I have to cancel my flight because of COVID-19 And I request my refund it’s been almost two months and still don’t get my money back, I call them several times and they just put me on hold or hung up on me its the worst airline

No longer allows you to carry on and have a backpack. Instead forces you to pay 30 dollars to check one

The self service machine operates at 4am and you get counter opened around 4:15am.
They have the nerve to be rude and totally messed up my flight. The lack of customer service just blows me. Never again United.
