Nice people truck friendly drop and hook easy

Check in it’s painful slow, after you in it’s all good.

I got there at 5:58 and the gate was close I live 45 mins away do they have a grace period if so thats not enough time I understand closing the gate at 6:15 or something I am a hard working father trying to provide for my family what kind of company do that to there .employee yall already under staff got people working 12 lines at the same time pushing a 500 pound converter belt into a trailer and out the trailer thats really alot just dont understand cant find any help in there

Check in process is a bit of a disaster but the employees are very helpful, which is nice. Theyre very organized once youre inside, and that makes the rest of the experience a breeze. Just really needs to lose the whole check in kiosk because it really makes getting in, and out a major pain.

Im a truck driver and every time I come in to deliver a load (any where from 5am to 6am) the same guy that checks us in always has an attitude. I got there at 5:15 am Friday morning October 9 he said he had to go do something and just left me standing out there. Im a truck driver its Friday Im trying to get home. I love the run but Im going to tell my dispatcher to take me off of it.

This place creates a safety hazard to the general public - big trucks piled up all hours of the day and night some times as many as ten of them - driving by you have to dodge the back of trucks and if someone’s in the left lane - you basically have to stop on a 55 mph road! Kohl’s is being irresponsible - this should not be a daily occurrence! -A concerned commuter

Easy in and out...very easy with the kiosk

The kiosk check in takes long because outside carriers who doesnt frequent the facility has a hard time with using the automated check in check out. Have your bill of lading, truck number, trailer number, license plate number, Drivers license ready before you pull through the gate. Also have keys to any kingpin lock that you have to remove. Saves you a ton of time.

First package showed up smashed flat like it had been driven over by a truck a few times. Replacement package shows up opened. I will never shop this company again. ✌️

Be prepared to wait at there shipping and receiving gate. Some times you can wait up to 30 minutes. They have a kiosk you have log in all of your information to. A little time consuming on your first trip around. After that you grab some speed because you know what to expect. Guard gate security is very friendly. Overall nice in and out spot to drop and hook a trailer.

The kiosk system is hard to maneuver through until you get used to it. It can really back up traffic going in or out. You gotta be patient here. Other than that, friendly guards and they are willing to help you get through it if you need.

Took an hour plus, to check in at the kiosk, 10 plus trucks trying to get in. Please higher PEOPLE, this is not efficient!

I enjoy meet people and getting to talk to other people.I also love learn and teaching other about my Job. And tell them ways how to work on a way you feel Comfortable working.And been safe in a working Environment. And yes i am one of the lead Safety person there.I get to talk in my area about safety so they want get Injured and hope not to Cause a injury.This is why i like this job.And also got to have money in my pocket to keep me Motivated in life.

Slow at the gate. They need to get rolling.They need a better way of checking in or hire faster people to work the gate. Were not paid by the hour!

Driver was in and out. Great service and fast on the road in no time. Love this place thank you.

Horrible set up to drop off a load. They make you use their computer to check your load in and takes forever witch leads to a long wait to get into the place. They will have trucks backed up down the road to get into the place

Worked here for a couple of months. HR was a complete joke and messed up my schedule all the time, and I got marked for it. The co workers were the only good thing about this place.

Kiosks take forever to check in and check out, going on 2 hours now for a drop and hook. 30 mins to check in, and 45 so far to check out and there are still 2 trucks ahead of me! Kohl’s distributions are a joke now!
