I reached out to the company for pricing of a tent. The lady that I spoke with was very enthusiastic initially when she thought that I was calling on behalf of the company that I was looking to have the tent placed. Upon me telling her that I’ll be renting the tent personally and not on behalf of the company where the tent would be placed, I was told that it might not be available. I asked her would it have been available if I had the owner of that company to call instead of me. She told me that she would “check “ and give me a call back. The initial quote for the size tent that I needed was $1200. After she “checked” I received a call back and was informed that I could rent it for $3,000!!! The tent size, date, nor location had changed! I’m not clear as to why my prices increased by $1800, but non the less my feeling were hurt! Had I been initially quoted $3,000 I would have never taken offense.I support small and local businesses, I also support fairness and equality! No matter who I was calling on behalf of, the price should be your price! I’d rather for her to have said that the date was unavailable than to make me feel as if because I wasn’t who she presumed needed the service that my rate would be “different”.

Great experience. Pretty straight forward in their dealings. The tables and chairs arrived as expected and picked up in a timely manner as well. Pricing was on par for the area and I liked being able to choose what kind of chair I wanted. My party planning was made a little bit easier because of these guys. Thanks!

We used them for our daughters wedding reception. They were awesome and Angie is great! Communication between them and us was great. I was also shocked as to how reasonable their services were.I wouldnt use anyone else.

The service was fast. They respond quickly to emails which is very convenient. The only thing is Im not sure about the hours that are listed that they are open. When you rent youre told to pick up and drop off between 7:30-8:30am. That could be for the weekend or everytime during the week. They also offer delivery as well. They loaded my truck and also provided straps to keep the furniture in place.

Ive used their services for the past couple of years for my anniversary and the service is awesome.
