As I was shopping around for someone to alter my wedding dress, I came upon this business. I called on a Monday, and the seamstress mentioned they had an opening for that Friday evening. Perfect! I arrived and was greeted with a smile and was shown to my little area to change so they could see what areas I was needing fixed. The entire experience was pleasant. Everyone was nice and helpful! She gave me additional suggestions to help my dress flow and I was like, yeah, lets do it. I was given a quote and I thought it would be higher than expected as I called around and others were quoting me figures beyond the hundreds to alter my dress. It looks like their turn around time is very reasonable as my dress will be done at the end of the month. Which gives me a little more time to alter things if needed. I would highly recommend this business for your alterations.

After visiting several tailoring businesses around the Jackson, MS area I came across Tailored to You in Madison. The owners and workers there were very sweet and friendly since the moment I set foot in the shop. I must brag about the professional work done on my suits that needed to be tailored and a great price for the quality of work done! This will be my go to tailor shop for as long as I am in the area. From the moment you walk you are greeted by the friendliest and professional staff, me being 56 all my pants need to be tailored the work is very clean everyone at my office and taken the pants shirts basically everything that can tailored and they are super happy with their work. Excellent quality! My wife loved her bridesmaids dresses. They were wonderful quality and picture perfect. Great service good people and reasonably priced!

Poor experience. Went in to have a pair of pants slimmed in the legs. Was told this would cost $15. When I went to pick up and pay, the new price was $25 because $15 was just to resize from the knees down. This was the first Id heard of a new price and no customer would expect to have just a portion of the pants resized. Misleading pricing. Asked around and multiple people had this complaint. The work was OKAY, not good. Have since done this with another tailor and had much better results and better prices.

Was told that the alterations would be $25 for jeans taken up and $15 for blouse taken in. Ended up being charged $68 instead of $40. Tried to explain to them that wasn’t what I was quoted when I dropped my clothes off, but didn’t do any good. Personally, I feel they are very highly priced, but they did do a good job. Just make sure you get it in writing if they quote you.

My experience at Tailored to You was by far the best! I bought my wedding gown in Baton Rouge but live here in Madison. After reading up on reviews and asking around I took my dress here. I was a little worried at first but during my first fitting it was like Angelica could read my mind! It was awesome! I would go see her every other week to make more adjustments and just picked up my gown today! I am so thrilled and cannot wait until our big day! As far as the price goes, I think it was very fair for the amount of time, effort, and detail.

They take excellent care of the brides we send their way! We love how clean their space is and how extremely professional they are. Once your item is ready they send you a text message letting you know its done! So wonderful!

My daughter needed her Prom dress altered and asked for a price quote. The work was done professionally; however the alterations cost more than we were told (by almost double) and was not ready on time! I talked with the manager and all he did was smile. He did not offer to reduce the fee or offer any future discount. We will not recommend this operation to anyone. Not a happy customer!! Too bad ... Great location, but not worth the poor service.

I had a wonderful experience with Tailored to You. They were very pleasant to work with and they repaired my daughters purse in a timely fashion. Their prices are reasonable. I would suggest anyone who needs altering their clothes or accessories to contact them. In addition, they use the newest technology on the market, with texting and mobile apps to help stay in touch with their customers.

Absolutely horrible I would not recommend this place at all! I took my wedding dress here, and she completely messed it up. She did not line up the bottom on the dress so the hem was a straight line across the side of my dress, so it looks like a child did it. The layers underneath the dress did not match up, and when I asked her about it she told me I was wrong that is did match up but she had to pull the layers down and tight for then to match up. I then called my mom to come help me, the lady told her to shut up that she did not want to talk to her she wanted to speak to me for ME to understand. Not only did she mess it up but she charged me 400$ to mess up a dress that she had for 4 month. I am now having to take my dress to a completely different alterations place to have them fix to the best of their ability what she messed up. Honestly if you take you stuff here more power to you bc she is a rude selfish person.

I went to pick up my bridesmaids dress today and was told it would be $165! That is absolutely ridiculous. I had to have length, mid and straps altered but there is no way that should EVER be close to $200. I will never be back - and you should think twice before taking your items here.

Amazing service but EXTREMELY pricey. I got the shoulders to my dress taken up and a hook on the back of my dress to hook my train on and it cost $110. Thats insane Im sorry
