Thorough cleaning (of both teeth and the office space!), hospitable staff, and comfortable chairs complete with a pillow. Was a patient here 5 yrs ago and recently moved back to the area. I made sure to come back to this office because it’s awesome!

Complete Dental has such great customerservice. From the time you walk in you are immediately greeted by the front desk. They are quick to take you back for your appointment. The dental assistants take their time and ensure all your dental needs are thoroughly discussed and your teeth are perfectly clean. The dentists answer all your questions. And of course at check out they are always smiling and ensure your appointment went well!

Paid an additional bill after my insurance had been ran? Then placed on hold.No thanks. Im sure youre practice has done well by others though.

I went in for a crown, and all my mental anxiety was immediately vanquished by the professional yet calming demeanor of the optometrist and dental assistants at Complete Dental. Everyone was very polite and friendly,I got there extremely early and they took me back anyways and got my appointment started. At the end of the appointment they discuss my arrangements and what I needed and gave me some very good information I will definitely be going back to them!

I went in this morning with pain and sensitivity in my back right molar. Dr Chambliss was awesome. He explained my options and I decided to have it pulled. He was gentle and showed concern for my comfort level. When he deaden the area I barely felt it and other then some pressure it was out in no time with no pain. I will recommend him and the staff who were also very helpful and considerate to anyone.

Appointment was fast and easy. I went in because I had a tooth hurting. Im not the greatest at going to the dentist because of childhood fears lol. They did a complete exam and set up a treatment plan to get me back on track. Dr Mimms was great, he ended up extracting 3 teeth and it was fast and easy with no pain. Even though I thought I was going to have an anxiety attack when he started I quickly realized I didnt have anything to fear. All staff was great and I highly recommend them if you dont like going to the dentist either because they will change your mind. Big thanks to Complete Dental.

I have been a patient for 12/13 years and this visit was very unpleasant. Call the office before my appointment to make sure they had my correct insurance information and yet when I arrived it had not been updated. I have three insurance and was told I needed to pay $2700 out of pocket for treatment. I am currently looking for a different practice to provide dental services.

Katelyn was very nice and conversational which kept my mind off the pain I was in, and the doctor was very informative as well as made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. They also provided me with useful info to get my prescriptions at a low cost due to lack of dental insurance. Overall very satisfied with my experience, highly recommend!

Dr Jake Mimms is awesome, he is the only reason why I still come back. Besides his assistant I would have gave 5 stars but if you had to sit in a chair and have a temporary crown put on wrong for over an hour, you’d be mad too.

I called in the morning to make an appointment and was seen the same evening. I love that this office is open late so I didnt have to leave work early. My hygienist and the dentist were both very friendly and professional. Good experience!

The best dental place ever! The doctors to the dental assistants to the people at the front desk are always professional and treat you like they actually wanna see you and help you genuinely. I always dislike going to doctors appointments for the simple reason that the receptionist and people working there don’t seem like they wanna be there... at complete dental, I experience a different and more pleasurable environment at all times. The office is extremely clean and the doctors are magnificent. I have had a lot of dental work done here and I more than recommend it to everyone.

I had not been to the dentist in several years. As a result I had anxiety about what my visit would entail. The team at Complete Dental immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. The office and rooms are extremely clean and well maintained, and the TVs in the operatories make cleanings an enjoyable experience. They won’t scold you for your dental habits or try and sell you on procedures. They are just happy you are maintaining your health. I can’t recommend this place enough.
