These guys were wonderful! We called ahead and Eric, the owner, and Jared, a technician, came right out to fix the alignment on my car’s power lift gate. They were super nice and professional, quick, and did great work! Will definitely be back if we have any other body shop needs.

Excellent service all the way around. I got a new car in March and have been backed into twice since then. Although it has been unfortunate circumstances, these people have been very pleasant to work with. They handled all insurance related details and made the process simple. These people are all so friendly and helpful and I will be returning for any body repairs needed in the future. Front bumper, front end damage repair and repaint; Very nice work...damage repaired, repainted and detailed. Matched perfectly. Also plastic welded license plate bracket holes. Can’t tell there were ever holes there. Looks great. The staff presented themselves very well, and were courteous, helpful and accurate with the timeline about how long all the work would take. This was an insurance job. I provided the original quote by the insurance company. Some hidden damage was discovered during disassembly, and the shop handled all that without any problem. I appreciate a job well done.

Got rear ended and took the van to these guys, they did a great job and made it easy.They basically handled all the details with the insurance too, which was nice.

I crashed my car back in early May, and Insurance had Madison Collision Center repair my car. There were a couple of hiccups along the way - they had to order and wait for parts a couple of times, and found more damage after the initial estimate. The estimated date that my repairs would be finished kept getting pushed back, but the reasons were out of their control and the communication was good throughout the process. I got my car back today and the repairs are immaculate - better than I expected. I am very happy with the end result. While my insurance paid for the bulk of my repairs, I still wanted to mention that the pricing was fair. My car was extremely damaged - it surely would have been totaled if it weren’t for Madison Collision Center’s fair pricing (for better or worse, lol). Jokes aside - I would highly recommend Madison Collision Center for your repair needs!

Highly recommend this company. I was quite skeptical that I will see my car back on the road after an early morning rain shower accident. However, the quality of work exceeded all my expectations. The team is friendly and forthcoming, working in a transparent and professional manner. Clean facilities, proper business management. Love this place! They stipped and re-painted my front bumper after another body shop did a lousy job. The paint was peeling off for years. I finally worked up a budget and called Madison Collision Center. They do a really professional job. They set a schedule and stick to it. They communicate openly if there are issues or the schedule needs to be adjusted..they are friendly and priced fairly and they will work around your needs and wants. These guys take care of you like family!! Ill be doing all my auto body work through here from now on.

Eric Wharton (Owner) and his staff provided an excellent service and were very professional in their work. They fixed my rear bumper while other body shops wanted to replace it, and my bumper looks brand new again. They charged me less than 1/3 of the price that other body shops wanted to charge me (big saving). I will definitely consider Eric and his team for any future work.

Edited to add. (May 29 2019) The bed literally started coming off. One of the bolts was cross threaded and the other was not put on tightly. The bed of the truck was hopping up and down. Finally a week later it has been cleared to drive and put back together. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone.Our truck had some descent side damage. We had gotten an estimate done then filed it through insurance. We liked Madison collison the best out of the shops we had an estimate done with. Called and set our appt. The appt was set for about a week out. We dropped the truck off April 3rd right as they opened. The staff there is very friendly and we didnt assume we would have an issue. They ladies up front took our name, Key and said we will call you when its done. No explination on the process or anything. I called back later to ask how the door would be repaired and was told the finish date was expected to be april 16th and was told someone would call me back with how the door would be repaired. I never heard back. I didnt want to be that client so I just let it slide. I called on the 16th to get an update. They had not even started on our truck. The reasoning was they were behind. Had some high dollar repairs that were taking longer than expected... Ok but why keep our truck for 2 weeks if you werent even working on it?? We should have just gone and gotten our truck and took it elsewhere. They were very apologetic and came back with we will have it done Friday. I said theres no need to use all your man power to rush it. We arent difficult people I just wish you would have kept us informed. We picked it up Friday the 19th and they had forgotten to do the repair on the tailgate. So they kept the tailgate with the promise of calling me the following Tuesday with an update. They didnt call. I called them Wednesday because now the warning light for the gas cap had been on since Saturday (the day after we picked it up) and the check engine light was on. Set an appt for the following day. April 25th. Thank goodness they have a tv in the waiting room and let kids watch what they want. We were there for over 2 hours. The owner came out telling me they had to dig around under the bed and reconnect a sensor wire that controls the air in the tank. Which is why the gas cap light and check engine light came on. Would have been a simple hook up had they not been rushing the repair but they missed it. Fast forward to 6 days later the truck died on the side of the road while my husband was on his way to work. The fuel pump literally fell off!! 2+ hours of them digging around under the bed because they hurried through the repairs. Absolutely no mechanical problems from his truck and now several issues. I called to speak with the owner at 10:30 may 2nd and still have not heard back from him. I cant say that they do great repairs because we have already had issues. Visually the repairs look great. And the staff is very friendly but they dont have any communication skills and cant seem to call people back. Because of the issues weve had we wouldnt reccomend them to anyone and we will not be going back for any further issues. Thankfully they are on State Farms preffered list so the repairs are backed by them and any new issues that come up we can take the truck to another shop.

Took my motorcycle tank in to get a dent fixed and repainted. Wow. It looks great! Good as new. Also, the price was very reasonable. Super good people to work with and very professional.

Highly commend. The bottom of my antenna was broke off in the mast and couldnt be taken out. I just needed a new antenna and antenna mast for my Toyota Tacoma. They ordered the parts, called me when they came in, and had everything replaced in 30-40 minutes. Great customer service.

They did an excellent job fixing our van. Weve had shoddy work done in the past (looking at you Joe Hudson) not only did Madison collision fix the main issue of the van, but they noticed and fixed a problem, that was likely caused by the main problem, that we didnt even know was an issue. I hope to not have anymore issues or accidents, but if the need should arise, I feel very confident in the work Madison collision center does.

Absolutely the friendliest, most courteous, most capable staff. Eric (the owner) walked me through all the work when I picked up my car and made sure I had no questions. I worked with Keith, and he showed the highest professionalism, gave a highly detailed explanation of what needed to be done, and gave a very accurate estimate of time to complete. If/when I need bodywork done to a vehicle, Ill be using them again. The quality of the work was top notch! Highly recommend this place.

Good honest and quality. They do great work. The estimate was nearly 4,000 and I got it out the door for 3,200. They said it would take over a week and they got it done in seven days. I wasnt able to rent so that was outstanding they stayed late Friday night for me. I appreciate the customer service and would do business with them again and recommend them to everyone.

Eric and Madison Collision Center is a stand up operation that will fix it right the first time. He repaired the fender on my BMW as well as a tailgate on my fathers F150 and did an excellent job. Stopped in to get my headlight refurbished. The 2 ladies at the front desk were the best. They were quick with the service. I started asking questions about roku and firestick, the lady at the front desk wrote me a cheat sheet on where to find these items and what these items came with. Way above and beyond with service. Their communication on status of car and quotes on additional work is so responsive, which is so huge to me for planning real-time car work, etc. I have gone back many times and will continue to, and tell all friends needing body work/painting/etc about Madison Collision Center.

I have been going to Madison Collision Center for about 4 years. Ever since I met my wife. (Shes not the best driver) I have had my 2007 Chevy LTZ Avalance, 2014 Lexus IS 350 F-Sport and a 2005 Hummer all repaired by this shop. Eric, the owner is very intelligent when it comes to vehicles of any make or model. This is absolutely the only place that will touch any of my vehicles. Turn around time is on average to other similar businesses and on occasion...they get me in rather quick because of my neediness of my vehicles. On top of all of that. This is a local family owned and operated business and will treat you like family. I have, on various occasions, called Eric and he came to my house to help me install (I tried to do it myself and- failed) a custom headlight system and he didnt even charge me. Like I said, this is the ONLY place that will touch my rides and...if anyone has ever asked about a repair shop...Ive sent them to MY GUYS because thats what they are. These are my guys I trust with my rides.

Very bad service and satisfaction, they changed the fender on my Honda, was a very simple job, but the paint came off after couple of months, the even used the touch paint on the edges, the manager charged a high price and the quality that I got was inferior.

They have always fixed my cars to look brand new. Very professional but still very friendly!
