The guard comes in at 9pm so then you can check in then they will call you and assign you a door and you can go in .Unloading was pretty fast.When you leave there is limited parking on side of road.Because of trucks coming in so if your empty its best to park somewhere else so trucks coming in can have side of road parking.

Limited on street parking out front of guard shack, some other on adjacent streets, but not much.There is a Huddle House 2miles away with truck parking, looks a little chaotic though. A Friendly Gus across the street from HH as well to park.People were nice, easy area to pull up and turn around if need be.Appointment time was 03:00, arrived a little early and was unloaded by 03:45 (half truck load).Not a problem from me, nice all around.

Ugliest place! You have park on the street before check in, security has “deep south accent “ plus face mask. Communication not to easy.

Get in and out every time most of the guards are friendly but the one older lady has a serious attitude. She is just a rude mean nasty person

Like all mclane not o/p my appt was 0330 at the door 0700 they got finish 0800.

In the dock at 2235 and received empty call at 0224. I gave one start because I had a place to park at 0230 in the morning. Dont approach the guard because he will freak out and tell you to stay back. He has corona on the brain I guess.

A day early and they still receive the Brother just me doing me.

I unloaded here last night, got in 2 hours early for my 1am appointment. They ended up getting me a door right away and got unloaded in about an hour or an hour and a half then parked on the street comfortably for the night

Check in at 0200 is a nightmare! Dont drive up to the guard shack because they wont let you check in and then expect you to back out while there are trucks parked along the road to get in and barely any street lights to see anything. I had to find a spot up the road and walk all the way back for the guard on duty to tell me that the load was late and they had to work me in...

Dont know what these drivers talking about but my appointment was at 2:00am and I got here at 5:30pm checked in with the guard at 9:00pm was called at 12 and was there less than a hour....And I had a full reefer load..Definitely will come back here again...The people was friendly...Guess it was my lucky night...

Wasnt too bad. Park on the street and check in with the guard. They will give you a door or call you with one. Spent 15 min waiting on a door. Just over an hour unloading. Would help to speak up or maybe not be so short speaking to someone. Maybe thats just how it is in this area of the country.

Appointment times mean absolutely nothing on their end 2 hours past appt time still not in a door. Avoid at all costs. Can tell by their parking lot they are fully staffed so therefore they just have lazy workers.

Appointment at 0100 got checked in at 1249. Told to wait for them to call me. I hate delivering to McLane they have absolutely no respect for our legs and our time. The FMCSA need to shut this company down for abusing our log books like this. Its every McLane location.

Showed up 2 hours before my appointment. Sat on the road for 3 hours waiting for a door. Was in a door for another 3 hours. Why make appointment when they dont honor them. Guard was nice though.

I dont care if they take 2,3,4 hours I give them 5 stars because they have some parking not a lot but they have some so all the drivers crying I hope you dont come back just more loads an money for me

3rd shift delivery only. Cant sleep on sit or even do a uturn on site. These issues keep the highways unsafe. Staff is nice.

Very inefficient. When I pulled up to the gate, they made me back out onto the street and walk my paperwork in. They dont keep their ridiculous appointment times, and expect drivers to check back in every few hours to see if unloaded, but never have a clue as to how long it will take. No respect for the human element here. Been driving for 12 years-doesnt get any worse than this place.

Believe EVERYTHING you read about this place - unless you have a day to waste, avoid this place.

Someone from your company threw their trash into our yard last night. Paperwork with your info was among the fastfood containers, bahs, napkins, sauce packets, etc. Makes you look very unprofessional to hire drivers that just toss bags of trash out of the window.

Make sure you park on the street before checking in. They dont want you turning around in yard for safety reasons. Theyll want you to back out into street and risk an accident because surely thats safer. Never had a good experience delivering to a McLane. They are slow and too much attitude.

Stay away.I had Appt.5am.Arrived 4:45am(must park on the street and walk to the guard).Got a door at 5:05am they said lumper guys not here before 6:30-7am.Started unloading at 7am and done at 9:40

I showed up a few hours early for my appointment they got me in within about 45 minutes spent a little over an hour on the dock getting unloaded and Im on my way out the gate. As a bonus all the people Ive had to deal with tonight have been very friendly.
