Thanks so much to the young man from Finish Line Towing who came out to change my tire. The BEST thing he did was call me to tell me that yes, he received the message from my road assistance provider and that he was on his way His estimate on time to arrive was spot-on. I valued that info because I had already dealt with 4 other providers who did not show and three of the four didnt even answer when I tried to call them.He answered all my questions concerning driving on a small spare and was quick, polite and pleasant to deal with. Since it was in the middle of the night - those items are important! Wonderful, timely service!Thanks Again!

I needed a jump start, tires filled and a tow. Hector showed up at the scheduled time and had my car started within minutes! He filled the tires enough to get it on the trucks and off he went. Car stalled on busy highway. We were able to get to the shoulder. We called AAA and they provided TOW service to a shop thru Finish Line. Great, fast professional service with Darnel.Needed to move dead car to another location a couple days later, so I called Finish Line again. Super fast service again, and was able to pay over the phone and not miss work. Keyok, the tow truck driver, called when he was close for pickup, and texted when my car was delivered to new location.

Made a call Sunday night for a flat tire. Ben was there in 15 minutes. Ben was very professional and careful hooking up the car.Owner was willing to change my tire that night so I could make it to work the next day. 10/10 would recommend around the Madison area hands down.

The tow truck driver didnt shut my door and now the striker is snapped off the frame. I was told its my fault for not securing the door myself. Now I have to use a bungee cord to keep my door shut while driving. STAY AWAY... They just replied to me and I want to add that I went outside to explain how to shut my door and the driver said he understood. This place is shady!!!

I needed a AAA tow, and they sent a man and a truck from Finish Line Towing. The guy was careful, quick and kind, masked cuz COVID, and he was remarkably pleasant — way more pleasant than me — considering that the sun was barely up yet. Next time I need a tow (and I will, my car is old enough to vote) Ill call Finish Line.

I used this service through AAA. The driver arrived very quickly, put my car on the tow truck very quickly & efficiently, and was very friendly and professional.

Used Progressive insurance to dispatch towing assistance. Progressive has a neat GPS app that allows you to see where the driver is. The driver got lost trying to find me. The dispatcher called to tell me this and placed the blame on Progressive. The driver did end up finding me. I have a Subaru and told the driver to take it to Don Miller Subaru. When the driver took my car he assured me I could go home and he would make sure to get my car to the dealership safe and sound. When I got home I saw on the app he was approaching the wrong dealership. I called to let the dispatcher know. The dispatcher seemed frustrated and said he would call the driver to make sure he took it to Don Miller. I hung up and continued to monitor the app. The driver eventually left the wrong dealer and I hoped he was going to the right one. To my dismay he did not. At this point I was frustrated and called the dispatcher back to explain what happened. I was informed that my app was wrong and not showing me the right GPS position of the driver. The dispatcher also said the driver sent pictures to the dispatcher to confirm the car was at Don Miller... the dispatcher used the words “he dropped it within 10 feet of where he was supposed to. I hung up with the dispatcher but in disbelief I decided to drive 15 miles out of my way to only find out my car was at Russ Darrow as the app showed. This is a quarter mile not 10 feet from the right location. I called the dispatcher again, this time expressing my frustration. The dispatcher got extremely rude with me and said that the car was dropped at the exact pin point that the AAA app told them to.First of all I was using Progressive not AAA.Secondly I stated several times the name Don Miller and the exact address to them.And finally in my last call he told me the app wasn’t showing the GPS position correctly but in this call he referenced the car being at the exact GPS position.I had to almost yell at the guy before he transferred me to a much nicer person who apologized several times and assured me that the error would be corrected.I am so glad I had the app to show me this error, or my vehicle would have been lost at the wrong dealership. Two giant thumbs down!!

I called Progressive and they immediately got Finish Line towing to come out to pick my car up. My girlfriend and picked me up so they told me to leave my keys under the mat. I continued to go home they assured me they were on the way originally I had them towing it to Zimbrick Chevy, I called them shortly after leaving and asked if they could change the drop location to premier auto. The woman on the phone said sure and updated it. I called an hour later to get an update and she said so sorry were not picking your car up and told me to call progressive again. So they left my car there unlocked and assured me it was going to be picked up and in fact did not they lied and never informed me of what was happening and the lady on the phone seemed like she did not care at all. Very Unprofessional.

Awesome experience. It was raining. Kyle and Chris g came out to help me. They were there in 15 minutes. Kyle filled up my spare that was low. He sat on the wet ground fixing my tire. I was on my way in 30 minutes. Theyre both great guys and I appreciate them. They took what was shaping up to be a major headache for me and turned it into a great experience.

I called my triple A and they sent them to jump me. We disagreed on how to handle.Guy was knowledgeable I was impressed at his customer service. Talked me into towing to the shop then I got gouged. 370 bucks for a battery for my 2002 truck. I was at their mercy. Usually take my truck outside the city. I would go somewhere else or have them tow me elsewhere next time. Id been jumped the day before, worked third shift, then needed a jump in the a.m. My buddy jumped it and said I should go buy a battery and he would put it in after work. I thought I could just drive awhile and get it charged up. i shut off my truck to run in to check out of my motel. Truck was dead. called my Triple A and they sent Finish Line Towing and Repair. The worker had great customer service when he arrived, got me jumped but i had to keep my foot on the gas to keep it going. This is what id had to do with the other two jumps from my friends; so I am aware there is something bigger happening but I just wanted to get home to Wautoma after my work week in Madison. truck died, and the worker did not want to charge it again. he started scraping at the battery, which i admit was corroded, and he pulled a piece of corroded something off and was like yeah Im not gonna jump you again. he said hed call for the tow. He left I too was told to leave the keys on the floormat. I ubered and my truck sat at the motel. I just wanted him to jump me and leave it on for a few minutes til i could get on the road but he was not into it. My mechanics are in Oregon and Montello, because ive searched long and far and my mechanics are fair, and offer above average customer service, use used parts, understand my situation. Listen, my truck is without a back window, held together with spit, rope and prayer. So, should I have had them tow it to my mechanics? probably. Are mechanics cheaper out of Madison than in the city? Absolutely. Perhaps this is a triple a issue, perhaps i didnt handle the situation appropriately, perhaps some mechanics overcharge. Was I happy with the service overall, no. ill bump it up to a 3 star because the owner called and near begged me. I said dont gouge people and he said its city cost of living. Fair enough. He said could they discount it, could they put in a cheaper battery, all of this after my review. Where was that kind of service when we spoke on the phone that day when I was in distress? My review is my review. Most savvy people will be like, tough luck, to me. Im aware I most definitely paid for convenience. They got paid well and I got my truck on the road. Am I happy about it all? NO. Lets move on. Car wouldnt start in an unfamiliar part of town. Progressives roadside assistance connected me with Finish Line Towing who sent help in 20 minutes. Theo showed up with a smile, was able to immediately diagnose the problem and provide a jump. He even provided a new battery replacement at a fair price. Couldnt ask for more. Appreciate the help!

So I left a poor review of this company to expose there UNprofessionalism after I had a poor expirience with the company and the owner instead of reaching out to ask about thw issue instead assumed one of there old employees or someone he knew I guess. I left the review because I had bad service and how the owner responded trying to write of the review as a disgruntled employee is a disgusting defamation of that persons name. And a perfect example of how this business owner is unprofessional. An apology wouldve been greatly appreciated but instead I come back and see my review 6 months later being taken as a joke and them trying to shame a potential homeless person who didnt even write the bad review. Horrible Towing company with unprofessional staff and owner. Towed my car from the airport, ruined the bottom of the bumper and instead of paying for the damages, the owner calls me and tries to blame me for the damages.Update: Based on owners comments: Please send me the photos you clicked before towing and I can prove your towing companys fault.

Ben, who towed us was very professional and pleasant. And he explained things clearly.I had had my oil changed 5 days earlier, and the oil plug fell out and the engine blew.The owner of Fine Line Towing asked Ben to provide a statement on what he observed regarding the car’s situation/condition upon his arrival, that we are able to use in our legal proceeding to be reimbursed by the auto shop that changed my oil, given that oil pan plugs do not just fall out if they have been installed correctly. Ben wrote an observant and detailed statement.

Got stranded 3 hours away from home out of state and these guys were pros, and treated me awesome. You hear horror stories of how out of state people can be treated, these guys held all the cards in this scenario and I walked away from the experience knowing I was still treated fairly. John Van and the driver Nick (out of Madison branch) were great.

I was at the Kwik Trip on Milwaukee Street when my truck broke down. I called Finish Line Towing the dispatcher was very nice friendly service he told me he would have someone out to help me as soon as possible it was about a hour. Andrew the tow truck driver he was very nice very professional the gas station was very busy so he said tell you what he said you go home and I will come get your truck and get it to your house as soon as the station wasnt so busy. Well he had my truck to me within a hour parked on the street. Thanks Andrew great job I will be definitely calling you guys again.

While going through construction zone on 5/20/2020 a half inch socket wrench pierced my tire and completely flattened it. I had no way for anyone to help me other than Finish Line. I called and they came within 15 minutes. The guy that helped me, though I couldnt see his name tag, was very professional, courteous, and a helped me put my spare tire on quickly.

If you are stranded these are the people to call. Dispatcher answers promptly and connects with truck driver. You are given an estimate on arrival, and called when truck is near. All went smoothly and timely. Both dispatcher and truck driver friendly and helpful.

Service was assigned by my insurance company and I was happy with who was assigned. They responded quickly, told me when would arrive, and was there when said. Once to my vehicle the person was very efficient, polite, and especially quick.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I didnt get his name to mention it in this review but the tow service was for my Black Chevy Malibu in Madison WI.Even though he completed the drop off we had a bit of a time and he definitely went above and beyond to complete the job despite the struggle all while being personable and polite.

I had my car towed to my home after a blowout on the highway occurred resulting from the improper installation of a spare tire by a competitor (Schmidts). Finish Line sent a truck, and they arrived within a half hour, extremely impressive response time. The service technician was understanding, friendly, sympathetic, relatable, and very professional.My experience with Finish Line was a highlight in an otherwise very stressful situation. They were able to get me and my car where we needed to go, quickly, safely, and pleasantly. They also were able to quickly take a look at my my front drivers side where the blowout occured and although not a substitute for the diagnostic I am having done at a garage, they were able to reassure me by indicating that it did not appear serious damage to the axle or control arm had occurred.Top grade service. Would recommend.

I wish I would have called Finish Line Towing (Milwaukee location) as my first option last night. I Googled 24 hour Towing around midnight and after calling about fourteen 24 hour towing companies, there were only two that answered the phone and only one that could meet my needs. The dispatcher was friendly and patient at 2:00a.m.- 3:00 a.m. in the morning and the driver was at my location promptly and he took care of the issue expeditiously.Lisa

They quoted me 45 minutes for someone to arrive for a jump and driver called me within 5 minutes after I hung up and said he would be there in 15 minutes and he then arrived in 10 minutes. He was fast, informative and even made sure the car kept going after getting it started. Definitely my go to place for anything tow it jump related in Madison or surrounding parts. By the way, they came out to Windsor to give me that jump. Call them.

Had a flood in Madison (pretty typical) I called finishline because my vehicle stopped running when I drove though 2 feet of water. John, the man that came out, did a great job and treated me very well. I am surprised by how efficient and polite this young man was. Thanks again!

After a complete screw up between my car insurance and 4 different tow companies, all 4 showed up, unable to help, all brought flatbeds (I did tell my auto insurance that I was located underground) and no one was able to actually get my car towed- except Finish Line. I have used them twice and both times were very pleasant! All of the employees that interacted with me were pleasant, accommodating and efficient. Also answered my questions well and with a good attitude!!

Had an engine light flashing on my car so decided to play it safe and tow it in to the shop. When the tow came the guy was to lazy to pull his truck up to my car and insisted I drive the car to his tow truck. When I explained the situation he still insisted and I called dispatch, who said there was no problem starting my car and driving it. Finally lazy boy decides to drive up the 100 feet and load up my car, take it to the dealership, who found that I had a broken valve spring in the car, and if you know anything about that turning and running the engine with that broke cause further damage to the cyclinder. Almost forgot, made the appointment to tow this the night before, even with a days notice they were still 2 hours late and kept promising me the driver will be there in 10 minutes. Avoid these amateurs at all costs!Edit- received a call a few days later about this review and was requested to change it, I explained I was still upset and told them I considered talking to my insurance about the experience. The manager told me that would not matter since they monopolize towing in the area, so basically they didnt care. When we couldnt reach an agreement the manager said lets go out separate ways. Prior to hanging up the manager called me a douche and hung up the phone. Expect harassment at work like this on your personal phone if you leave a bad review. Calling people names on the phone while they are busy is definitely not a strategy to change a rating on google... avoid at all costs!

Had an awesome experience! Gary called when he was 10 minutes out which was nice. There was an issue with the back wheels being locked in place but Gary took the time to explain that the emergency break was just stuck. The scheduled towing time is 10:30 am but the truck did not come until 12:15pm. I was told that the first driver could not make it, they had to send another truck. I understand that for this kind of work. time is not very predictable. Almost two hours waiting time was too long. The driver is professional and figured out to tow my car with four flat tires to costco
