The ATEC team sprayed my yard for fleas as despite our best prevention efforts for our dogs, the dogs were still tracking fleas into the house. We immediately noticed a difference and its been a few weeks since the treatment and were still flea free. The team was courteous, efficient and very careful about not disrupting our flower beds. Recommend highly.

Weve been using ATEC Pest Control for over 7 years in two different homes. They are always prompt, thorough, and friendly. Best of all, we have had almost no pest problems at either of our homes. The couple of times we did, they came out immediately and treated for it at no extra cost. They have also done a lawn treatment which helped greatly with our fire ant problem. Our current technician is Christie and she is great. Oh, and I love that they have automatic billing too so I dont have to worry about that either!

They were a waste of money. Didnt do there job at all . . . Didnt listen to my concerns just wanted more money. Now in a different home and want preventative maintenance I wont go near this company. Dont waste your time.

Atec Pest Control has been servicing our home for several years. I am very happy with their service but the main reason I will continue with Atec is our service technician, Christy. You will not find a more friendly or caring person than she. Other pest control services will probably also do a good job but they dont have Christy.

I work for a living so I dont have alot of time to waste. So when your business hours say 8-5 I expect someone to be there during those hours, Instead the door was locked. So I went next door to the accountant office, I was told the guys gone to lunch and he would be back in an hour and a half to 2 hrs. REALLY??? I mean its ok to go to lunch, but at least there should be someone there to work or they should change there hours. Really was an inconvenience. So COOKS pest control here I come

Good honest people you can trust....

ATEC provides termite service to four houses I own. I was short on cash so asked them to wait to provide service later this year after I saved the cash. They convinced me to make payments, and let them do the service in March. I post-dated checks and gave them to ATEC to hold/deposit at the first of each month for four months. Last month they deposited a check 2 weeks early, before my paycheck to cover the check was in my checking account. I caught this because I routinely check my accounts. They said it was an oversight and it would not happen again. I just checked my checking account and the check that I post-dated for 5/1/14 was cashed on 4/21/14, and again my pay will not be auto-deposited until this Friday. I live by my word and people can trust what I say to be true, and I only do business with people and companies that I can trust in return. I do not trust ATEC to do what they say. As with all/most termite service companies, I have paid them many hundreds of dollars up front to provide bonding, so I am in a quandary. But I will figure out a way to provide my business to a company I trust, and I recommend others do the same.
