Always a little amazed in these stores. The gentleman who helped me was great he also let me use the bathroom which at my age is also very helpful at times. The only thing I could say is they need public bathrooms Otherwise it was a good Dollar Tree

The woman checking me out was wearing her mask on her chin, coughed into her hand, and then proceeded to grab all of my stuff without sanitizing her hands. I wish I could say this was just an odd occurrence, but I very rarely see an employee wearing a mask correctly, and even when they do, they pull it down to talk to someone they recognize. The store is always a disorganized mess, which is probably because they seem severely understaffed.

Okay, have to say I had exceptional service. The guy that was working after 8 was gloved, masked, courteous, and kind.If I was hiring, Id want him on my team.Store was surprisingly clean, with the exception of the carts.

Very busy thecashier was great but had no help to support him.

Worst Dollar Tree Ive ever been to. Bare shelves. I was here twice, months apart, and both times had bare shelves and long lines and slow checkers.

The gentleman who worked today 10/11 around 11:30am was super welcoming to us and everyone else today. Great customer serive!

I love this location of this chain store. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Plus everything is always so well stocked and organized. Its easy to find everything you need here. They carry lots of name brand products. And so many things you can use around the house.

It was good. Didnt have the earbuds I was looking for, but it was fine overall.

Eve has waited on me probably two to three times and each time he has put me in a better mood. He exudes joy. What a guy. This last time someone else checked me out. And, I forgot to take my buckets. But guess who came out with them...Eve! He made my day, not because of the buckets, because simply talking to him makes you feel good. I dont know why. Thanks, Eve. We need a lot more people like you. 🙂

The Dollar Tree $tores display a very broad selection of a wide range of item$ in a comfortably navigable $tore layout. Price$ at a dollar for ALL item$ (except, mo$t greeting card$ are only 50¢ ea.). Shoppers would benefit from greater acce$$ibility to cu$tomer $ervice a$$i$tance.

Just stopped in here for a very specific item. I received outstanding customer service..they did not have enough of what I needed and went out of their way to get me enough of the item by taking the time to call other locations. Super impressed.

All I have to say is wow. I would say NO STARS but the only way I can write this review is to at least select one. My Girlfriend went into this location and one of the employees started talking to her in a very disrespectful matter making her feel super uncomfortable. Telling her she so attractive, asking her if she was married. She replied with I have a boyfriend . Which really is none of his business and he said if he doesnt put a ring on your finger I will. Reallly?! Thats harassment my girlfriend or me need to listen any remarks about anything unless its good morning, Can I help you,Did you find everything you were looking for? Thanks for shopping and have a nice day. Thats it!!!!! Im furious. I worked in department stores and I know for a fact that you DO NOT TALK TO CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT PERIOD!!!!!!! After I went into the store to confront the manager and tell him about what had took place and the lack of disrespect my girlfriend and I both received the response that he gave me was that Ill talk to my employees. NO ACTUALLY YOU NEED TO FIRE SOMEONE FOR HARASSMENT. If it does not get taken care of then I guess legal actions is a must. This is down right WRONG. I called the HR department and after being put on hold for 30 minutes I talk to someone that told me that this isnt one of their locations. So I said thank you, hung up the phone and googled it and actually it is one of your locations . I called back waited on hold for another :30 minutes and finally I talked to some lady that was extremely rude. Just told me to give her the store number which I didnt know. I gave her the address and location and she told me the same thing as the guy I talked to earlier so I said I googled the store and this location along with other ones you told me that are your stores . She said nothing and hung up the phone on me!!!! I will not be returning to any of your stores . From your employees managers and HR department you all need a reminder in customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick stop in and out .If you shop non peak hours. They try to keep the store organized and stocked. Becomes challenging at times due to traffic and lack of staff.

This at least one star because they actually had what I needed. First of all this place is gross. I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned by the looks of it. Second of all...there was this woman there who was FOLLOWING me and my son. I don’t know if she worked there or what but she was quite obviously following us. It was not subtle, it was actually infuriating. We were in there for about 90 seconds before she showed up and was within 2 feet of us just FOLLOWING us. What the heck?? Again I don’t know if she was the owner and wanted to make sure we weren’t stealing, but 1) we had just walked in so the only reason she would be targeting us right off the bat is the fact I’m part Mexican and “brown.” And 2) she was not wearing any sort of uniform and 3) I wasn’t even being suspicious I literally was pacing trying to find things in this unorganized disgusting store.I don’t think I am ever coming back to this location. I got what I came for (cleaning supplies) but it was not worth a creepy stalker and navigating the aisles. Don’t come here.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but they are understaffed. The store is poorly stocked and boxes of merchandise line the isles. Seasonal items and other items are in boxes, and hand carts are everywhere waiting to be restocked. I have stopped in two other dollar tree stores in Madison. The others shine in comparison.

Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Its refreshing to walk into a store and be able to ask any employee where something may be located in that facility!!! And its Dollar Tree!! I mean who doesnt LOVE Dollar Tree?!?!?

The product quality is highly inferior. Best for household things you would want to use once. Moreover, the product ranges are limited. I would suggest not taking sprays (which usually doesnt function) and food (which most people already know of)

Tonight I was in Dollar Tree and it was very busy because its almost Xmas. My cashier LaKeisha was great! She was helpful and had a great attitude. She kept a smile on her face and did a great job!

The more I shop at this place the more impressed at the selection of the things they carry. Not everything is all that wonderful but most of it is...kind of like a convenience store that doesnt overcharge for plastic silverware that comes in many colors...colors you cant find at the convenience store.

Everyone was very helpful and polite. The store was well organized and tidy.

He found my credit card, which I have lost in the store, and made the effort to look me up on the internet and contact me directly so I can get it back. Do not recommend. Even for a dollar store. Their posted hours have an open time of 9 am. Arrived at 10 am and the doors were locked with no one inside.

They have many useful items you wouldnt think you can get for a dollar! The best part is everything is $1.

This Dollar Tree (688 S. Whitney Way, Madison, WI) is the worst Dollar Tree I have visited. I like Dollar Tree stores and I can whole heartedly say this is a disgrace to the Dollar Tree brand and I do not know how the Dollar Tree company allows this to be in this shape. The shelves are almost empty, there are boxes everywhere, the isles are a mess, shelves themselves are dirty and obviously never cleaned, very unsanitary and gross. I have nothing positive to say about this store. I visit this store periodically hoping it would improve but it only gets worse. Gave one star rating only because zero stars is not an option on Yelp. Do not go to this store. Go to the Dollar Tree (7475 Mineral Point Road, Madison, WI) which is by far the best Dollar Tree in Madison.

Frequently disorganized and messy. Inconsistent stocking makes it seem like items are discontinued, then they r reappear. Smaller than the average Dollar Tree store. But they have a convenient location. I much prefer the location by South Towne if I have the time to drive over there.

The store is alright, it tends to have everything I want to pick up. The employees are always nice. But the management appears to be garbage. Not only do they have the nerve to put up a list of things their employees can be written up for in each check out lane in full view of the customers, they have the absolute nerve for it to be filled with errors and double negatives. It takes a low person to do something like this in the first place, but seeing such a horrible crafted thing further shows the low quality of whoever had the nerve to write it.

I have Natural nails. She was filing away with a buffer block like crazy, broke my natural nail. Then just started cutting my nails with out asking me. She wouldnt listen to anything I said I just had to get-up-and-get away from her. I realized she didnt understand me. Went to management to complain someone else finished my nails but damage was done. I have really poorly shaped, uneven nails and poor gel application. Very uneven. I did this on Sunday amd it Wednesday and the gel is chipping

They have some really good prices. As expected, you have to be aware that some of their stuff may be very cheap and junky. But you can find good deal on specific items. You see some real poverty in the store, some people who really struggle and need to make every cent count.

Usually messy and disorganized. Almost always a line due to only 1 register being open. Staff is usually nice, but dont expect to get in and out of here in a quick fashion.

Clerk was really friendly very helpful with the customer in front of me who had disabilitysThe store did have some organization issues and things were strewn about and alot of things were missingI think they may have been short handed because there was boxes with things in it that had to be put on shelves but thats no excuse as to why the shelves were empty and the place looking like a tornado went through it

Not even one star for Whitney way location., but it wont let me post without hitting one star. This is the most unorganized, messy store Ive ever been in. The staff is not friendly, in fact they would not wrap my glassware so it would not break. We refused to purchase the items then and they lost out on a $15 sale. I will go out of my way now to spend money at another location. A district manager should surprise visit that store

This location is by far the worst Dollar Tree on the West Side of Madison. 9 out of 10 times, its a mess! Nothing is organized, youll find things on the floor and in the wrong spots practically every trip. They should learn from their other two west side locations - Middleton & Mineral Point Rd - on how to properly look as a store. I dread going into this location because how much of a hot mess it is! So if youre going to choose a location - DONT choose this one!

Actually, i work at dollar tree. we do accept mastercard but only debit. we dont accept mastercard credit. we accept everything else: checks, discover, american express, etc! so why the issue? and maybe the store wouldnt be a mess if you customers wouldnt leave it mess every time you come in! we pick it up as often as we can...sorry you came in at the wrong time or when someone didnt do the job they were supposed to.honestly, i really like it here. its a dollar store where everything is actually a dollar and under! i really like my manager and there isnt a person that ive worked with i dont like. theyre all so nice and helpful! so come on in and celebrate your parties with our helium balloons and party themed items!
