I got my first set of acrylic nails here for my birthday. They are very kind, friendly, professional and talented! Cindy did my set and they turned out amazing! Very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. They text you an appointment confirmation the day before and ask that you call or text before coming in so they are ready for you.

This is a great place to visit during covid. They take the cleanliness serious! They scored 100 on the health review and are serious about protecting everyone. I got my nails done by Ruby and she is was the best! Good conversation and did a great job. Everyone is so sweet, worth the visit!

This is the best salon I’ve ever found for eye brow waxing! I recently tried duo nails and really liked them! Ryan does my nails and ruby does my waxing! 10/10 would recommend! Oh, and they have a punch card reward system!

The first thing you notice when you walk through the door is the incredible customer service. There is always someone to greet you with a smile and the staff is very friendly. I had a pedicure done and loved sitting in the relaxing chairs and having a drink while the pains in my feet were massaged away. I told the staff that I had foot problems so they made sure to be gentle while they worked on my feet. The salon is spotless and the furniture is all new and up to date. They even have some options on their service menu that you dont find at other salons. I highly recommend this store for anyone wanting an amazing experience that you wont find at any other salon!

Im extremely impressed with the sanitary measures they provide to keep me safe, but also the professionalism in all of their services. They are booking by appointment only to ensure there is more than sufficient distancing space. They check your temperature before any services are rendered, and your designated space is sanitized while they have you thoroughly wash your hands. Ruby is amazing! I almost fall asleep during the foot and leg massage, witch is included in most pedicure options. Im super ticklish on my feet, but she seems to know how to relax them enough that I thoroughly enjoy the massage! She also does an amazing job on my nails!

They do a good job and Im always a great tipper. But, today was my last time in that place. A lady that works there was so rude and had the worse attitude. Who wants to get their nails done somewhere with a stuck up acting lady having an attitude? No thank you. Just go to blue nails down the road, they are actually respectful! 😒

This is the best nail salon in Madison. Very clean and sanitary...they use the disposable plastic liners for pedicures. I can say that everyone here does an excellent job. You don’t even have to worry about who is going to do your nails. They are very detailed and don’t rush to get you out. My nails are perfect EVERY time. They have the most extensive color selection as well. Everyone here is very kind and easy to communicate with about the service you want. I truly appreciate the exceptional service you all provide. Ive been to many nail shops in my life time and this place is seriously the best! Ive been to Nikki, Vin and Ruby. This place is very Covid friendly. They take your temperature and have you wash your hands before touching the nail colors. They go above and beyond when doing pedicures. I love the sugar scrubs. This place does such an amazing job that you will have to make an appointment (they normally can get you in within a few days)but trust me its worth the wait.

Usually I am happy with the service at this salon. Yesterday I had my mom and myself scheduled for pedicure. The man doing my moms feet did a great job. We were both having a gel pedicure. I was up sold to do gel based on some story about no longer having fan machine to dry toes. What was odd is that polish was put on 1st before treatment of soak and file of callus areas. When asked it was well that’s how it’s done. When right next to me it wasn’t done that way. Also in the 10 times my moms feet have been done with gel polish was not put on 1st. Usually a tech will work on heels and any callus areas. No not this guy. When I made a comment about my heels needed some more work his response was at night just put socks and Vaseline. Wow really. If everyone did do that every night you would be out of business. I have been getting pedicures for over 30 years and this guy just didn’t do his job. He spent more time rubbing your leg and side of your feet than actually working on your feet. He didn’t even try to put your sandal on your feet when it was time to leave. Do better!

SO did such a great job!! Best pedicure and foot massage I have ever had ! It was very clean there and very professional and they got me in quickly . Definitely will be coming back here for all my pedicures.

03/10/21 UPDATE: Went back the next day, and Ruby and Nikki did a fantastic job redoing my nails and feet. I am definitely returning to see Ruby. Shes great with designs!! Thank you ladies so much. You were very courteous and accommodating. Ill never forget it. 👍😃OMG, had my nails done (1st time here) and a nail tech named Tyler did them. I showed him a picture of what I want when I first arrived. He said OK as though he can do. Well, at the end when it was time for the design, he couldnt do it!!! He said that it was a special design and that it was drawn, whatever that means. So I asked him if he can do a heart. He laughed and said, they have stickers. 🤨 no comment! Then he asked if I one of my toenails polished (which I did because I wanted to change the color). Im thinking it was too late because they were about to close. I said that to him and he said its only gonna take about 10 minutes. I was very hesitant about it, but I went against my instincts and did it. Now I specifically said, which polish will dry faster, regular or gel? He said gel. So I just got black. When I left, it was about 10 to 7. By the time I got home, it was about 8:30. Took my shoes off and my toenail polish was a disaster. I am mediately call the salon, even though I knew they were close, and left a detailed message about what happened to my toenail polish. I expect a redo, by someone else of course, or a refund. This will be my first and last time at this place!!! Waste of time and money!! 👎

Got pedicure it was ok, the guy didnt clip my cuticle which is important to me. Also got manicure and dip polish. My nails are square shape and she shaped them oval....ugh! Didnt realize until afterwards. Prices are on the high side. Also got eyebrows and chin waxed. I paid $106.00 in all.

I had another great visit. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler. Hes new to the shop. But just like his coworkers. He did a phenomenal job.

Highly impressed with quality of service. With our being in a pandemic (April 2021), they all wear masks and request on their door that you call or text first so they can seat you when they are ready for you. On their door, along with usual COVID-19 prevention was their number. As a walk-in, I started to call their number, and was pleased they could see me right then. Upon entering the salon, they took my temperature with a touchless temp checker and seated me. I had the works, and ohh, heavenly. LOVED the leg mask and hot towels best of all. Changing my mind about my color as he started to paint my nails, Jin was pleasant and patient with me, pulling out 4 different colors until we settled on the one I wanted. All were so nice and attentive. Will absolutely be going back.

Aquatic Nails provides exceptional service! I was nervous about getting pedicures and manicures during Covid as I wasn’t sure if any place would follow CDC guidelines or even take the virus seriously. Aquatic Nails EXCEEDED my expectations!!!!!! They are extremely clean, temperature checks, hand washing, plexiglass, appropriate spacing between individuals during services, cleaning every single chair and work station after each and every individual leaves and appointments are required. I LOVE IT!!!! I feel comfortable and can relax safely and the icing on the cake is that they all do a wonderful job!!!! You will NEVER hear me say a bad thing about this place!!!

Best foot massage ever!! And I got my 8 year old son his pedi, he loved it and they treated him so well. Two other men were in here getting pedis as well.

They have a 100 health rating so everything is so clean and nice! I had a pedicure Thursday evening and had my eyebrows waxed and I am thrilled with the results! Then I went back today, Friday October the 9th and got a manicure with gel polish and I am loving it! Thanks Aquatic Nail Spa for a wonderful experience again!

I appreciate that they take your temperature, everyone wears masks, they have plexiglass, seat customers every other station, & wipe down every surface after each customer. Add all that on top of great service & you’ll enjoy your experience!

While the salon is very clean and the staff is nice enough, the service itself was horrible. I was the only person getting nails done yet she rushed so fast that she forgot to shape my nails and cut my pinky with the buffer. She put so much gel polish on my nails that it pooled and sank into my cuticles. My nails are horribly misshaped and look awful. Just avoid this place and go someone else.

If you’re in the area and need a place to get pampered, go to Aquatic Nails and ask for Ruby! She ALWAYS does a fantastic job and makes sure I leave looking great and feeling satisfied! I live in Athens and pass by many salons to get to Aquatic, it is well worth the trip!I love both Cindy and Ann as they both do a fantastic job! Today was the 1st time I used Aquatic Nail Spa. I was so........Impressed, that I had to take the time to share my experience. The atmosphere was relaxing, and enjoyable. The Salon was very clean, and they followed the COVID protocol.It was truly one of the Best, if not the Best..Mani/Pedis I have ever had!!!!!The foot and leg massage was out of this world. When i went in, my feet and calve muscles were tight, and a little achy but, By the time Vin...... was finished, I was so impressed how much better they felt. I left with HAPPY FEET!!! and a great looking French Mani/Pedi. I will definitely be coming back to see VIN. I also had the brief pleasure of meeting Ruby, and she was Wonderful!!!!! Great Salon!!!
