I had to have an inspection to purchase my home, they came out 2 days later and for a very reasonable price I was offered termite and pest protection! Lee has always notified me each time he comes to service my house, he even knows my dogs name! I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an inspection or termite protection!

We have NEVER seen a dead bug after they spray. Six years not one single dead bug. We have to buy stuff from a big box store to treat fire ants, wasp and carpenter bees. They have only removed cob/spider webs a few times but only after we ask or remind them too. We have gotten the excuse that our home is too tall and the tech doesnt have access to the poles that reach that far, because these tools are shared by all the techs and another tech has them on another job. They also dont remove wasp nest. The pest control tech spends more time sitting inside his vehicle in our drive way than he does working. I think I figured out why, it could possibly be that there is a GPS tracker that shows the amount of time they are at each property but doesnt take into account that the tech isnt out of the vehicle working. I called several days ago to get them to honor their policy to come back between scheduled services and repeat the spray but have heard nothing back. I am about to fire them because I am being ripped off.

Great technician takes care of our meat and produce store. Im happy and it helps with the health dept being pest free.

The service was fine, the techs were nice, but billing was at best cryptic. Then when I cancelled, I received two more bills. When I questioned the second bill they said my cancellation was pending until the next month; Oh, did you want it cancelled from the date you called? Of course I did.

Prompt to any additional concerns and very thorough on monthly visits. Good hearted professional. We have been very happy with Cooks Pest Control for our pest control needs.

I have had cooks for over 5 years now, we had to use a temporary cancelation due to a hardship. They immediately removed the termite stations that I paid over $300 for if I want it back I have to pay another $300+ to get it reinstalled. Talk about kicking you while your down. Do not get service with them.

Brandon is the reason I use Cook’s Pest Control. He is courteous and conscientious to a fault. He treats my yard like it’s his own. Super guy who does super work !!! Represents Cook’s very well!!

Mr Ross came out to our shop promptly and came up with a plan to get rid of our nuisance animals quickly and effectively. The service tech has been polite, comes in does his job and never leaves a mess to clean up. Worth every penny knowing that the building and yard is being cared for so carefully.

Fast..efeective service verymuch recommend.

Don’t bother wasting money on them. They lie and tell you things to pull you in. We were told by multiple sales men that we only had to pay $200 for the termite bond. Well we had to move so of course we had to cancel and now they are making us pay $500 ontop of the $180 to cancel. They have forever lost our business and everyone else we know. This will not be the end to them. They always came to our house when we weren’t home and sprayed outside and so called cleaned up spider webs and wasp nest. Everytime they did I would go on the front porch and still see the ones I’ve kept calling about. We wasted our money on them and I suggest you to not waste your money. There are cheaper and better companies to call other than Cooks.
