Very unprofessional in my opinion. My wife and I were lead to believe we were qualified for home when we werent. Then we were lied to, we were told the home owner wanted to look at other applications when my income is more than sufficient for the home we were trying to rent. The problem was my credit was a little low due to uncontrollable circumstances. I was misinformed from the start. If I knew the requirements from the start I would not have wasted my time nor money in application fee. I am very dissatisfied with this organization and would never recommend to anyone.
