Took two vehicles for wheel alignment. Very satisfied with the alignment. They were able to fix a couple of things that they noticed were outside the original scope of work but needed to be done. I will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to reconnect their services.

I brought my car in because I knew I needed new brakes and an alignment. They performed a thorough check and let me know exactly what needed to be fixed and why. They got my car done in 1 day even though the repairs were extensive. I even got to borrow a loaner car so I could get to work. My car is very safe now and drives like new. I couldnt be more pleased!!

I had a great experience at DuBois recently when I took a vehicle there for a pre-purchase inspection. The person who inspected my vehicle was extremely knowledgeable, and he pointed out several things that weren’t in need of replacement yet but would be in a year or so (without pressuring me to buy anything now). As a woman, I sometimes feel like mechanics talk down to me or try to sell me things I don’t need when I go to auto shops alone, but that did NOT happen at all at DuBois. The owner explained everything to me clearly without being condescending, and I was treated with nothing but respect. The price was good, and the work was honest. I will definitely be going to DuBois for any work my vehicle needs in the future!

I stopped at DuBois Auto Clinic Friday afternoon to see if the they could repair the front right headlight on my 2007 Subaru Legacy and if I could make an appointment to have that done. After speaking with Tony Caruso for a few minutes, Tony decided to bring my car in the shop to diagnose the problem. Tony identified the problem and replaced the lamp all within 30 minutes. Excellent experience!

Dubois Auto Clinic is where I take my car for everything. Tony and Mike are friendly and professional. The work they perform is flawless. I’ve gone there for small repairs and maintenance to a massive repair of the front end when I crashed into a parked car. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I never doubt their costs or estimates. Took my 15 yr old car in for what I knew was long overdue maintenance. They called my within a couple hrs with a detailed list of items they found, an estimate for each service that was very accurate and they finished the work quickly. A few months later a part failed, and they replaced it within hours at no charge. Best auto repair experience I have ever had.

Having worked on a lot of cars myself when I was younger, I really appreciate the detailed estimates and great customer service!They have a small waiting room that is squeaky clean and a picnic table outside so waiting is not unpleasant as it can often be at repair shops.In short. They charged me a lot of money..And didn’t Fix the problem that I had in my vehicle.

The transmission went out in my car while cruising down the interstate. It was recommended by a friend in the mechanic industry to have my car towed to DuBois. Mike and Tony were so helpful and recommended that I take it to the Ford Dealership to see if they would fix it under a possible recall, after they ran their diagnostics and did some research. They printed off the codes and the service bulletin for me to provide to Ford when it was time to tow it there. They treated me like a human, not a dumb chick! I appreciated their honesty and their willingness to save ME money. I will definitely be back in the future for maintenance and will absolutely be recommending DuBois to all of my friends and family!

I brought in my truck w/ a major issue and I had no appointment. They made time for me, fixed it and had me back on the road in well under 24 hours. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They mentioned I was due for an oil change, so I had them do that, too. The oil change was less expensive than other places, and even with adding that, the total cost was within the range they originally quoted me. I will not hesitate to go back.

After picking up my vehicle and driving it home, I felt so much joy driving it home that I almost cried! Ive taken this vehicle to so many places including the stealerships, but no one ever serviced the vehicle so well. Tony is an exceptional mechanic who is analytical, systematic, punctual, and most importantly, honest. I would give Tony a substantial raise or bonus because he is the reason why customers stay loyal and bring their friends and family for the same level of high quality service. Had a great experience with DuBois. I called in the morning with a noisy wheel. They got me in for diagnosis within two hours, and once there, they told me the problem (rear brakes) and fixed them while I waited. They were very clear with the problem, and their price was less than the dealership was quoting me. I will go back to them for future repairs.

Excellent service! Took an m3 for a pre purchase inspection to them. The car had a clean carfax with no damage reports showing up and they pointed out all the spots where it was repainted in and where the body was damaged. They found out engine leaks on the car and all the things hidden that wouldve been impossible for me to point out even though being well aware of potential problems with the car. Highly recommend the shop if anyone is in the Madison Wisconsin area.

How many people feel deceived or ripped off when their cars need repairs or services? Too often I would say. Why cant automechanics be honest and decent ? In this place, Dubois Auto, you find the honesty and decency that have disappeared long long time in USA. Owners and staff are all very professional and honest to customers, and so although you still dont want your cars break down, if unfortunately you do need repairs , this store bring you relief and reliability. My alternator went bad and a friend recommended Dubois. Replacing the alternator on a 2009 Nissan Murano is not easy, but they got me in right away and made quick work of it. My serpentine belt was making a whirring noise after the alternator was replaced. I thought the belt was just taking some time to adjust, but after a few weeks the noise got worse. Dubois took it back and replaced the belt free of charge and the noise is now gone! I talked with Mike several times and he always explained everything in detail. I felt very comfortable having them work on my vehicle.

Ive been going to Du Bois auto clinic for a number of years. I take both my car and my motorhome to them, and have always been very satisfied!

Took in to fix my rotors. They damaged and broke my anti-lock brake system and did not fix it. I offered to pay for the part they broke and they still wanted to charge me labor. Air hammering caused the damage and second opinion from mechanic confirms another method could have been used that would not have damaged my reluctor ring.
