Went in to see a F-150 I had seen online. Did not to deal with all of the back and forth from other dealers, but Hannah was surprisingly very professional and cared 100% about what I wanted. The managers also worked very hard to get me where I wanted to be and all around the best experience I’ve had in so many purchases.

Driving from Ohio our car broke down and we were stranded. John sold us a great car but it wasn’t going to be ready for a couple days. Shane went above and beyond to help us. He was able to loan us a car so we could continue on our vacation. We will be back in a couple days to pick the car that we bought up to take in back to Ohio. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Was in the market for a used vehicle and found very few of what I was looking for well the one I liked the most had to be at this dealer. I test drove the car I liked it it drove good so I went through the long process of purchasing it. After purchasing it I had a nice long drive down the interstate. After 100 or so miles it starting making noises in the front upon jacking it up I found both front coil springs to be broken. After playing phone tag and not getting calls back I was finally told to make an appointment so they could look at it so I did. After them looking at it I was told I would get a call in a couple days. Well over a week went by I finally called and was told it was my problem because of where the springs were broken even though I hadn’t driven the car far before the problem first happened. So now I’m stiffed with the cost of repairs. Would never buy from here again nor would I recommend anybody to

We were in the market for a used car. After an internet search we found several different used cars in the Madison area that we wanted to look at. We eventually ended up at Metro Ford of Madison. We worked with Tyson who showed us the car we came into see plus a couple of others that met the specifications and price range we were looking for. Tyson was very helpful in answering questions, and the whole process of buying the car went smoothly. The person who did the paperwork was also great. We were able to take the car home the same evening!

The guy told me id only be paying $4 more dollars a month than id already be paying plus 1 more year for the warranty so Of course id take it but then when i seen its actually $2800 Ive been trying to get it canceled since feb... Went to Ford Metro and worked with Timothy Kopmeyer. I am a college student and needed a vehicle. I didnt know anything about cars but my family always bought Fords. He explained what would be good for my budget and financing. The managers helped and where nice. I would recommend buying from Timothy Kopmeyer. I didnt feel like I was being pushed into something I couldnt afford but able to get what I needed for school.

I absolutely caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. I bought a brand new vehicle from them and within the initial warranty period, my rear windows stopped rolling up…they hesitated and looked for excuses to not cover the repair, but eventually did. Less than 30k miles later, the problem is back. Was just told I should expect issues with an electric windowed car…really? Have had plenty of electric windowed cars and never had this problem. Then told I would have to pay $160 for a diagnostic even though they have documentation of what’s wrong. What a joke! Will not be giving them any more business…

This is by far one of the worse dealerships I have ever had experience with across the country.I have had a truck in the shop for over two weeks there with very to little no communication. This vehicle is under manufactures warranty so this completely on the dealership and Ford directly.Don’t take your truck to this location not unless you want to be without a vehicle for more than a month with little progress!!!

Good folks there, sales team is spot on, could ask for a better experience.

Service department is not very good at all. I have had to make multiple trips with my vehicle to get the same issue fixed. Another trip to take the truck back to get the part that we’re left laying on the floor boards put back in after that work. Spent 40 minutes in the waiting area past my oil change appointment to learn that my truck hadn’t moved. No courtesy call to let me know they were behind or mention of being behind when I got there. I would not recommend them at all

Traded 2 cars into them 2.5 weeks ago and they can’t even pay off one of the car loans. Can’t even get anyone call me back to figure it out and when I emailed the financial manager he was emailing me back until I had informed him that they had sent the check into the bank with the wrong name on it, and they also sent it to a branch location that doesn’t receive mail, after that haven’t heard anything back. When we were buying the car from them they were great but after that they are the worst with customer service. We will never return back to this dealer.

The vehicle was ready when we got there. Overall the servicing by Ford was superb.We spent about an hour with Aiden so he could show us how the vehicle worked. Much to our surprise, there were a number of things we did not remember this car could do. What an absolute delight to learn of these things. I believe Rob went through these things when we bought the car but it was too much to absorb and we couldnt remember them at all so we just sort of ignored them. Now that weve had the car for a while this made it much much easier. We also got clarification on a number of features that we did not fully understand. He actually perpendicular and parallel parked for us so we could see how that worked. Wow!We have absolutely no qualms about referring anybody to this dealership. Metro Ford of Madison has a feature on their website to sign up for an alert when the price drops on a car. 5 minutes after signing up for this, they call me to ask when I want to come in to look at the car. I explained that I had signed up for their feature of being alerted when the price on the car drops. After explaining that is the only car i was interested in after their questioning (understanable), I have been drowning in calls, texts, and emails from Metro Ford Madison daily about car sales. I signed up for an alert feature that should only initiate a call/text/email when the price drops, NOT a daily ambush in sales tactics

Service was great! I needed new tires on my car, and Metro Ford got me in within hours. I was down the road with brand new tires a lot quicker than I thought I would be. Plus I got a lower price on my tires than the other places I was quoted. I will definitely be going back- Thank you!

Only giving two stars instead of one because the car itself, a Ford Escape Hybrid, is fantastic, and the service department is great.However, it was an absolute nightmare dealing with Randy, Daryl, and everyone in the sales department. They messed up our financial paperwork three times, including when we had already paid for the car in full and had the title in hand. I am just glad we are done dealing with them. I wouldnt recommend this particular dealership to anyone. Buy your Ford elsewhere.

Metro Ford of Madison has the the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any car dealership. Not only did they sell me a car with 5 RECALS, every time I try to make a service appointment it was like pulling out my own hair. Not only do they never call back, the work they do is incredibly misleading and of poor quality. I highly recommend going to another dealership for all automotive purposes.

Bought a car within hours and service was excellent. We picked up our cat from the vet and they let him come in in his crate and everyone was visiting him while we waited!!

We stopped by Metro Ford of Madison earlier this month for a test drive in a hybrid Escape. Jorge Guzman was excellent: very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and careful about social distancing. My wife has an old back injury that makes it hard to find car seats comfortable for her and, unfortunately, these didnt fit (although they felt great to me). So, although we didnt buy the car, we recommend this salesman (and the vehicle) highly.

Getting transmission checked on my E250. Was told diagnostics was an hour at $140. When I got to the dealership they said it was a 2 hour diagnostic not the 1 hour I was told. They explained someone made a mistake and only charged me for 1 hour. We will see how this goes. Update as needed.
