I have been a patient of Madison Smile Solutions for over 10 years and I won’t go anywhere else! I moved 30 minutes away over 8 years ago and keep coming back because Dr Kaveh and the staff are amazing. On this trip, my daughter and I were scheduled for cleanings and I had some minor fillings scheduled. Turns out my daughter had broken a filling and they were able to rearrange schedules and fix her tooth right after they did my fillings. I did not have to pull her out of school or miss any work to bring her to a second appointment! Thank you to the entire staff for making our semi-annual visit a great one!

I’ve been scouting out a new dentist since moving to the area and have finally found one that I will be sticking with! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt a very homey vibe. I knew I would be taken care of. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable and showed that they truly cared! So I normally don’t leave reviews, ever! But if you’re afraid of the dentist I SERIOUSLY recommend this place. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to seeing any sort of health service, even when the pain is really awful. Well, for the last 3 days I was in such excruciating pain, and I decided I couldn’t wait until my scheduled appointment, so I sent over Madison Smile Solutions an email explaining my pain and they IMMEDIATELY saw me the next day to check out the issue! Turns out, I had an infected wisdom tooth!They provided such expert and loving care, I didn’t feel like I was at the dentist! It felt like I was being cared by a team of warm and welcoming professionals that were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had along the way while still providing a comforting and home-like environment.With their help, I was able to get some much needed painkillers and antibiotics—my face was swollen like a chipmunk before them! They also got me a referral and have my wisdom teeth taken out THE NEXT DAY! (That is also thanks to the wonderful receptionists at the Center of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery)As I’m recovering, I am SO glad I chose this place to be my dentist and I suggest if you’re looking for a place for your kids, elderly family members, or even yourself—you MUST check this place out! Highly, highly recommend!

I love this team! I think Dr. Kaveh and his staff really get the patient experience and know how to make it the best. They do great work. Although I had to have a temporary crown, I had no issues during the process, and the permanent crown procedure was smooth and pain-free.

I could not have been more delighted with the quality dental work Dr. Kaveh did on my lower front middle teeth. He cared about my concerns, took his time and the outcome was amazing. He was able to successfully address a height difference with neighboring teeth. The material used blended perfectly and looks completely natural. Madison Smile Solutions is the best dentist office I have ever been to in my life. Dr Kavah and all of his staff are professional, kind and competent. Saying that I have high anxiety with any dental procedure would be putting it mildly! I have extreme anxiety with anything dental related since I found out years ago I had six wisdom teeth instead of the normal four! I heard about Madison Smiles Solutions from Jim at WOLX and went there because of their sedation dentistry. I ended up needing major work on my gums...a four hour appointment...but it went extremely well! The sedation really works and is worth the extra money. The entire staff is top notch including Michelle, Ashley, Alisha, Trish, and Dr. Kavah. I highly recommend Madison Smiles Solutions for the personal care this staff will give you!!

I cannot recommend this office enough. I have had some terrible experiences at the dentist and was very anxious when I began going here recently, but now I’m not nervous at ALL about future appointments. I just had two cavities filled and felt no pain at all. Everyone who works there is amazing - so kind, understanding, and easy to talk to. Dr. Kaveh is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had and doesn’t rush/actually gets to know you.

Oh my gosh where to start. The staff here genuinely cares about each person as a client, AND a human. They have spent the last few years getting to know me over 2 (sometimes 3 because I hate flossing :)) appointments a year, but they remember me and my personal life each time I come back! This year especially I’ve been blown away by the comfort I feel there. We all hate the dentist, but they make you feel at home, and during this Covid crisis, I almost feel more safe here than anywhere else! They take special care, and even change their shirt between patients! Between the air purifiers, their TWO masks, and the cleaning routines, you can rest assured that you are safer than safe here!

Yesterday was my first visit at Madison Smile Solutions and it was fantastic. Everyone was extremely friendly and informative and I suggest them for anyone looking for a new dentist.

The staff is very friendly and also very thorough. Special requests were dealt with without hesitation and professionally. I needed a filling replaced and they got it done after the cleaning. I didn’t even have to move to a new chair. No pain at all and no additional adjustments after the fact!!!

Had the best dental experience today! I never thought I would say that. Love the staff at Smile Solitions. Dr Kaveh was about as gentle as it gets when it came to my fillings. I felt extremely safe, not at risk at all. I can not recommend them enough! You don’t have to care for all your teeth...just the ones you want to keep!

I had a crown come off a tooth. I placed a call to Smile Solutions and got an appointment that day to see Dr Kaveh. I will need a new crown but thanks to him I have my old back in and on the schedule for a replacement. Fine work as usual and very helpful.

I’ve been to this dentistry twice (for bi-annual cleanings both times) in the past 18 months. The customer service is phenomenal and has surpassed my expectations. Most importantly, though, both hygienists I’ve had were substantially more ‘gentle’ and precise with the little laser/ water/cleaning tool. My experience with this at previous dentistries has left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended) because of how abrasive the tool was used. I attribute my positive experience at madison smile solutions to great leadership, excellent training, and commitment to care. Thanks!

I had the worst experience here when it came down to the financial part and them being sketchy as far as numbers. I have really good insurance, not much out of pocket for me to have to pay. They made me think otherwise, even though they took my insurance. Anyways I paid them $70-$75 my first visit because I told them to cut the amount they wanted in half which was around $170-$180. So minus the $70-$75 I paid thats around $100 I possibly owe. Now theyre saying I owe them $241 dollars, and this was for the FIRST visit, x-rays and NO DENTAL WORK DONE AT ALL. They never really gave me a break down of any thing. I felt they just threw numbers out there. Then when they asked why I wanted my dental records sent to another place, I told them how I felt like I was a being scammed and over charged. Reply back I received was records have been sent. Not a care as to why I was confused about the high bill when I didnt get any work done or cleaning. Not even a break down. I got a second opinion, my insurance coverage is great and barely will have to pay anything out of pocket. This place is a joke! Too bad I cant get my $70-$75 back from my first visit. Oh yeah and they also sent me in the mail $49 business cards to me for your first visit. Really?? Then it should have been $49 for me and no more to it. I also found out from a co worker that has the same exact plan as me didnt get charged anything for the same thing I had done(x rays). Something is not right.

I called Madison Smile Solutions when I suddenly broke a tooth. Dr. Kaveh was able to get me in right away. He and Trish were very professional but with a healthy dose of humor, kept me from freaking out. Trish was super compassionate. They checked in on me the next day. Definitely handled really well.

They know me by name ( because Im soooo good looking) and theyre always friendly. If youre scared of the dentist, this is the place for you because they make you feel very comfortable and just like family when youre there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! p.s DO NOT GO TO THE DENTIST ACROSS THE STREET, TRUST ME!

First visit was great. I felt really welcomed. 2nd visit was for teeth cleaning and sealing which turned out to be two rushed appointments but they were not nearly as bad as my previous dentist. This dentists treatments for pain are much better than my last dentists.

In the middle of this COVID -19 pandemic I felt extremely safe going to see Dr. Kaveh. All the precautions and then some were taken. I was very impressed. Thank you for being awesome!

I used to go here. At first, I thought that staff was kind and respectful. After awhile they totally dismissed my needs and double charged my appointments for simply looking at an area with their eyes. Based upon my symptoms I should have had an X-ray. I now have to have a tooth removed and they never bothered to X-ray it and symptoms have been going 6+ months since my initial visit.My overall impression of this clinic is rude, insensitive and ignorant towards my needs. Some of the staff is nice but others are very rude and ruin my experience. They have been pushy forceful and judge mental on several occasions and I will gladly visit elsewhere. If you have serious teeth problems, reconsider going here and finding a second opinion elsewhere. It might save you a bill that didn’t account for any care in the long run, not to mention a rude insensitive encounter. And there is no patient relations here so there’s really no hope of fixing these issues.

My recent visit was for a new crown. In preparation I felt no pain and was advised each step in the process. After prep, they can make the crown in the office and insert in an hour or so and it fit and looks perfect. If you need a dentist, you need to go to Madison Smile Solutions.

Dr. Kaveh and his team do high quality dental work: they focus on the comfort of their patients and maintain high standards for dental practice. Im very happy with the two implants I got there. Also, I love that they do same day crowns! There is no need to walk around with a temporary crown (and fearing that it will come loose) and waste two days for two separate appointments. Ive been going there for several years and keep referring all my friends there.

I was (an still am) very particular and the staff have taken the time to answer all my questions and work with me through each of my visits related to cleanings, a cavity filling and all of my orthodontic visits.Im also comforted that all the staff are on top of the latest technology and procedures. I feel like Im getting the best care possible and with friendly staff and my insurance handling most of the fees, I feel like Im certainly winning by going to Madison Smile Solutions!I have had such great experiences at Madison Smile Solutions. I will certainly be coming back to Madison Smile Solutions and recommending it to friends, family and co-workers.
