If I could go back and never have heard or met Dee and Cirius Hair and Laser I would. The amount of damage and pain that I went through wasnt worth any of the money Ive spent. I did an exceptional amount of research on Electrolysis before visiting here and saw there were some decent reviews.I expected compassion and experience, what I was shown was coldness and an intent to harm. I was advised not to take any pain medicine to reduce the torment I felt I was put through. When I used a lidocaine cream for the first fifteen minutes everything was fine and then she upped the voltage to make sure I was feeling it and was uncomfortable.I have spoken with other Electrolysis experts and the damage Ive received shows a lack of caring or knowledge of her job. Go anywhere else. Ive uploaded several pictures to show the abuse I went through. The most damaged side was after 2 days of healing. the other side is after a week.If I could give Cirius and Dee a zero star I would. Please find any other person. This is a horrible and dark place that shouldnt be in business anymore.

I went Friday for electrolysis. I had a little swelling which is to be expected, but not even 48 hrs later you cant even tell I had it done. So far, Im very satisfied and excited about getting this hair gone! She explained everything very well. I was also paying by the min, in which most people would take their time and take advantage of it, she didnt! She moved fast to get as much done in that time as possible.

Dee might be good at tattoo removal, but if youre wanting quality electrolysis hair removal, please consider going literally anywhere else.You will either go for years with no results, or have your skin very visibly damaged. There is no in-between.

I’ve been to this place three times, I’ve had a total of three treatments done on my initial behind my ear. It’s been 4 months and it looks the same. It has not faded at all. I’ve also had two treatments done on my heart on my wrist the first one she went over and over it. It actually ended up blistering up. She claims she does all the military in town. What does that matter to me? I’m here trying to get my tattoos removed. I’ve uploaded photos again so you can see.

I went in today to have a finger tattoo removed. The experience went very smooth. I was explained everything thoroughly! I can’t wait for my second session in a month!!

I am in the process of laser tattoo removal from my finger, I am pleased so far with my experience. The entire clinic is so clean and sanitary, the people who work there are professional and the owner, who is doing my procedure sits down and spends her tome explaining every step in detail, she is thourough and truly cares about her work. I feel like this is the best place I could have chosen to do my procedure. By the way I have followed her very detailed healing instructions and I have had nothing but positive healing results from this as well. 5plus stars from me .

Dee Smith does an amazing job me and my husband came to her after we werent seeing results from another place and she was just amazing we had a late evening appointment and she took the time to explain the process and I was allowed to be in the room to see the process and she took her time to make sure she didnt miss a spot she is just the sweetest lady I would recommend her to any and everyone dont waste ur time at these other places

Ive been trying to make an appointment for almost 2 weeks now but their phone does not work. It rings for a while and then hangs up. Does anyone know how to make an appointment with them?
