Needed the summer wheels on my 911 rebalanced - Madison have the hunter road force balancing machines which are considered the best. Anyway called them up in the morning, got an apt, dropped them off and they were ready for pickup in a few hours at a very reasonable price. Got my minion to help install it, then ripped down the i78 at a rate which our boys in blue may frown at. Smooth as glass. What more could you ask for? Good job.

Madison Tire helped me out after 3 failed attempts by the dealer to figure out my vibration issue. They road force balanced my tires and determined they were no good. Had them install 4 new tires and will continue coming here for years to come! I am also extremely particular about where I bring my car and who I allow to work on it.

Great group! My wife had a blow out on our Toyota Sienna run flats near by & we had the car towed to them. They got a new tire on in no time for next to nothing to get us through the week. Since, I was in communication with John about the right tires for the Sienna & also snow tires for my RWD Tesla. He walked me through the options for each & didn’t just push the most expensive tires. All the options were the best price compared to others. Great family run business!

First time customer and the staff built immediate trust. They gave me a range of quotes for a new set of tires but actually steered me towards the best value. Thought that was cool given the fact that the guys up the street made no mention of alternative options - saved me about $600. I should mention they have a beautiful husky that hangs around the shop too - makes the visit that much more fun!

I cannot say enough about John at Madison Tire!First of all i have to say that I have bought numerous tires there over the years. Always a decent price and always quick turnaround service.Today though was a little different. On one of the Madison parent pages... someone put up a post for me ... that Im collecting soccer gear to send to my son and his Army unit stationed in the Middle East. Well John sent me a message to stop by. So today I did. He was so nice and not only that but so generous! I remember his dad who used to always be there and he too was a great guy. I guess the apple didnt fall far from the tree! Even tho I didnt really know John before today- I felt that I walked in a stranger and walked out a friend. I wont say what he donated but it was the largest of all the donations I have gotten. Wow! I was moved to tears as I left there! Great service and deserves 5 stars! Ive been dealing with a front wheel vibration (Toyota Sequoia) for almost six months after installing new rims and tires. Several attempts at three other shops to resolve the problem but no luck. I finally did a google search and came across Madison Tires. Based on previous customer reviews I decided to get them a try. I made a phone call and after speaking to John and explaining the problem he suggested I come in and leave the vehicle for a few hours to get it checked out. After a wheel alignment and road force balance on all 4 wheels my problem is resolved! Very satisfied customer and extremely happy fair pricing as well.

Went there with a real big nail in my SUV tire. Took them one minute to fix it and no matter how much I insisted, they would not to take a single penny (although I was prepared for a tire change) . Cant get more honest, efficient and friendly staff. Definitely will come again and recommend them to family and friends .

Madison Tire & Auto suggested the perfect tires for my truck, gave me a great price on the work, did everything in a fair amount of time, and did everything the right way. I have 33 tires and they were perfectly balanced with no highway vibration whatsoever; thats a rare find nowadays. What more could you ask for?

We recently purchased Pirelli tires from Madison Tire Co Inc for my daughter’s 2017 Mazda. They put the tires on incorrectly. It is a directional tire and they put 3 of the tires on going the wrong direction. We shipped the car back to Colorado and while the car was in for service the dealer noticed the mistake. How does a reputable company make that kind of mistake?? This is an incredibly stupid mistake. Luckily, our daughter was not driving the car very much and hopefully when our tire person looks at the tires there is no unusual wear. Obviously, their technicians need to be retrained.

These folks go out of the way to make sure you vehicle has the tires you need for the price you want. These are my go to tire and wheels guys!

Brought my vehicle to Madison Tire for a much needed tire plug on Mon, July 31. Was greeted by John, the owner, immediately after stepping inside the store and could tell within a minute or two hes a genuinely good guy. Honest, unpretentious and funny. Shortly afterward, a man by the name of Vinnie worked on my car. He did a great job patching the tire and I was in and out in 45 minutes - without an appointment! Obviously, this may not always be the case depending on how many customers are at the shop, but I could not have more satisfied with both the quality of the work done and the people that work here. No BS. No drama. No false emergencies or attempts at an unnecessary upsell. Just great service and nice people.John and Vinnie, if youre reading this, thanks a bunch for saving me from a major headache while I was working away from home (Long Island). You guys exceeded every reasonable expectation I could have had as a customer.

I was looking for a place to have my 15 Silverado leveled and a new set of tires. They did such a great job with my small car, i thought Id give the work to them. Zero regrets. They did an excellent job. John did not like the tires we initially agreed on, so he chose a new set. Perfect!!. Rare you find that kind of concern for what the customer would like .I highly recommend this place.

The staff was great from the start. I had a nail in one of my tires and had another place tell me it couldnt be repaired and had to be replaced. Due to horrible customer service at the original place, I decided move my business elsewhere. I called Madison Tire Co to see if they could get my tire size, which they conveniently had in stock. When I asked if I should make an appt, the guy on the phone said to just bring it in and they would work on it so I went on my lunch break. When I got there they took the car in immediately. I told them that the other place said the tire couldnt be plugged but they said they would check anyway just to be sure. Turns out the tire could be plugged! I loved how honest they were. They very easily could have told me I did in fact need a new tire since I openly went there expecting to get a new one, but instead saved me time and money. I will definitely be recommending them to others and using them again in the future!!

Had a blow out on my Jeep, he took me right away, ordered the exact match to my tires as they were new, installed the next day at a great price and with great service.

Went there for tires for my Audi Q7, charged me very reasonable price so starting going there for all services. Got timing belt changed on my Sienna at 200K miles and still running strong. Brakes on my Sienna was acting up, not breaking and was able to fix without buying new parts! Moved to MA but still taking my car there for maintenance while visiting family. Very friendly and doesnt try to rip you off.

Im from out of state and I have never had better auto service. Always friendly, never treat me like Im stupid, and have charged me fairly for their great work. I love seeing the kids and am never afraid to take my car in.

Big disappointment had to go back several times to get tires balanced as weights were falling off and this was two sets of tires on two separate occasions. Double my time for such a basic core process of a tire seller. Yes the owner is friendly but really in no way should I have to go back and waste my time for something that should have been done right the first time. I was told the the glue on the weights might be defective as the cause but not really buying that one. I suspect the surface was not cleaned or dried or some other part of the process was not performed correctly. I know this since the second time around the weights stayed on and had no problem since then. So they can do it correctly if taking the time to do so. Quite honestly it’s an embarrassment for a tire installer. And if I were them I would put some effort into correcting the process whatever the shortfall might be. My time is valuable can’t keep going back to fix the same issue.

Took my car in for 2 mufflers to quiet down the car. When i picked the car up, they cut off both of my tailpipes without asking me. They put on two new mufflers and 2 little 6 inch tailpipes and told me THEY thought it looked that way. It wouldn’t pass NJ inspection without tailpipes . I was totally disappointed at what they did. It cost me 869.00 dollars for absolutely nothing. I had to get everything replaced again by a REPUTABLE mechanic. Don’t ever use this place. They are crooks.

These guys are a blessing! Friendly service and a warm office. Went in on a Friday near closing time with a flat. Didnt have the time to get new tires, so they put on my spare. I went in to pay, and was simply told to have a great weekend. I said Come on man, how much? No charge, he answered. Then he gave me a hreat price on 4 new Hankooks, 30% cheaper than another shop.

Bought tires there about 15 years ago. One of the tires was defective and blew out at the bottom of the turnpike on a Sunday. There was no replacement tire available and we had to take a bus home. Called the owner, John, on Monday. He sent a flatbed all the way down the turnpike, brought the car back to the shop, put on a new tire and charged me.....NOTHING!Havent bought a tire anywhere else since that day and never will.
