I cannot say enough about the customer service for TechCare. Several very important files were missing from my computer and they were all restored over the phone within a few minutes. Nate returned my frantic call with in a minute and had me back up and running within 5 mins. He is very helpful and extremely responsive. Feb 11, 2020 -- Brought in my (almost) dead Win 7 desktop. Could only barely boot into Safe Mode. This was my work computer so I was certainly panicking. In just a few hours, Nathan repaired my OS, transferred all necessary files to a new SSD I had bought, installed the new drive in my box, upgraded to Windows 10, and double-checked that all was working perfectly. Nathan and Tristan are knowledgeable, friendly. and professional. That dang box is my livelihood and TechCare saved it. Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars. Would recommend to ANYONE!!

So, I was making a custom watercooling loop on my PC, and realized that I had lost my peripheral cord in the move from Texas to Mississippi, and could not go any further without one. I had contacted the manufacturer of my PSU, but they said it would be a couple of days until I would get a response(it has been 3 days since I submitted a request). I contacted Techcare and got in touch with someone right away, who said that he thought he had the part I needed, but would need to check. Within 1 hour, he said that he had my part, and even made arrangements so that I would be able to pick it up after working hours. Very professional and helpful. Thank you so much!!

I highly recommend TechCare Computers. My PC had the dreaded blue screen of death and I had somehow encrypted my hard drive. Nathan somehow managed to pull off all my files, which saved me from having to redo hours of work. He also upgraded my computer and its like I have a new machine. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Designed a laptop with just what I wanted and it’s been great. I’ve had others in the past which had so many programs running and pop-ups that kept interrupting my work that it was hard to just get logged in and get where you wanted to be. I work from home, my laptop is my primary business tool. I received an error message that the fan needed to be replaced. Called Techcare, Nathan asked to bring it in and he would look at it. I bought my Lenovo laptop form this company back in 2013. Its been a great machine, but it had gotten painfully slow. The fellows at TechCare cleaned it up and recommended that I put a new solid state hard drive in. It is like lightening now. The price was very reasonable and the service was very fast. Just a one day turn around. If you need repairs on your computer go to TechCare, they are excellent.

The best repair place in Mississippi. I had a pretty quick request because of a move, I needed my laptop repaired on a Friday because I moved that Sunday, they fixed it that day, within 2 hours and I am completely happy. These guys are the best, 11/10 would recommend.

So I started messing in the world of building my own PC due to fact that I fell into the mainstream world of buying a macbook pro straight out of high school and I needed a more powerful computer to run some engineering applications. I decided to build the PC myself with no experience and some pretty high end parts (8700k, dual 1080s). When I wanted to upgrade I gave these guys a call at 7:00 PM on a weeknight and Nathan answered eager to help in anyway possible. I told him my goals for the PC and the upgrades I wanted and he knew more than I could have ever imagined. He fixed all of my problems due to my inexperience, and installed everything in one night. I picked the computer back up the next day and it runs beautifully. These guys know there stuff and will help you with whatever you need the minute you walk through their door. I will no longer be doing anything PC related without giving these guys a call. They may be pricey for some, but quality of work is definitely worth the dollar. They are fast, cautious, and are very capable on both the hardware and software sides of the PC world. Dont try to fix things yourself, bring it in to TechCare Computers and tell them what you want. I will be coming back for any computer needs in the future. If you dont know something about your computer, chances are Nathan does. He installed an i9-9900k, RTX 2080 ti, a M.2 SSD, 3 Samsung Sata SSD, and a Corsair i150 water cooler for me.

I have done business with these guys for years, and they have serviced my computers with different types of repairs. I have also purchased a laptop from them. They have always provided me with great customer service and they are also competitive and reasonable on their prices.

One word. WOW. Chad and Nathan went above and beyond to help me fix my MacBook Pro. I was having an issue opening Google Chrome and I tried to fix it myself but I had no luck. I decided to call TechCare Computers and ask what it could be. They described a whole list of possible problems and recommended I bring it in to have it looked at. It turns out that Google Chrome not opening was a result of a failing hard drive. As a result, I elected to have this problem fixed by TechCare Computers. Now, with a brand new hard drive and more memory storage, my computer is running faster than it was when I originally bought it from the Apple Store. They not only fixed the internal problem, they also noticed I had missing feet and missing screws on the bottom of my MacBook Pro. They informed me that they ordered me some new feet and filled the missing screw holes at no charge.I highly recommend TechCare Computers to anyone who is having computer problems, heres why:Pros: very fast service, incredible customer service, extremely knowledgable about computers and computer problems, provides explanations of what is wrong with your computer and what they did to fix it (other places Ive been to dont take the time to do this), etc. I could go on an on but these are the things that really stuck out to me.Cons: NONE
