Encore did a great job of communicating with us the day of our wedding. They had our driver text me when he was on our way and upon arrival.Our limo was clean and comfortable, and fully stocked.The driver was very courteous and respectful, and even went the extra mile to get us a luggage cart from our hotel room when we arrived at our destination.Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to book a limo for an upcoming event.

Encore was excellent. The driver, Steve, was prompt, personable the car was super clean. They by far are the best Black Car service I have ever used. When I need another chauffeur driven vehicle, they will be my first, and only, call.

This is the first time we used Encore, we needed a ride from Dane County Regional Airport to our residence in Rock County. Booking the trip was a breeze, our driver met us at the bottom of the escalator at 10:00 PM on a Wednesday evening. The immaculate sedan was just outside the terminal, nice and warm on a frigid Wisconsin February evening. Our trip home was uneventful. Thanks Mark for the wonderful service, we will most certainly patronize Encore the next time were in need of Limo service.
