Okay this place is amazing. We started off talking with Madison Geeks Group but they had a $50 diagnostic cost and said they would have my computer for at least today and through the weekend. My husband stumbled into here and talked with Lay (or Lei?) and he was amesome-- so chill and knowledgable and more importantly didnt charge any diagnostic fee! :) I bet it took him 15 minutes and he charged us TEN DOLLARS. He has two A+ certified technicians who work for him too. And better hours than Madison Geeks who were 11-5 (no one even at the office when I got there at 10:30, not realizing how late they open).So glad to find a trusty tech place and will definitely be going back again!!!!!!PS no one told me to write this review, we just had some seriously great service

There is no where else to go if your phone or computer is broken. These guys are great. Fast service, ALWAYS THE BEST PRICE. They fixed my laptop for less than half of what geek squad said it would cost, and saved all my data. Also had them fix a cracked phone screen and they were cheaper than the store down the street that only does phone screens. Local guys so my money stays in town and doesnt go to some big box. 5 stars only because they dont let you rate 6 stars.

Whenever I have a question or need help with any thing tech related brandon is the guy to ask. My family loves the fire stick we got from them. My phone fell off my lap when getting out of my car and smashed itself good. Went to a different place first but they were closing soon and were kinda expensive. Called Tech Plus and the guy offered to stay open a little late just to help me out, and it was cheaper than the Tech Zeros down the street.

Excellent service! My iPad airs screen was broken and they ordered a new one and fixed it. Well, now the touchscreen was not working. They ordered a new one, replaced it and even offered to factory reset my iPad as a courtesy because I was having issues with it. Will def go back to them should I have any other issues! Honest, prompt service!

Was sent here for a Uhaul rental, not by choice. Terrible experience. Store did not open on time, employee was not polite or concerned. Would not recommend for Uhaul rentals.

My iPhone 6s battery was slowing beginning to go and not staying charged as well. It finally died and wouldn’t turn back on. I took it to Tech + and they had it fixed and working within 20 minutes.

Unprofessional communication, rude demeanor. Over priced iphones, better off buying online.
