I had a great experience going in to get a headlight changed yesterday. It was probably a few bucks more than changing it myself, but the employees were so kind, fast, and checked all my fluids and tire pressures for me at no additional charge. Friendly. Professional but relaxed. Respectful. I wish Jiffy Lube did all kinds of car repairs because I prefer their non intimidating and friendly but professional approach over other automotive places

Im pretty sure I got hustled here. When I rolled my car into the service bay, the technicians offered me a significantly lower price if I paid *cash*, but said credit card would be full price. I used an ATM on the property with no waiting and returned quickly, in about a minute. As soon as I got back and paid them, they said the oil change was complete, all in about 5 minutes or less from the time I first rolled my car into the bay. That seemed like an unusually short amount of time to me, typically an oil change takes at least 15 minutes and normally I see the techs doing the work, typically they will at least show you the dipstick so you can be assured of the level and condition of the new oil, but that didnt happen here. They didnt offer me an invoice or verify contact info like every other oil change place normally does. When I asked for an invoice, they seemed hesitant, but eventually gave me the wrong invoice for a different customer and different vehicle. I brought it back and asked for the correct invoice, and after stalling for a bit they eventually said the printer was put of paper and asked why I needed one (you need one for liability in case something they do causes problems later, most businesses make it their policy to always provide one for this reason). They took my name, phone number, and email address and assured me one would be emailed to me, but it never was (I checked my spam folder). The whole thing seemed shady and left me suspecting that they took my money without actually performing any service. Not feeling entirely certain that my car had actually received the oil change I paid for, I ended up taking my car to a competitor down the road where I got much more professional service, I saw them perform the work, and I got an invoice proving it.I called Jiffy Lube customer service the same day and asked if its normal to give lower prices for cash or to not to give an invoice, they werent able to answer that question but opened a case on the issue and said it would be passed on to the franchisee/manager of that location. Over two weeks later, I still havent heard anything and probably never will.This place seems sketchy, and this company gives unreliable customer service when you have an issue. Avoid like the plague, there are much better options down the road.

I have always gone to Valvoline, this was my first experience and it was just okay. A little less clean, a little less professional, and sadly not any cheaper, but I cant fault the quality of service. Excellent location too.

Seems fine. Almost no wait to get our car in the garage. And 15mins to get it changed. Chairs in the waiting area could be more comfortable. Lots of natural light, but they still had unnecessary interior lights on which seems like a waste of energy.

It’s great having friendly inexpensive car service so close to home. Quick oil change. Clean and quiet waiting area. Exactly what you want.

Went in for my 03 silverado quick oil change. Unfortunately my garage does not fit bigger vehicles and with the rain here hadnt had the chance to do it my self. Exactly what i expected. Stopped in got me in right away. And out in minimal time.

Called ahead of time, then waited two hours in line just for them to tell me they didnt have the part I called ahead and asked about. Thanks for wasting my time.

The individuals that work at this location do not wear masks. They say they are social distancing but then asked me to roll down my window so they could talk to me. I felt uncomfortable with this and decided not to get my oil changed there. I’m sure they do a good job but if you feel more comfortable around people in masks maybe go elsewhere.

Great service! Got coffee in lobby/waiting area. They even vacuum car for you. No appointment needed.

Best service Ive had at a jiffylube. I pulled in before a long road trip for an oil change. I couldnt remember when did I change the oil last time. They followed all covid protocols and checked the oil. The service staff was kind and did not charge me for an oil change that I didnt require. :)

I always go to Jiffy Lube when I need an oil change & I travel for work, so I appreciate this company a lot. But this is my second time taking my car to this specific Jiffy Lube location & I have absolutely zero complaints! They are super quick, helpful & very friendly. Every Jiffy Lube in Madison is awesome. The staff at each location is beyond friendly and super welcoming. I came to the Fish Hatchery location today for my first time, and the gentleman was so enthused to help me. It seemed like the staff really enjoyed being at work.

They got to it very quickly, offered several options for coupons/savings, cleaned all of our windows, and were very professional throughout.

The service was fast and they helped me with a tire rotation even though I came in close to closing time.

This Jiffy lube went above and beyond to help me last week. I was stuck at a business close by where things are operating differently due to covid. An employee drove to me to help me out,no questions asked....just where are you. They were a ray of light on a really, really tough day.They also had no idea I was a regular Jiffy lube customer, they never asked, they just came to help someone in need. We need more of this in this world right now.

I would not advise going to this location during a pandemic. I had a guy, without the required face covering, standing immediately outside my window yelling the various service options.

Service is good, as long as the people are there. On two occasions during business hours, I couldnt get my oil change done. The first time, 1of their 2 workers went home ill. The second time I dont remember why they couldnt take my car. They did provide a discount when I came back in after those occasions.

I thought the price was really high. Over $50 for a conventional oil change... The staff also didnt brief me on the condition of my car afterwards. The car was done really quick.

This Jiffy Lube makes you want to always come back. The prices are reasonable and the empolyees are fair. I never feel like Im getting jipped. Keep up the good work

Reasonably prompt and friendly service when I drove down for an oil change. Apparently my starter stopped working within 10 minutes of the oil change, but had worked perfectly fine prior to this. Not very happy, however two friendly technicans helped get my vehicle started in the Quick Trip parking lot next door.

I went in for an oil change earlier and they said they filled my tires back up to 35 psi for me, but when I got home my friend pointed out how low my tire looked. I checked the pressure and it was all the way down to 20. Seems like they literally let the air out because it was fine before I went.

The service was perfectly fine and the mechanics were friendly and helpful. Be sure to use the coupons they offer online, as it makes the price of the standard oil change much cheaper than the usual car dealership.Changing your own oil will always be the most cost-effective method, but for folks without the time or know-how, this is a good option.

They were very helpful, caught a number of problems, handled the oil change incredibly quickly, washed my windows, and even gave me a senior discount that would never occurred to me to ask for. Im very pleased with their work!

One of the few good experiences Ive had dealing with an oil change place. Service was prompt, Mike was extremely friendly, and for the first time ever, someone didnt try to upsell me on some garbage I didnt actually need! I will absolutely be coming back here for all of my oil changes in the future. Great coupons as well.

I came by to get my oil filter checked out. The service member opened my hood and didnt check anything at all. Then he came out and told me there were no leaks and that he didnt have the right kind of fluids for my car. I basically got the impression he was refusing to help me and making up excuses. I had a bad experience here all I want to do is fix my car. Immature unprofessional employee.

So they printed my the receipt. I see it has service checklist. There were 18 services on the list and 5 of them I’m 100% sure they were not performed on my car. How do I trust that the oil change was done if some one the services are not done? I don’t trust this place
