They are always gentle (which is very important because I have type 1 diabetes), its very clean. They have a large selection of both spa Mani/Pedi spas to pick from. They also have a ton of colors. They do waxing as well, and you always get your own room even if its just eyebrows. They are awesome! This is my go to spa!! (The picture is just gel nail paint, I dont do acrylics, but I know they have a lot of them too!)

It was really quiet nail tech don’t really talk much but I was really comfortable and love the vibe credit card machine was not working had to leave my ID to go to ATM because they did not have any other way to take my payment also I love my tech he was perfect for my pedi I just didnt like I didn’t have a square toe nail but I will let it grow out for next time but my ladie tech was ready good with my nails

Finally, I found a great nail salon in Madison! I have real nails and am very picky with who and how my nails are done.. Nina does a wonderful job! Staff is pleasant and well organized. Great service at a great price.

Im so glad I found this place! The ladies were so nice! My 4 year old daughter has had her nails and toes painted, but this was her first experience in a chair! She was a little nervous and scared, but the ladies couldnt have been nicer! They were so patient and tried very hard to make her comfortable. I appreciate their effort and the wonder job they did on our nails!

I’ve been to this nail shop before for a pedicure, the gentleman that did my pedicure did a good job and I was willing to go back despite them being a little overpriced.I’ve never been there for a manicure, a week ago I went in for a manicure for the first time, when I walked there was two young ladies behind the counter , all they said was “sign in”, I signed in, of them told me where to sit I explained to her what I wanted which was a fill. She barely made any conversation the whole time she was servicing me. They charged me $45 for a fill with a color changed, I’ve never paid that much for that service, and it was very rushed. Immediately I was done I knew I wouldn’t be coming back here, well 4 days later I had to go back because I had 3 chipped nails and 1 broken nail, this has never happened to me before , I don’t know if the products they use is cheap or the girl just didn’t do a good job, even the girl that fixed my nail couldn’t believe how bad my nails looked in such a short amount of time , I didn’t care for the chipped nails because I have to get my nails done again in 2.5 weeks for an event, I just needed the broken nail fixed, I thought it would be a courtesy fix because it has only been 4 days but they charged me $7 for it and since I was already paying I decided to go ahead and get the chipped ones fixed I ended up paying $15. So in 4 days I had spent $60 this nail shop for a fill and a color change, something I’m sure wouldn’t have happened is I had went to a different nailShop. Impulsedefinitely NOTrecommend, they’re overpriced and they rush you.4 days later.In reference to my previous review, here is my nail 4 days later.I’m sitting at home with 2 chipped nails.I don’t even know how to feel about this anymore.Anyway save yourself some time and money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.If I cold give this place a 0 star, I would.

Friendly, courteous, and precise. My nail tech James was fabulous! Kind of quiet but he is a perfectionist. My toes and nails look splendid! Establishment was clean and extra safety measures taken for COVID-19.

Today I had the worse pedicure ever, the guy doing the pedicure was rushing. Did not scrub, instead applied moiturizer. Very disappointing, I have been a client there for a while and today the pedicure experience was the worse. I arrived and got seated between 2 ladies that started their pedicure before mine. The young guy got done in about 10 mins, $30. Had to wait for the manicure, the manicure got started and the other 2 ladies with the pedicure still were treated to their pedicure. Do not recommend the young guy for a pedicure ever. I have to be fair the other guy that did the manicure did an awesome job, just to find out that the manicure prices increased from $35 to $40 in the past 2 weeks. Today is the last day this place has me as a client.

My dip manicure was beautiful. My pedicure left my feet and heels were just as dry and calloused as when I arrived. I had never had a pedicure there and was very unimpressed. I will admit my gel toenails do look nice.

I have been going to Beyond Nail Spa for about a year now and always have a good experience! I have had many different technicians there and they are all great, but I had my nails done by Kym the other day and she is by far the best! Extremely happy with my dip nails :)

Came here with my daughter. It felt like they are trying to let us go fast. This is my first time here and I picked the $35 package. We were done in 15 minutes compared to other places where you get around 30 minutes. The staff were nice but I am not planning to come back.

I visited yesterday for the first time. Although others came in after me and were serviced immediately, I had about a 15 minute wait. The nail tech started on my gel full set and I asked her how long do my nails have to be to do the dipped nails? She replied 40$.. so I re asked Do my natural nails have to be long to get the dipped nails she once again said 40$. Later, I was trying to make conversation and asked her if they were usually busy. All she did was laugh, So by this time I realized she couldnt understand anything I was saying. She was very rough on my nails. My cuticles are still bright red and I have a cut on my right pinky finger. After my nails were done, I went to the front desk and told them I want my eyebrows waxed. They same nail Tech that did my nails also is the one that did my eyebrows. When she 1st put the wax on it was so hot I had to move my face away. Even after she was done I still had to go home and pluck my eyebrows a bit. I will not return.

My mom and I drove over an hour to get our nails done and we were both very impressed! It was very busy but we were offered bottled water and the male employee continued to make us feel welcome and keep us posted on when it would be our turn. They have a 100 health score and are friendly and efficient!! I got the dip nails (no acrylic).

1st and last time here. We made appointments for 3 of us for a birthday celebration. We were 10 mins early and rushed through. We paid for “deluxe” with spa towels and had them on for less than 3 minutes. The cream wasn’t even melted off my legs. We were done in 22 minutes. I will NEVER come back to this place.

I had an appointment made for right when the Salon opened for acrylics and it took about 45 minutes for them to get to me. The nails were alright but started to lift off my nail in about a week. I would go back to try something different just probably not for acrylics.

I went here because of all the amazing reviews but it was not a great experience. I showed her exactly what I wanted and she did ok. She hurried through the process and put white instead of the color I wanted, so she had to fix that. My polish didnt dry properly so there are dips, my thumbnail is crooked and she didnt bring over the acrylic nail over all the way but not too noticeable. My nails looked like it had chiclets placed on them. Honestly even though i had an appointment, felt like I was somehow a bother. I personally wont be coming back to get my nails done.

I am giving this review for a couple reasons, but mainly to save you some time and pick another place. First, just like everyone else, I didn’t get my nails done for months due to Covid. I was so excited to finally get to go and treat myself! However, that was quickly ruined thanks to the staff. They acted like they didn’t want to be there. They charge you the same price for not even half the service or experience. Second, I haven’t even had these nails for a week and the side are coming up! I can’t even wash my hair without catching it on the ends. I get it, it’s very scary times. However, you are a place of service, don’t forget that! If you don’t want to be open... well then don’t be open.

I want to say that I have been going to this nail shop for at least the past year and half. Everyone is super friendly. They do an excellent, consistent job on my nails. I usually get a pedicure and a manicure (I do not get artificial nails). I have been getting my nails done since I was very young and they truly do an excellent job. They also have a military discount if you are looking for one.

I love this salon! They are friendly and do great work! Seeing that the staff are taking all the COVID precautions made me feel at ease.

When you leave beyond nails with an uneven nail and a finger they filed so hard that it started to bleed 😲

They take appointments but never hold to them so dont even bother. Ive been here several times and they dont really seem to care to attempt to know you or recognize you when you come on a regular basis. Came here with a friend cause its close to her house, both of us had appointments and I have been waiting over 30 mins cause what I wanted only 2 people can do. Didnt ask if I wanted something else or if I wanted to wait they just assumed. Shes basically done and its not worth making her wait cause then we would be here for almost 2 hours. Go when you have time to kill.

As far as getting just plain ole acrylics this place does a really good job. But if you are wanting something a little more advanced that requires a design on the nail do not go here. All I wanted was a couple dots and they couldnt even do that correctly. But again great place to go for simple one color nails.

Beyond Nails is such a great nail salon to go to for several reasons. First, the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. I typically go during the day when it is not crowded. I usually do not have to wait very long. I went on a Friday afternoon when a wedding party was present. I had to wait for an hour. The wait was not an issue at all, because I was able to read or surf the web. Even with the wedding party, it was still a relaxing and calm environment. Secondly, the salon is very clean and spacious. Thirdly, the customer service is great. Kim and the other staff members are very friendly and chatty. Finally, they do such a great job on my nails. I am always presently surprised. I have had my nails done by Li, Kim, and Mia. I will return to this nail spa for future nail appointments and will recommend it to friends, family members, and co-workers.

Very clean facility. Ive gone in on different days and times, and they usually are pretty busy. They do nice work. The main reason I gave 3 stars is because everytime I go in for a basic manicure, I get asked if I want gel or acrylic nails done. As soon as I tell them No thank you, just a basic manicure I have to spend the rest of the time listening to the nail tech asking why I dont want gel or acrylic. I just want to go relax while getting my nails done, not be hounded to spend more money on a service I dont want.

This place makes your nails look pretty but Ive never had to go to a place as often as i have here on just nail repair. Ive had to get at least 3 nails repaired for one acrylic full set. I figured I got them too long. Now I have a second shorter set and one has already cracked. its only been a week. Not sure I can keep paying money or sit so many times for these recurring problems.

Beware! I like going here to get my nails done BUT be careful to check expiration dates on gift certificates your money pays upfront for. My children bought a gift certificate for me for Mothers Day 2018. I went in for SNS nails a few days ago, tried to use the certificate (prepaid, given as a gift), Beyond Nails would not honor it because it expired 12 days prior to my appointment. As a result, $22 was lost on a prepaid gift certificate (money paid upfront). Expiration dates should not be placed on certificates you pay for, this doesnt make sense. Thats why I gave 3 stars, bad policy.

Long wait, and once we were seated for our pedicures, it took them another 10 minutes just to turn on the water to soak our feet. The lady doing my friends pedicure couldnt understand us, or chose to ignore us, but the guy doing mine was friendlier. Clean facility, and our nails turned out well, but customer service could be better. Probably wont be back.

The service was good. But there is a sign on the door which states 10% off for Military , but when you go to ost and show your Military ID, they show you a sin inside which states Active duty only. The sign should be taken off the door, or specify Active Duty only.

Great salon. I walked in on Saturday morning and they took me right away. I got a gel french manicure and with every step the tech checked to make sure everything looked ok to me. Salon was very clean and they have individual tools that are sterilized and in closed packages for each person. To get an idea on pricing a french gel manicure was $35. Highly recommend.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. It is clean and the employees make you feel welcome. And....they speak English which is great because it makes your visit mote enjoyable.

The workers where nice but the rest of my experience was bad. They made me put my hands in “warm” water for no reason and the water was actually cold. The employees could hardly understand English.

They did not clean under our nails, rushed us to pick colors, shortest, fastest hand massage ever, never offered any nail design, uneven, lumpy nails, and to top it all off, my daughter asked for a full set of acrylics and they chopped off her beautiful, long nails and added no tips, just the powder and charged me for a full set of acrylics. The lady in charge said it was a misunderstanding and offered a $20 Gift Card, but it doesnt help the bad experience we had. We will not be back and just offer the gift certificate to someone else.

This is certainly one of the best nail spas in the Huntsville/Madison area. Although the wait time can be a bit long on weekends, the staff are very welcoming and friendly and I never feel rushed. They did a great job! I got the powder dip gel nails. I wish they would put cuticle oil on the sides of your nails instead of just the bottom but the nail tech did so when I asked.

Absolutely amazing service! I came in for acrylics after having a “meh” experience at Kim’s down the road. I showed them a picture on Instagram of what I wanted and they went above and beyond! I know it’s more difficult working with short natural nails, but I was very pleased with the effort they put in to make sure they were near perfect. They also included a hand massage! I was kind of shocked bc at the other place I went they didn’t file and refile to ensure the shape was what I wanted and that the nails looked clean. My fiancé was with me and he received a pedicure, and his opinion is the same. Best place I’ve been to so far. I paid more than I had before but it was honestly worth every penny. Would recommend 10/10

I first visited Beyond Nail Spa over a year ago to fix a bad acrylic set I had done at another salon. I havent gone anywhere since. The staff is always friendly and kind, and they take their time to make sure they do a good job. I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered.

They staff were very nice! However, I received French pedicure and the polish did not last but two days which was a disappointment. I went back so they could fix it, and they fixed it by just pactching it up instead of actually removing the polish and starting over! As result of that the polish just chipped off again the very next day!!! Im use to my polish lasting at least two or three weeks!!

This place is really modern, they have free water and a friendly check in person. Ive had a hard time finding a nail tech since moving to Huntsville. I tried this place out a total of 3 times. The first time was good, but the second and third time my nail polish started chipping after 2 days. The nails were thin also. I wont let them fool me a 4th time. I took my business elsewhere and I am very happy with my current nail tech.
