Wow, talk about going beyond what is expected. The service manager assigned to me was so professional and described very clearly what they had determine to be the cause of my problem and provided options to resolve the issue. I will have to say the level of detail and professionalism was by far one of the best experiences I have had with a car repair or a dealership. In terms of the value, the value was in the services and professionalism because I realize you pay a higher price for the dealership to perform services. However, it was just a slight increase that everything else made it for it. I would and will continue to use them for services. Great People, Great Value, Great Service!

I evacuated with my family from Louisiana for hurricane Ida. I had a check engine light come on. The service department got me in today and fixed it putting my mind at ease. Jerry Turner did a great job. Took good care of me. Really appreciate it!

My brake light came on and the car stopped suddenly. I contacted Bulter Toyota and spoke with Rick. I told him what happened because I was afraid of something happening. He told me to come in and they would do a health test. They ran the test and everything was good. Jerry explained to me that it could have been something in the road and other scenarios. Jerry explained things to me about the car I never knew. I came home and started reading about the car. I had a great experience. Thank you Rick and Jerry. I feel better knowing that the car is in good condition.
