I had to cancel cause due to family emergencies told me my 50.00 deposit will ramane on file for a year I tried to use my deposit on a popcorn machine that was 60.00 said I couldnt I had to rent a inflatables my deposit is my deposit if I want to use before the yr dont use these people and the lady has a nasty attitude

We recently used Mr. Moonwalk Events for a church festival and I cannot be more pleased! Planning events is always stressful, but Mr. Moonwalk Events provided a complete turnkey experience. All the bounce houses were so clean and really had WOW FACTOR! These were some of the biggest and best items I have ever seen. The staff was really helpful and went out of their way to ensure that everything was set up on time, and that all I had to do was enjoy the event. We definitely recommend them and will use them again for our spring event.

Made arrangements for vendor to provide services for recent church event. Big mistake. Vendor arrived an hour and 45 minutes late. Huge disappointment due to the many children that waited to use inflatable bouncy houses. Gave him one star because site wouldnt let me rate him lower.

This business cancelled on our School the last minute. All 500 kids were very upset. This company was very unprofessional and rude when we called and tried to fix the situation. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT ALL SCHOOLS KNOW NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

WARNNING WARNNING WARNING:Do not use this nasty bounce house. The company do not clean it from one event to the other. So what ever germs and birthday cake that were at the last party will no doubt be at your childs party, or your church event, and yes even at your fair. So go ahead and post your blast back on me. Its ok, im saving other from going through what my family went through. And offering me my money back to take down my post will not work this time.
