Horrible service and price is a rip off. They don’t understand you need to spend money to make money. They refuse to update wiring in my building, and can only offer speeds up to 100MBS, which is a joke in 2021.

Constantly have speed drops, unreliable service. 0/10 would not recommend.

Just about every time I stop at Barriques on West Wash, theres something wrong with the WiFi there. Tonight, after taking nearly 90 seconds to connect to the router, theres no WAN connection on the other side - no internet. This is ridiculous. Its not 2005 when WiFi was in its infancy - anyone that cant keep a corporate (retail) network up and running really doesnt get it. And NO, this is not an isolated incident. Not only does it happen to me more often than not, the staff there roll their eyes and say yeah, we know - its always down. Seriously? I dont know how Barriques puts up with this nonsense. I wont be going back until something changes here.

These guys are the best. I was in the wrong spot and was given a personal escort to the correct location. Very very friendly.

I have left 4 messages for 2 different people over 3 weeks. No call backs to set up new service. Seems there were staff issues and received a call today. I will edit after service starts.

Bad customer service, try to sell way overrated prices, think they know everything about anything. Very un-professional....
