lucky and was able to leave my car parked legally and get home safe. This morning when I called Liberty, they said it would be about six hours before they could tow my car. Exactly 5.5 hours later Sergio from Liberty pulled up, and was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully I dont have a call for a tow in the near future, but if I do, I will be calling Liberty.

Good fast service, and friendly too. The guys who helped me with my car was there within about 10 mins of me calling, and helped me make sure everything was squared away when we dropped it off at the shop.Only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars was the price seemed kind of high. I towed the car about 10 miles and the cost was over $100. This is pretty competitive with the other towing companies though, so not much I could do about that.

Quick and reasonable

I had quite the adventure yesterday as I was traveling east bound I-94. The fuel gauge was stuck on my hauler and before I knew it, I had run out of fuel. Not the best spot to be while I had 70mph traffic whipping by me within a few feet of my truck. To make matters worse, I was hauling a frame off restored 1970 Chevelle SS. It was a little unsettling watching vehicles come up behind me at a high speed praying that they saw my caution lights on. After a quick Google search for roadside assistance, I came across Liberty Towing Service. They responded quickly and the technician had me fueled up in no time at all. Quentin was my roadside tech. He was VERY helpful and VERY professional. He stayed with me until the system was fully primed and I was up and running! I cant thank you enough for your help. A+++ service!

Liberty Towing Service was amazing. They came within 5 minutes of my frantic call. I had a very nice man change my tire and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. It was on a holiday during an ice storm and on a very busy Highway (51) so I was a little anxious.
