About 4 years ago started going to jackson hewitt on verona rd. my taxes were not done correctly, went to office on gammon rd. A tax professional by the name of Mike corrected my taxes, and since then for the past 4years, i have been filing my taxes with him only. never had to complain or have issue, always satisfied. he is also nice ppl.i recommend them to anyone.

For two years now, it has been a great experience. The manager of the office, my tax preparer this year, Laura Gilbert, and especially the receptionist (who always remembers my name- I cant remember hers) have given customer service way above the norm. Another gentleman from Racine was great. In short, you will get very fast and yet personal attention at this office- I highly recommend it.

The people here were quite friendly and cracked alot of jokes, had a good time here for tax stuff.

Took over two hours, got my taxes wrong, and it cost me $560. I’m single, childless, and not a business owner, so that seems excessive. For that, I’ll go to an accountant.Edit: I dropped my taxes off at another office to be fixed. All they did for the rest of the week is try to get a hold of the guy who screwed them up, to make him fix them, even though I obviously have no faith in him. I told them that I didn’t want him doing them.

I received a phone call from a Jackson Hewitt employee telling me the price was only $249.00 to do my taxes, even tho I told them I had my own small business. Well , I showed up for my appointment no one there to do my taxes. Tax guy finally showed up15 minutes late. He started doing my taxes he looked at my deductions I had written down for him and saidI will have to find a place to write those into your taxes. Found out it was his first year and it would cost me $510.00 not $249.00 . I got up and left very fast. I could plainly see he was very unsure of what he was doing!!

Had an appointment and was in and out within an hour. Great service and friendly staff. Will definitely come back next year.

BEWARE!!!!The District Manager Kelly Ryan is very rude & unprofessional!I called to complain about the multiple infractions on my tax return.She offered no assistance or remedy to my issues, she passed the buck.. & when asked by me if she could look into my return to see how many different agents have helped. I was told that shes in charge of the business side & that I would have to wait because she runs over 60 stores.Go elsewhere people!!!!

When I paused, she said No? Havent tried that?Newsflash, LINDA, I dont know what theyre asking for which is why I CALLED YOUR OFFICE TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR HELP.This is why people use TurboTax.
