I visited Capilia for a consultation and was extremely disappointed. I have beginning hair thinning and was looking to try on and learn more about hair toppers. I hardly got a word in! I had to listen to all the great stuff about their products that were really expensive, that I needed to buy and try for at least 6 months. There was no proof these products worked. I even tried to say I wasnt interested in taking anything or trying any products and the salesman said he already knew what I needed. He did not seem interested in what I wanted, but interested instead in what he thought I needed. Maybe their other sales reps have more tact and listening skills, but I had a terrible experience and will never return.

It was very hard on me having my hair shaved!!! I havent done much with wiglet and probably wont!!!! Loved Kims personality, caring and time!!❤ She is GREAT!!!❤ Not sure if I will stick with a hat or try again at a later date!!! Very expensive wig---but thanks for trying Kim!!!❤
