Its being remodeled right but theyve always had great service at this location.

Be careful with your money, gave the guy $10.52 my bill was $6.42, he didnt bothered to enter that on the receipt. Stole $0.52...

Store inventory was decent. Customer service needs encouragement. Dry annoyed cashier. Store is pretty clean. As with all DTs customers rummage through and mess up employees organization. Nice variety of products. More than the basic goods.

Stopped at this Dollar Tree to pick up some dental floss and noticed the cotton for sale. I thought to myself, Only in the south (GA) 🙄.

I made my twice a month trip. They were well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. I saw several things I will go back to get my grandson for summer fun at the beach. I also picked up some supplies for my desk. The staff is always helpful and personable and that is one of the reasons I continue to shop there.

This dollar tree is a bit hard to find, but when you do you will be please by how clean it is.

Ive never seen any business in this poor of shape. (Ive added 26 pictures) There was a homeless guy (God bless him) camped out by the batteries. The absolute and udder disheveled condition of this store is astonishing. Dollar Tree corporate should visit. I can understand a little mess here and there but it was so pervasive there were no clean spots anywhere in the store. THE CLUTTER WAS 6 FEET DEEP IN FRONT OF THE FIRE EXIT. Sorry yall. Gotta go. I really hope the store gets a makeover. Thats what its going to require. I like Dollar Tree. Every other store in town keeps a clean shop. Tom Hill Sr. Blvd store can too.

This is one of the WORST Dollar Trees Ive ever stepped foot in! The shelves were not well stocked, and what was there, was so disheveled and messy it was hard to find anything. There were piles of merchandise on the floors and stuff people had just shoved onto shelves. ONE cashier working for the whole store, even when there were 5+ people in line.

As always...I spent more than expected🙃Dollar Tree never disappoints.

The staff isnt friendly. The store looks cluttered. Not much selection. Ive gone about 5 or 6 times in the last couple months. I go because its convenient but certainly not my favorite.

The store is always a mess the shelves in certain areas are basically empty (school supplies) they need to better at this location the store has went down. Just went to the store today and was greeted by a worker saying the store is not open yet no one showed up to open the door🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Imagine standing outside a store.. time hits 9am when they are suppose to open.. but nothing happens.. imagine waiting patiently.. listening to other should be shoppers to find out the girl next to me work there and she cant get in either. We are waiting and waiting. Manager is in store. Still waiting. 30 minutes of waiting I give up. This was my experience at Dollar Tree on Tom Hill. I am never going back. Multiple people tried to call. Another store tried to call. I am very disappointed.

Store was in need of cleaning and boxes were everywhere. As I walked in and started shopping (getting quite a lot. too) when I heard what I thought was other customers spouting racist opinions and curse words. I headed to the counter to quickly get out of the there only to find it was the cashiers who were talking thinking no one was in the store. I put the stuff away and left...very disappointing! Rating is for staff actions and unprofessionalism. And to the guy who was talking about how his boss was keeping him down because he was a different race...if you had spent more energy putting away the merchandise than talking, you would probably warrant a promotion...just saying...

Incorrect times listed to the public. Went today 9:30am and it was closed. Online states they are open and they are not.

I visit quite a few Dollar tree stores in that Macon area, but this store is so dirty as far as the floors. My husband asked the manager if they clean up their floors. She said we have 5 vacuum cleaner and they dont work. But a broom and dustpan dont? It was filthy but the store was fully stocked. They need some help and support fast!!!

Not the best stocked dollar tree...staff didnt say a word when checking out other than the total of the transaction. I mean I dont need them to be my best friend but a simple hello and thankyou is nice. But heck, low bar expectations. Its a dollar store.

I went to this location this morning with my husband when getting inline I seen something similar to what I was purchasing, I asked my husband which one we should get and set the other on the side of her counter while she was checking my things out ... Not back on the shelf misplaced but simply to the side of her, she quickly catches an attitude you can hand me the items you dont want at the end! I looked at her waiting for her to correct herself and never did, she snatched money out of my hand as well as the item my husband gave her to put back, her name was Katherine, Im not sure if she had a problem with me because I am in a biracial marriage or maybe she was in some sort of rush (nobody was behind me) or maybe she just simply saw someone wake up happy Im not sure but she doesnt have the right no ruin anyone elses day! Thanks-

Great place to find bargains, the staff is great and helpful. When i needee something off the top.shelf i received assistance very quickly.

I love dollar tree, the staff here is nice and its in a nice location, but this is one of the worst stocked dollar trees I have ever been to. This is closer to my house, and in a more conviencon location, but I will travel further to go to another dollar tree, because it is better stocked.

Carpet was filthy. Looked like it hadnt been vacuumed for weeks but even with a good vacuuming, it would still be really bad. Shelves were in desperate need of restocking. 2 checkout employees for a line of people 12 deep. I wouldnt want to call that my store.

This location was close before 8:30p even though the hours says until 9p on a Friday night.

I found the items I wanted, good customer service, but the store could be cleaned. The carpet needs to be replaced with tile, and it hasnt been updated with a snack zone like some of the other stores.

This is one of the most unorganized dollar trees I have been too. They do not have much stock out and what little they do have out is all over the place. Floors were so dirty. I will not be wasting my time again at this location.

Like other Dollar tree store with the exception the employees are exceptionally helpful and friendly. It is a joy to shop at this store.

Always enjoy the visit

Everyone was on break at the same time so there was only one line open which had more than 8 people waiting. When they did open another line they let the people in the back of the line go first!!!

The customer service person at the register was very unfriendly, never smiled and she was very rude. Out of all the dollar tree stores that Ive been to this was the first time I was uncomfortable.

Visited the Tom Hill location in Macon. The floor was dirty with spots and splotches stock was low.

They need to get their frayed out there is not much on the floor they need more hours or something to get the freight out. It looks like a pig sty in there.
