Decided to go with Milan during a discount promotion. Consultation and first session went better than expected! The staff are extremely competent and are very considerate of clients’ comfort levels. They are always available to answer questions or address concerns during business hours. Milan is most definitely worth the investment if you are debating about getting laser hair removal :)

Going to Milan laser hair removal is always a pleasure! Everyone is so nice from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. They are professional and friendly. Treatments are really good too, I saw a huge difference since the first appointment. 100% recommended.

So I waited until after my second appointment to write a review. The consultation was great- I got a tour of the facility and then we sat down and talked about everything. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything extra or get any extra areas done. All questions were answered. My first appointment I was so nervous- I wasn’t sure how painful it would be. The nurse was super sweet and talked me through the entire process. She made sure it wasn’t too much for me. She kept conversation the entire time which relaxed me and made the time go by faster. My second appointment was just as great as the first. The nurse was super nice, made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and held a conversation which helps.Now for the million dollar question- how bad does it hurt? If you can wax then you definitely can do this. The pain literally last for 2 seconds until they zap the next spot. After waxing I’ve still felt sore after leaving- there is absolutely no discomfort in this!Payment plans are great and affordable. I’ve been in both treatment rooms and everything is always clean.

I have had a few treatments now for my legs and underarms, I have had an amazing experience EVERY SINGLE TIME! They are so friendly, I was nervous when I got my first treatment but now I can go in more confident knowing that they will treat me as they would like to be treated. They are super flexible too! I had to call to let them know that I would be late, and as expected they where flexible and worked with me to give me some peace of mind. Aside from that I started seeing results after the first treatment which I felt amazing about! I have definitely recommend this location to many people, because I’m confident that they will be as amazed as I am!

The staff at Milan has been terrific and I have been 100% happy with my results so far. With the COVID thing, they were closed for awhile but are back open and accepting appointments. They are being very professional with this issue and I feel very comfortable coming in for my sessions. I have had very good results in just a handful of treatments since the beginning of the year. A decade ago, I had sought laser hair removal at an independent practitioner and did not see very good results as they were using IPL. Milan, however, is the real deal with true laser treatment and the results are immensely tangible. Treatment is fast, relatively painless (a few areas of minor exception, but not too bad), and I havent had any issues post-treatment.I started treatment at the beginning of 2020 and was worried about how Covid would affect treatments once lockdowns started in March. Upon re-opening in June, they have been doing a good job of managing procedures for safety and extra-cleanliness (they have always been very clean and sanitary, and this is an extra-mile on top!).I encourage anyone who has been on the fence to make the commitment.

I was a little hesitant about this at first, but the treatments are really not bad at all and Im loving the results. Ive had three treatments and its just great to not have to shave (I.hate.shaving). I really like the guarantee, so for me its worth the price. Clean, well kept office. Super nice and professional staff. Really easy to ask questions and reschedule, etc.

Works like a charm! Your skin cant be tan so wait until the winter to do.. hurts like a rubber band snap. Pricing is a lot and scheduling can be tight since its so busy in the winter (which is why I put 4 stars) but its also covered for life, not just a set amount of sessions. Since the hair removal specialists are all nurses, you can feel at ease knowing youre in good hands!
